Berkenkotter Motors Castle Rock review
We traded for 2nd generation Dodge pickup. Lucas gave us a straight description of the pickup (beautiful 2nd gen Dodge), & held it for over a week, until we could get to Castle Rock. When we picked up the Dodge, Lucas, & the rest of the guys were so polite, & helpful. They made sure we were happy with the trade, and helped us transfer our posssessions to the new vehicle. All-round, really nice people. We highly recomend them,

Lakeside Auto BrokersReviews
Lakeside Auto Brokers review
I recently purchased a car from Lakeside Auto Brokers, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. My salesman, Ed, was truly outstanding—by far the best I've dealt with in my 55 years. Despite my recent Chapter 13 bankruptcy, Ed worked tirelessly to secure financing at a fair rate, and his dedication made all the difference. On top of that, the vehicle was priced very competitively. I wholeheartedly recommend Lakeside Auto Brokers 100%—if you want to be well taken care of, ask for Ed.
2024 GMC Yukon XL review
I just purchased a 2024 Yukon Denali XL. This is my 3rd Yukon. So needless to say I am sold on this style of vehicle. The style and comfort are impeccable. Had a 2009, 2019 and now a 2024 XL. Never had any problems.

I had a really positive experience interacting with this dealership. The team was friendly, welcoming, and took the time to answer questions without any pressure. It’s clear they care about providing a good experience for people who walk through their doors. Definitely a place I’d feel comfortable recommending to others to check out!
2018 GMC Yukon XL review
I bought a 2016 Yukon XL and after just a few weeks, a vehicle ran a stop sign and totaled the vehicle. However, the vehicle was so sturdy that even though it was a huge crash, I was not injured more than bruises. I replaced it with a 2018 Yukon XL because I know it is reliable and safe.

2012 GMC Yukon XL review
I owned this Denali for about three years. I absolutely loved it. Two trips to Reno and Las Vegas proved its value on the road. It had a ton of cargo space, even with the third row seats installed. The only downside to it was the 10-12mpg around town, but it got around 15-17 on the highway. The only reason I sold it was because I had to make weekly trips to my father's house, 100 miles away, and it was killing my gas budget. But I would buy another one in a minute.

2012 GMC Yukon XL review
I had my Denali XL for two years and absolutely loved it. It was comfortable, quiet and handled well for a large car. My only complaint was gas mileage. I made two trips to Las Vegas for bowling tournaments with all of my bowling gear and my dad's gear plus our luggage and got it all behind the third row seat. I loved all the bells and whistles, especially the cooled seats in Las Vegas. I'm actually thinking about buying another one now that my frequent trips are over. But it can be difficult to justify the expense of this monster. $80K fully loaded is a lot of money for a family wagon. Even used they're expensive.

I drove from Texas to Colorado Springs to see family and had an issue with my car. I stopped by Phil Longs dealership service department to get my vehicle checked. Andrew welcome me and listen to my concerns. Andrew immediately got my vehicle into the service department. Andrew got my vehicle back working like it should. Followed up days later to check how my vehicle was operating. Andrew has a great knowledge and people skills. Highly recommend everyone ask for him when you need help on your Ford. Thank you Andrew 😊 I am confident to drive back to Texas when the time comes.

Castle Rock Chevrolet GMCReviews
Castle Rock Chevrolet GMC review
I genuinely cannot say enough good things about Kyi at Castle Rock Chevy. Buying a vehicle is usually stressful, high pressure, and exhausting, but Kyi completely changed that experience for me. From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, transparent, and incredibly patient. He took the time to answer every question thoroughly, never made me feel rushed, and actually listened to what I wanted instead of trying to force me into something else. What stood out most was his integrity and work ethic. Kyi went above and beyond to make sure every detail was handled correctly and that I was completely taken care of throughout the process. He communicated exceptionally well, stayed on top of everything, and made the entire experience smooth from start to finish. It’s rare to find a salesman who genuinely cares about the customer experience the way he does. If you’re buying a vehicle from Castle Rock Chevy, do yourself a favor and ask for Kyi specifically. He’s the kind of salesperson that builds lifelong customers because of how well he treats people. Easily one of the best vehicle buying experiences I’ve ever had.

The check engine light came on and once I was able to take it into for service the light went out. They tried to get it to fail without success. They really tried and couldn't get it to fail. I have confidence they will figure it out the next time I can get it to fail.

I don't usually write reviews, but I absolutely had to because of my most recent experience with this dealership. Candela, our saleswomen, and Lee Cook helped me get my dream car. They both went out of their way to help me achieve this dream. I don't have the words to describe how grateful I am. They went above and beyond and the entire experience was so positive. I purchased a car from this dealership 3 years ago and also had a great experience. Everybody who works here is so warming and welcoming.

Berkenkotter Motors ParkerReviews
Berkenkotter Motors Parker review
I toggled between 4&5 stars and I landed on 5 (which is hard to do with me)and I will tell you why.I started out with BMotors over a month ago looking at one particular 5th wheel and after it had been listed that it had some things that worked it actually didnt but well my son was a used car dealer for many years and this was the reason I asked for it to be checked.I know how things work in used vehicles its not always obvious even to the dealerships. They could have sold me it as it was but they were 100% honest and said they needed to put me in another trailer. This is the most important aspect of a dealership really. You get what they are saying! This new 5th wheel is more then double the price but its more then worth it and I am satisfied with it They did good by me and in house financed me on top of it. Bret was amazing and answered every time I text him a question or concern. When I was ready to haul this giant 5th wheel for the very first time with a truck I just purchased they actually had their service guy (and another employee follow)drive about 6 miles with me to get me out of the city and show me how to make the turns and show me how to use the brake system on the trailer. This is above and beyond!! This Yall is a 5 star Dealership!!! I highly recommend Berkenkotter!! Go see Bret, Alen or Any of the Guys they eill hook you up!
2023 GMC Yukon XL review
Ordered a 2023 GMC Yukon XL Denali Diesel 4 wheel drive in March of 2023. Took GM 5 months to pick up the order even though I adjusted a few minor options that were on constraint to have the order picked up (these were items I could purchase the parts and have the dealer install such as illuminated GMC emblem, Denali door sills, illuminated GMC cargo sill, cross rails for roof carrier). I wanted the diesel for the mileage and longevity. I am very satisfied with everything with the vehicle so far. Ordered the 20 inch rims/tires for a better ride. The ride quality is remarkable, so smooth. I drive a combination city/rural each day and I average 25 or more MPG. I have 9000 miles on it so far, and not one single issue with it. It is smooth, quiet, and and packed with technology. Goes through the snow with no problem. I have had 7 Suburbans, Yukon XL's and Escalades and in the past, full size Cadillac Broughams, and this is the best riding vehicle out of all of them. I am very satisfied. The only issue is the price has gone through the roof to purchase new. The Suburban and Yukon XL used to be more affordable new. My previous 2015 GMC Yukon XL Denali has an engine issue (camshaft issue even though the oil was changed at the dealer every 3K miles) at 165K miles and I had to trade it in quickly, so the dealer took it on trade when I ordered the 2023, and they wholesaled it. I was not going to buy another one with the 6.2 liter engine again.I really hope the diesel will go for many miles and years, and so far this vehicle has had no problems what so ever. Very glad I made the decision to try it again with the diesel engine this time. If the diesel was not available I would not have bought another GM full size SUV. Classic Painesville Ohio is the best to work with for sales, service and parts. They kept me posted throughout the purchase process and were very fair with the amount for the trade in and purchase price for the new vehicle.

2021 GMC Yukon XL review
This Yukon XL has exceeded our expectations. We upgraded from a 2014 XL and it's like apples and oranges. From a size standpoint, the new design allows my 6'6 son to sit in the 3rd row. Not possible on the 2014 xl. Also, they have upgraded all of the finishes and with the new 10 speed tranny the XL drives and feels amazing. We also opted for the 3.0 diesel as that's what was available. We didn't even test drive one as they are hard to find - but man are we happy with the engine, gas mileage, and just how quiet it is. In city driving we're getting about 22 mpg, and then on highway expect to get about 27. Safety features and heads up display all work great. And, the sunroof thing is amazingly huge. Well done GMC and I highly recommend the Yukon XL to anyone that needs to move people in comfort. :)
