Our recent purchase of a 2022 F150 Lariat was the simplest, most hassle-free purchase at a dealership we've ever had. We had done a lot of research on both the vehicle we were looking at and the vehicle we were trading in, and in both cases, the team was very fair and honest. Over all my experience is great with Buffalo ford service. My only complaint this time was- I specifically told them what was wrong I had already had it diagnosed - they brought it in, said it wasn’t that- but another part.. kept the car for a week to only call me and say it was not that… but you guessed it… the part I TOLD them it was originally. And of course that one wasn’t in and had to be ordered. I finally got my vehicle back at 10 days. But like I said- over all they’re great. I got a loaner- no questions asked. They were very good with communication- and Mickey in service was stellar at his job. They even were kind enough to put gas in my car when I called and asked because I dropped it off at E and with subzero temps moving in I didn’t want it sitting outside on E. I’ll continue using ford service. 5 stars over all- ❄️

I recently had a recall notice for a possible transmission issue and a mobile technician came to my home and completed the repair in 30 minutes. I previously contacted a different Ford dealer in my area and they said that my zip code was not in their service area. They are 12 miles from my home and Crossroads is 20 miles. I would recommend Crossroads Ford for sales and service.
