I love this vehicle. My 2022 Ford Explorer XLT far exceeds my expectations. Handling is great. Performance is far better than expected. Gas mileage is 26mpg combined average for the 16,500 miles I have on the vehicle so far. The interior fit and finish could be better and the original tires...not holding up very well. The vehicle is comfortable and always a pleasure to drive. I always get compliments on the exterior style. In my opinion, it's one of the better looking SUV's on the road. The rear biased drive train give it superior handling, better than anything I test drove. Chevy, Subaru, or the Kia.

Charles was very accommodating and communicative. He quickly expedited my tire claim and had me on the road in a reasonable amount of time.

I am happy with everything about my explorer. Get good gas mileage and is very comfortable ride. Traded my 2020 for this 2022. Love the color and have gotten lots of compliments.

Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

Bought a nice used mini cooper from Hennessy..seems to be a great little car...my salesman Brian did a great job and the paperwork process was quick and efficient.

Looked at many different vehicles, very happy with 2022 Ford Explorer. The Explorer vehicle is very roomy with all the comforts of a luxury vehicle.

Worked with Ced Thatch in Sales on a truck order. Although I was unable to purchase due to my financial situation he was great to deal with through the whole process. The ordering process was quick and easy. Pricing was very good and my sales rep was very responsive throughout the wait anytime I had any questions. We purchased a 2022 Explorer Platinum one month ago and so far we've had a great experience. We needed the large volume of cargo space that's available with the third row down, above-average towing capability, and most importantly comfortable seating for long trips. This SUV has given us all of that and much more. Now that we're past the break-in period, it is such a pleasure to drive. It has a phenomenal engine, helpful tech that we haven't had any trouble using (with one exception -- see below), and a fantastic selection of drive modes. The one fly in the ointment isn't Ford's fault. We tried to activate the three-month free trial of the wifi hotspot with AT&T, but three weeks after opening an incident with them (with Ford Customer Support's help), they haven't been able to resolve the issue. I hope Ford partners with a different provider soon, so no one else has to deal with this. But that's a minor issue in the grand scheme of things. After a major purchase like this I often second-guess myself and wonder if I shouldn't have gone with one of the runners up. But not in this case. I'm confident we found the best SUV for our needs. Kudos to Ford!

Great vehicle, no problems after two years, will recommend to friends and family. Due to the shortage of workers the service department is terrible. Overall the vehicle is a 4.5 for me.

Mrs Julie was so helpful- I called her a few weeks ahead of time about scheduling a day to come see the truck I wanted- she stayed in contact with me weekly. When I arrived to the dealership she had it pulled around front. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The rest of the staff were very nice and polite. I would recommend Julie to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Its 2022. and this car has not required any work other than normal maintenance and 1 or 2 recalls completed. Very impressed ..car roomy and stylish..no issues...

My review on the 2021 Ford Explorer XLT model is that this is the SUV I ever owned also is my first SUV but to say that things I really like you said 360 Copilot cruise control it stops for you automatically slows down for you automatically drives for you automatically what more can you ask for it's got comfortable seats my seats are heated my steering wheel is heated I've got a moonroof that's beautiful when you open it and it's huge it's double moon also 300 horsepower keeps up with the Mustangs and the Chargers and the faster vehicles that are out there on the streets but it's also a family vehicle so I don't like to get on it too much but it will go over a hundred miles per hour easily overall I give this a 9 out of 10 and the only reason why I don't give it a 10 it's because it gives a stupid beeping noise if you walk out of the car with the keys in your pocket and it's running and it's done that to me many a times

Best car for a long ride especially with multiple people. Quiet inside. Lovely interior and very comfortable. The power with the turbo is awesome but it does kick a little when engaging. Very nice looking vehicle. Sits up but not too high you have trouble getting into.

Originally wanted the ST, but after losing everything in Hurricane Ida my finances were not where I needed for the ST. But I was shown the Timberline and hastily I agreed. But after a few weeks I was truly shocked at how much I actually loved this truck. I never thought a 4 cylinder could survive my hard driving style, especially since my last two cars had 400HP, but I was pleasantly surprised to feel extremely comfortable with the 300 HP eco-boost engine! When this lease is up even though my finances should be back on track, I'm pretty sure I'm going to be sticking with the Timberline!

This car was gorgeous, royal blue. It exceeded every expectation i had as far as style and comfort are concerned. We have a big family so the third row was convenient and folded so nicely when unneeded. Sunroof and moonroof. Heated and cooled seats. Heated steering wheel. It costed entirely too much in gas and had a lot of computer glitches (in display screen not performance). Transmission acted a little funny one day so I decided to upgrade. Granted It was a 2013 not brand new, but if Ford isn’t built to last more than 8 years, I’m moving on.

I have been a Ford driver for very many years and have owned Mustang GTs to F-250s.I love the styling, drive, comfort and power. I'm most impressed with the comfort when towing my boat. We live half the year in Coastal North Carolina and half is SW Florida, so our boat commutes between the two. Switching from an F-150 to the Explorer I was concerned, but the Explorer handled the job without any problem.

Very smooth first time car buying experience. Patrick helped me to find a perfect car but unfortunately it had a minor recall and the part was back ordered. Patrick and the owner worked with me to find a different car and even matched the price of the one I wanted originally. Bought the Explorer about 18 months ago. So far we have put 20,000 miles on it. No problems at all. The 2.3 eco boost engine is plenty powerful and the gas mileage is exceptional. We usually get between 26 and 28 mpg. Love the factory tow package, the heated seats, the heated steering wheel (you don’t know what you are missing if you have never had it), & the Apple car play is great for navigation using our IPhones .

I typically don't write reviews on companies but I must say Ricardo and Dino were both accommodating throughout my car buying experience. I reluctantly traded in my 2013 Taurus for a Ford Edge in 2017. I considered this a downgrade in comfort and luxury. I had decided not to go with the Explorer at that time because of the lower fuel economy. When the 2020 Explorer XLT came out, it had a highway rating of 28 MPG which was the same rating I was getting from the Ford Edge. My Ford Taurus always surprised me with its excellent fuel economy. I could get 32 MPG easily on long drives. The Edge would give me 26 MPG on the highway and about 18 MPG around town. The 2020 Explorer is so much more comfortable than the Edge. The kids love sitting in their own chairs. They have plenty of space and when they start getting on each other's nerves or my wife's, they can easily split up with one of them sitting in the last row. I have managed better than 30 MPG on long trips with the Explorer. My average driving comes in at 25 MPG. I have had no mechanical problems with the Explorer what-so-ever. I now have 20,000 miles on it. I got the towing package which has really turned out to be useful. I use it to carry bikes with a hitch carrier. I have rented a U-Haul traller on several occasions instead of renting a pick-up truck. It is only $20 per day to rent a tailor. I really enjoy the Android Auto feature. The major complaint that I read on the Ford Explorer is that they claim that the shifting is not smooth or that the car is noisy. I find that the car rides very nicely and is very quiet when you are on the road. The 10-speed transmission is obviously going to be doing lots of shifting to get you up to speed. That is a lot of gears. Those gears are the reason i am getting over 30 MPG on a large 7 passenger SUV. I don't mind a bit of busy shifting in order to save fuel. I know that the KIA Telluride is very highly regarded in this category. The Telluride advertises 21 MPG overall. I am very happy to get the mileage I am getting now. I also got a pretty good discount from Ford when I bought the Explorer. I believe that the Ford Explorer is an ideal vehicle for families. Fuel Economy is unbelievable for a vehicle this size with so much power. I always put Explore in the Economy mode when I drive. I can feel the power drop when I put it in this mode. In the normal mode, I get about 26 MPG on the highway but in the Economy mode, I get 30 and better.

Easy process, kind people, highly recommend...30-40 Broncos in stock, got a Wildtrack in Cactus Gray. This facility is clean and freshly remodeled. I was offered beverages and things moved at my pace.

Just bought one used and I LOVE this car! Traded in my GMC Terrain and this is much much much better! Wanted one for years and glad I finally got one. Very stylish and comfortable to drive!
