The dealer has excellent communication skills and was quick to reply to my inquiry of availability. We were greeted right away by another sales person and directed to our salesman without any typical dealer shenanigans. Prior to our arrival we had requested to have the vehicle on a lift for me to inspect as I have 30 years of dealership service department experience myself. They obliged without hesitation allowing me to spend 20 minutes under the vehicle to do a thorough inspection. We sat with our salesman directly afterwards and as expected haggled a bit over pricing. After 15 minutes we came to an agreement and signed a deal. These people are extraordinarily professional. Absolutely zero games as I’ve seen personally over 3 decades. Randy is the most amazing service tech on the planet! He is attentive and kind and makes sure I understand everything that is going on. He isn’t pushy nor does he talk down to me because I’m a woman (as many, many service techs have done!!). I just wish we still had our techs assigned to us so we don’t have to remember to specifically ask for them. It would be nice so we could set up our appt online. As it is I have to call and I have to remember to specifically ask for Randy or I won’t get him. I DO NOT like this change to the way the service department operates. But I also know the service department had nothing to do with this change.

2024 Ford Ranger review
This is my 6th ford ranger over the last 20+ years and this ranger is by far the best one yet. I've never bought one brand new before but the power and comfortability of this truck is so much higher than previous models. The gas mileage isn't the best (18 mpg) but for a fx4 it's not terrible. I have taken it through all kinds of terrain with zero issues. Very glad I went ranger over tacoma.
