I am not one to place reviews but we experienced the most impressive service from Park Place Lexus. The dealership, specifically Shaun A reached out to me and apologized for the miscommunication and inconvenience they put us through. And after some discussion, he agreed to lower the price of the the Edge that we were interested in by $500. It was an overall good deal and my wife and I accepted the offer and completed the sale that same day. No issues with the sales process and the paperwork was handled professionally and efficiently.

Thought I had exhaust leak, turbo assembly had to be replaced, turbo was gone off my 2023 Escape, completely gone. It was replaced under power train warranty. It took 3 days , 1 to diagnose, 1 to order parts, and 1 to install. Service was great. I was treated very well.
