My most recent service visit was as good as any in the past. I really appreciate that Daniel, Jared and Miguel always take the time to address any questions and concerns. My wait time is always adequate for the service been rendered. I am a 3-time customer from this dealership. With sales and service team like this, why would ever take my business elsewhere.

Castle Rock Chevrolet GMC review
This review is for the service department- especially Noah Hernandez (but also for Michael). We recently brought our 2018 GMC Acadia down for oil charge and asked them to look at the AC system as it had been struggling in the recent heat wave.A few other items were discovered during the process that would’ve added up to around $6000 out of pocket if we hadn’t had a warranty in place.Originally Michael was helping us but handed us off to Noah as he had a family emergency pop up. Noah was outstanding in handling our service and especially in dealing with our newly acquired extended warranty policy. He got our claim going and was very communicative with us and also with the warranty group. I’m sure we were kind of annoying sometimes but he took it all in stride and explained and handled everything. Thanks for all your help, Noah!

2021 GMC Yukon XL review
This Yukon XL has exceeded our expectations. We upgraded from a 2014 XL and it's like apples and oranges. From a size standpoint, the new design allows my 6'6 son to sit in the 3rd row. Not possible on the 2014 xl. Also, they have upgraded all of the finishes and with the new 10 speed tranny the XL drives and feels amazing. We also opted for the 3.0 diesel as that's what was available. We didn't even test drive one as they are hard to find - but man are we happy with the engine, gas mileage, and just how quiet it is. In city driving we're getting about 22 mpg, and then on highway expect to get about 27. Safety features and heads up display all work great. And, the sunroof thing is amazingly huge. Well done GMC and I highly recommend the Yukon XL to anyone that needs to move people in comfort. :)

2023 GMC Yukon XL review
Ordered a 2023 GMC Yukon XL Denali Diesel 4 wheel drive in March of 2023. Took GM 5 months to pick up the order even though I adjusted a few minor options that were on constraint to have the order picked up (these were items I could purchase the parts and have the dealer install such as illuminated GMC emblem, Denali door sills, illuminated GMC cargo sill, cross rails for roof carrier). I wanted the diesel for the mileage and longevity. I am very satisfied with everything with the vehicle so far. Ordered the 20 inch rims/tires for a better ride. The ride quality is remarkable, so smooth. I drive a combination city/rural each day and I average 25 or more MPG. I have 9000 miles on it so far, and not one single issue with it. It is smooth, quiet, and and packed with technology. Goes through the snow with no problem. I have had 7 Suburbans, Yukon XL's and Escalades and in the past, full size Cadillac Broughams, and this is the best riding vehicle out of all of them. I am very satisfied. The only issue is the price has gone through the roof to purchase new. The Suburban and Yukon XL used to be more affordable new. My previous 2015 GMC Yukon XL Denali has an engine issue (camshaft issue even though the oil was changed at the dealer every 3K miles) at 165K miles and I had to trade it in quickly, so the dealer took it on trade when I ordered the 2023, and they wholesaled it. I was not going to buy another one with the 6.2 liter engine again.I really hope the diesel will go for many miles and years, and so far this vehicle has had no problems what so ever. Very glad I made the decision to try it again with the diesel engine this time. If the diesel was not available I would not have bought another GM full size SUV. Classic Painesville Ohio is the best to work with for sales, service and parts. They kept me posted throughout the purchase process and were very fair with the amount for the trade in and purchase price for the new vehicle.

Berkenkotter Motors Castle RockReviews
Berkenkotter Motors Castle Rock review
This was one of the best buying experiences that I've had with a dealership. I was an out of state buyer (San Diego) looking to purchase a 2014 E350 wagon that Berkenkotter had listed. I worked with Cameron over text message/email to discuss the car and negotiate the price. Cameron was very helpful, knowledgable and easy to work with. We came to an agreement, and I was able to book my flight out and come to the dealership. Cameron started the paperwork prior to my flight so that things would be ready to go when I arrived. The car was exactly as presented in the listing. During the test drive, the battery on the car did die, but I was able to get it restarted and back to the dealership. Cameron had the shop test the battery quickly, turned out to be needing a replacement and they threw in a new one for me. Finished the paperwork and then drove the 1100 miles back to San Diego. I would absolutely recommend working with Berkenkotter Motors, great staff and very friendly. Excellent pricing as well. Shout out to Alan and Wade who were also there when I purchased and were part of the experience.

Castle Rock Chevrolet GMC review
I genuinely cannot say enough good things about Kyi at Castle Rock Chevy. Buying a vehicle is usually stressful, high pressure, and exhausting, but Kyi completely changed that experience for me. From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, transparent, and incredibly patient. He took the time to answer every question thoroughly, never made me feel rushed, and actually listened to what I wanted instead of trying to force me into something else. What stood out most was his integrity and work ethic. Kyi went above and beyond to make sure every detail was handled correctly and that I was completely taken care of throughout the process. He communicated exceptionally well, stayed on top of everything, and made the entire experience smooth from start to finish. It’s rare to find a salesman who genuinely cares about the customer experience the way he does. If you’re buying a vehicle from Castle Rock Chevy, do yourself a favor and ask for Kyi specifically. He’s the kind of salesperson that builds lifelong customers because of how well he treats people. Easily one of the best vehicle buying experiences I’ve ever had.

2012 GMC Yukon XL review
I owned this Denali for about three years. I absolutely loved it. Two trips to Reno and Las Vegas proved its value on the road. It had a ton of cargo space, even with the third row seats installed. The only downside to it was the 10-12mpg around town, but it got around 15-17 on the highway. The only reason I sold it was because I had to make weekly trips to my father's house, 100 miles away, and it was killing my gas budget. But I would buy another one in a minute.

2012 GMC Yukon XL review
I had my Denali XL for two years and absolutely loved it. It was comfortable, quiet and handled well for a large car. My only complaint was gas mileage. I made two trips to Las Vegas for bowling tournaments with all of my bowling gear and my dad's gear plus our luggage and got it all behind the third row seat. I loved all the bells and whistles, especially the cooled seats in Las Vegas. I'm actually thinking about buying another one now that my frequent trips are over. But it can be difficult to justify the expense of this monster. $80K fully loaded is a lot of money for a family wagon. Even used they're expensive.

Lakeside Auto BrokersReviews
Lakeside Auto Brokers review
I recently purchased a car from Lakeside Auto Brokers, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. My salesman, Ed, was truly outstanding—by far the best I've dealt with in my 55 years. Despite my recent Chapter 13 bankruptcy, Ed worked tirelessly to secure financing at a fair rate, and his dedication made all the difference. On top of that, the vehicle was priced very competitively. I wholeheartedly recommend Lakeside Auto Brokers 100%—if you want to be well taken care of, ask for Ed.

Phil Long Ford of Motor City review
I drove from Texas to Colorado Springs to see family and had an issue with my car. I stopped by Phil Longs dealership service department to get my vehicle checked. Andrew welcome me and listen to my concerns. Andrew immediately got my vehicle into the service department. Andrew got my vehicle back working like it should. Followed up days later to check how my vehicle was operating. Andrew has a great knowledge and people skills. Highly recommend everyone ask for him when you need help on your Ford. Thank you Andrew 😊 I am confident to drive back to Texas when the time comes.

I bought a 2016 Yukon XL and after just a few weeks, a vehicle ran a stop sign and totaled the vehicle. However, the vehicle was so sturdy that even though it was a huge crash, I was not injured more than bruises. I replaced it with a 2018 Yukon XL because I know it is reliable and safe.

Great I have to do this again good staff George sourial was great handling my purchase. Would recommend every one to going and get a quality vehicle.
2016 GMC Yukon XL review
Outstanding Family SUV - 8 Years of Reliable Service I’ve owned my 2016 Yukon Denali XL since it rolled off the lot, and it’s been an exceptional vehicle for our family. The ride quality is remarkably smooth, even on longer road trips, which makes every journey comfortable for all passengers. As a family SUV, this vehicle truly excels. The spacious interior easily accommodates our entire family with room to spare, and the third-row seating is actually usable for adults, not just kids. The V8 engine delivers plenty of power when you need it while remaining surprisingly efficient for a vehicle of this size - the cylinder deactivation technology (V4 mode) really does make a difference at the pump during highway cruising. The technology package has been a real highlight. The heads-up display keeps important information right in my line of sight, which enhances both convenience and safety. The rear entertainment system with headsets has been a lifesaver on family road trips, keeping the kids happily occupied for hours. My only complaint over eight years of ownership has been some paint fading on the hood, which seems to be a minor cosmetic issue that doesn’t affect the vehicle’s performance or my overall satisfaction. If you’re looking for a full-size SUV that combines luxury, space, capability, and comfort, the Yukon Denali XL is hard to beat. Highly recommended for families!

Berkenkotter Motors Parker review
Initially I dealt with Dan, the owner, over the internet. Then I dealt with Steve at Castle Rock, then Martin at Parker. They were kind, caring, and helpful. Honestly, Dan may be the best communicator I've ever dealt with. He always responded immediately, I was mostly impressed with his immediate and accurate responses. I bought a 2017 F350 and I feel I got a great deal and was well taken care of. Thank you Berkenkotter Motors Tomm Olsen Michigan
