After a brief discussion in Mr. Williams office, we were able to purchase the vehicle and drive it home. I do have a couple items to further work out with Mr,. Williams in regards to refinancing with my local credit Union and am hopeful he is open to assisting us within matter.
2020 Ford F-450 review
Great truck this new 7.3 gas engine is a working fool. Together with 4.88 gears and a 10 speed this is a great truck and still getting 8-9 mpg i am very happy pulling a trailer with mini excavator, or tractor.

After purchasing my daughter's GR86, I was promised by the salesperson that window tint would be installed which was part of the deal. More than a month went by, and despite repeatedly following up with my salesperson, I kept getting the same response: "Our service department will call you to schedule an appointment." Unfortunately, that call never came. As time went on, my frustration continued to grow. When I tried calling to follow up, my calls would go straight to voicemail after only a couple of rings, and I felt like I was getting nowhere. It was disappointing because the excitement of buying a new car was being overshadowed by the lack of communication and follow-through. Finally, I decided to call the service department directly, and that's when I had the pleasure of speaking with Billy Robinson in the Make Ready Department. From the moment he answered the phone, everything changed. Billy listened patiently to my concerns, treated me with genuine respect, and immediately took ownership of the situation. He didn't make excuses or pass me off to someone else, he simply said he would take care of it, and he absolutely did. True to his word, Billy had everything arranged and completed the very next day. After more than a month of waiting and getting nowhere, he accomplished in one day. That level of responsiveness, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction is rare these days. Billy Robinson is exactly the kind of employee every dealership hopes to have. He is courteous, compassionate, accountable, and truly cares about his customers. He turned a very frustrating experience into a positive one simply by doing what he said he would do. His outstanding communication and willingness to help restore my confidence in the dealership. 2020 Ford F-450 review
Great truck for pulling a horse trailer, especially a very large one with multiple horses and a living quarter. I am surprised how smooth the ride is considering the strength of the springs that endure the high weight of the goose neck.

2019 Ford F-450 review
I've owned my F450 for just over half a year. I tow a 43 foot rv. It tows like nothings behind it. (Rocky Mountains habitually) not towing its firm and lets you know its a beast...not obnoxious though. Travel 80% with passengers and they love the comfort, space and how quiet it is in cab. Driving it is comfortable and easy. This truck commands a certain level of spatial awareness though. It's a monster if you want it to be and it can also be a slow going chariot, meet in the middle and you got yourself a sweet Quarter Horse that will always do what you want. Drove and owned ram and gm 3500's...try the f450.
