Several were found out of state, none instate. On a whim I called this dealership with the same request. I spoke to Megan Kieth and was advised she would call me back in a few. 5 minutes later I got a return call from her with a description of one she was able to put her hands on. Everything I needed this one had. She was able to answer every question I asked. Put no pressure or sales technique on me which would have most likely sent me on my way. She was willing to work with other suppliers in order to get after market items installed. All this for a cash sale. No game playing about having to set up payment plan etc. I will be back and will refer others. Very professional dealership!

Exactly How Car Buying Should Be! After a long day at work I walked into Lithia Ford around 5 PM knowing the exact truck, price, advertised discounts, and interest rate I wanted. Kris Thaxston was fantastic. I showed him a printed copy of the window sticker to comfirm that truck was on the lot and avaliable. I then told him what my down payment was and the terms and out the door price I expected. He handled everything completely exceeding my expectations. I was out the door and on my way home in an hour and a half driving my new truck with the exact terms and monthly payment I wanted. Right before I drove off in 101 degree weather, Kris offered to show me how the A/C and controls worked on the dashboard screen. Me being me, I said, "No, I've got it, I'll figure it out!" That turned into a hilarious ordeal on my 40-minute drive home up the mountain. As I was randomly button-mashing the screen while driving in 101-degree weather to get the air conditioner on, I can officially confirm the heated seats work exceptionally well! A simple task ended up taking several weeks, his communication and service was extremely poor. That is the only reason the review isn't 5 stars. I will probably go back for my next vehicle because of how great everything else was though.
