We bought a used car for my son. We had a few issues with getting the car but Morries's Nissan handled it well! They bent over backwards with helping us out..our salesman Jason even came in on his day off and the service manager Jermery was awesome also. We are very pleased and happy with Morries!!
Kirk is wonderful to work with and makes the buying experience fun and enjoyable. Everyone at the dealership is very considerate of your time and they have always had everything ready to go for me when I come in to pick up my new lease. That is much appreciated, and makes it well worth the 2.5 hour drive from Duluth. Dealership is very responsive to questions as well. We have dealt with a different dealership in the past and unfortunately freeway ford didn???t meet up to the competitors standard. We found freeway ford worked hard to get our business, but once we committed, it became difficult to get answers to basic questions or receive information we requested at the sale. It appears that once the sale is done follow up is slow or none.
Brandon was patient, thorough, informative, personable, and not pushy at all throughout my entire buying process. Not for one minute did I feel pressured into upgrading this or that until I had made my decision on an item. He brought joy and personality to the information he presented me with so that I was able to make the most informed and knowledgeable decision in a vehicle that I could have possibly made. All the staff were genuinely excited for my purchase and what it meant for me and reinforced that if I had any issues, questions, or concerns that I could contact them at any time.
I bought a 2016 Ram 1500 Pick-up from Chris Weinberger. I bought my 2001 Ram 1500 Pick-up from Waconia Dodge 17 years ago. Chris was courteous, helpful, and not "pushy". He was a good listener and was very helpful showing us the vehicle we were looking at, and with showing us all of it's features. The vehicle process is not something I enjoy, seeing my last pick-up purchase was 17 years ago. Chris made it quite easy.
