Chris communicated with me by email and was incredibly patient throughout the discussion. We were able to work out an agreement via email and my wife, Michelle, and I went to the dealership to finalize the purchase. When we arrived, with Michelle's 89 year old father in two, Chris greeted all three of us with incredible respect. He made the process as smooth as it could have been and we could not be happier. Chris made certain the car we chose and our experience exceeded our expectations.
My husband and I want to commend ms Hilda Garza and the finance manager David. My husband Shannon called the dealership and told them exactly what he was looking for in a truck and when we arrived ms Garza had the truck picked out to show us and withing a few hours we were doing paperwork and approved with 0% intrest!!!!....also I wanted to trade my mustang in on a new truck so in a few days later after my husband purchased his f150 4x4 .....we came back and once again Ms Hilda Garza helped me find the truck I wanted and she also made this buying experience pleasant as the first time we bought and again within a few hours we were signing papers on my new f150 4x4 truck I wanted!!!!.....Thank you ms Hilda Garza we love our new ford trucks!;)
Working with Jacoby Garmon was a great experience. My husband dealt with him on his purchase and I reached out to him to have him help me with my purchase as well. Everything was super fast and easy. Everything was done online and via text. Super convenient for me as I don't like wasting valuable time. I looked at the inventory on line told him what caught my eye and he got the ball rolling. Emailed him all pertinent info needed and once my paper work was ready to sign I just came in got that done and I was on my way. We dealt with both Chad and David for the financing part of the deal and they were both great at explaining all the offers/deals available to me. Great dealership experience overall.
I found the X5 online- called a salesman that my dad had purchased from previously that he had a lot of respect for. Kelly was knowledgeable, professional and very honest. As for me and my family- he's our guy.
So my wife, and I went to Weisner on a Saturday looking for a new car. I was still in the car with a bad back, but my daughter was with us and she was helping my wife. They started walking around and looking at cars as a sales man named Jason Burrow, who came out and was just so friendly. Jason asked them what they wanted and right off the bat he went to work. He was straightforward, professional and even added a little bit of laughter and comedy to the process. We were in and out in just a few hours with a new car! I really enjoyed working with him, and I will be back.

I really like having my car serviced here. I feel like my service rep knows me and cares about this issues I bring him with my car. They do the job right every time and you leave very satisfied. You don't just feel like another number with car problems.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I contacted Tan about a M37 Infiniti the day before I bought it. Mr. Tan kept in contact with me till I was able to come in the next day. He was very knowledgeable and courteous and not at all pushy with the sale. We were in and out in about a hour, maybe 1 hr and a half. I was extremely happy with my experience and purchase. Rees was my greeter and was an excellent source of information and sales expediter. Rees explained the CarMax process and then Listened to the car features I required. He did searches of car max inventory, searches of manufacturers’ sites for additional info, and requested transfer of a vehicle from another location. There was no pressure to buy (CarMax has a five day return policy). Paperwork was efficient, and I even got help getting both the car I bought and the car I arrived in home. It was my first solo car buying experience so I especially appreciated that I got a car that suited me at a fair price and no hassle
William Phillips made it so easy to buy my new truck a 2019 F-350 Platinum that is Black. It was so great working with him because he made the experience effortless. Friendly Ford of Crosby has great people working for them and I will be back to buy my next vehicle from them.
