I love my 2018 GMC Acadia just wished windows were tinted and had a tv for kids and grandkids overall I have had this truck for 2 years and I Love it and use it for family drives cuz of how much room it has I have even used it for work meetings and we all travel to the meeting together .

We drove 3 and a half hours to go to this dealership. We could not have asked for anything more, these people are top-notch people. This place was clean, people were friendly and helpful. John O'Connell Was our salesman and we could not have picked a more perfect person to work with. We went in to buy a Yukon AT4, left with the Yukon, and purchased another car from them. We have found a car guy and dealership that will always have our business.

Bought a demo car . The Acadia has been great . Wife’s car . She likes it . Roomy and good gas mileage . Would also make a great road trip vehicle if I didn’t have a full size Ram .

I had major work done on my car and I couldn?t be happier with the turnout. I had my transmission replaced along with a couple other issues on my 2017 vehicle. It took a while for the entire thing to get completed, but I was given status updates throughout the process. I picked up my vehicle late last night (5:45 pm). I was surprised the service manager was still there and he took the time to go over everything that had been done to my vehicle. The total price was slightly lower than what I was I was told it would be at the start. I was very happy and wasn?t expecting that. My car is driving great today and so far I?m extremely happy with the result from my service experience. I?m very appreciative of the help I was given and the customer service I received. Thank you Justin and everyone who worked on my car. ?

great styling and interior. nice features and acceptable performance. overall my Denali is a superior product to similar vehicles. I would recommend this GMC Acadia.

Battery wasn?t installed correctly. I had returned my car to get the battery installation corrected and had to miss work. I was disappointed with the work.

Got it for the ride ,comfort,great gas mileage on trips,can do a 750 mile trip and not be warn out from the ride.Can carry a lot of stuff .All the different options are great

Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.

Our experience at Phillips has always been a great one. This is our second purchase with them and will likely come back for any future car purchases. Jaime was great to work with and answering all our questions and willing to get the answers to questions he was not able to answer. We are vey pleased with our purchase and the great service we recieved.

I saw this car driving by the dealership and automatically was drawn to it because of its color. GMC calls it brown but one print out called it crystal metallic purple. It changes colors depending on the weather. I love the handling, the dash and all the bells and whistles! My grandchildren love how much room that it has!

Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

Love this Denali 2019 Acadia. Bought in 2018 with a large Houston Dealer Discount (22%). Replaced 1 Battery under Factory warranty and the common Park/Assist malfunction repaired under 3rd Party Warranty ($1200+) in 2023. Smooth ride, V-6 @ 24-26 mpg highway/16-17 mpg town driving. Thermostat only other repair/replacement.

Very satisfied with my Acadia. There are a lot of electronic features that took time to get used to, like transmission by button, but now it is second nature. I can park this SUV in the garage and still transport 6 adult people very comfortably.

I open up this review with a smile on my face. First time i actually had a good experience at a dealership. I bought our last cars at two different kia dealers before and about blew my top and probably should have walked out. We got my wife a new elantra at Darcy and we got a reasonable trade in offer and the new car at a reasonable price and got a good loan. Jimmy was cool kept things relaxed. If i replace my car at some point I’ll probably come here. Only complaint was the detail the must have used a dirty or rough cloth hood may need a little buff.

The service met what i needed. I was able to ensure that the price of the repairs that were needed were affordable and correct. I just wish some of the future repairs that are needed are more affordable and could be more explained by the customer service representative like the previous rep that I had at the previous visit. Overall, the facility was very clean and i was able to meet with one of the car/service representative. I was able to meet with a car dealer who was very friendly and ensure that I had his contact information, in the event I plan or may want to purchase a new vehicle in the near future, which i plan too.

The staff here is tremendous! Not a single staff member walked by without acknowledging my wife or I. These guys know how to make someone feel welcomed here, the stigma of having a car salesman be pushy doesn’t exist here! Just bought an RDX spaceship from these guys. The absolute best car buying experience I have ever had. In more than 50 years. Sebastion, our salesman, was incredible. Spent an enormous amound of time explaining the car's thousands of features, and made all the settings, etc. he thought we would want. Even helped out the next day via facetime when we forgot how some of them worked. And then called AGAIN the next day to make sure we didn't have more questions!!! When's the last time that ever happenned to you? Elson, his manager? More of the same. No BS, no haggling, reasonable on every issue and request; cuts righ to the chase.
