Jidd Motors Mitsubishi review
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Communication and Professionalism!"I had a fantastic experience interacting with the team at Jidd Motors while looking for a vehicle for my daughter. From the very first inquiry, their response to my information requests about the car was incredibly quick, detailed, and professional.Natalie in communication was excellent—she kept me updated every step of the way and was completely upfront and honest about the vehicle's status before we made the long 2-hour drive out to the lot. Even though the specific car we were tracking wound up selling right after the busy holiday weekend, I deeply appreciated their honesty and high-level customer service. They saved us a wasted trip and treated us with total respect over text. I would highly recommend reaching out to them if you value great communication!"

Schaumburg Toyota review
Jerry McDuffie has always been a pleasure to work with. Our family and friends have purchased several cars from him over the last 20 years. He always gives you a fair deal and takes the time to make sure you get the car that is right for you. He is very patient in dealing with us seniors who can be technically challenged about some of the new car features on today's modern cars. I highly recommend Jerry for anyone looking to buy a new or used car.

McGrath City MazdaReviews
McGrath City Mazda review
I shopped here for a used Mazda3. The person I scheduled the appointment with was not available when I arrived. I was given a new sales associate. We test drove the car together. We discussed pricing. I was fully expecting them to tack on a bunch of useless add-ons that were non-negotiable. Instead, he added a few optional add-ons and a small fee for reconditioning the car. I thought the fee was reasonable. It was simple to remove the optional add-ons. I was shocked by the experience. It went really well. The manager was really nice. Unfortunately we were still a bit apart on the price so I left to sleep on it. I was pleasantly surprised by their behavior. Maybe there is hope that dealerships can be straightforward and professional. I recommend these guys even though I didn't buy from them in the end.

The Audi Exchange Highland Park review
Hey Scott is the reason I keep coming here this man knows how to make you feel welcome and even after you buy your car he stays in contact for any question. Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Juan the salesmen who went to bat for me to get the best car and APR with Vic(more on him later) he was awesome with the same welcoming and wanting to make sure I was happy the same attitude as Scott. Vic and Robert not grumpy guys in an office but laid back, fun and they really worked hard to make sure my deal was the best and safe financially. If you have not been to Audi exchange in Highland Park,Il then you bought your car at the wrong place. In my professional life I am call a subject matter expert in oncology but this organization and their fellow colleagues are subject matter experts in treating ppl outstandingly and wanting to make you happy not just put you in a car. Take it from me a 2x car buyer at Audi Exchange of Highland Park,IL….run there now if you gone yet

Went to buy a new vehicle, everything went smoothly, thanks to Alex ,he was so helpful and made sure that all questions were answered.
2026 Volkswagen Golf GTI review
The car is an absolute joy to drive. It handles amazingly. I wanted reliable, good fuel mileage, and sporty. The car checks all 3 boxes. I’ve put almost 1500 miles on the car in 15 days. It goes from miles per gallon to smiles per gallon with a simple press of the gas pedal. I did a lot of research on the car before the test drive and the purchase. The reviews could not have prepared me for the actual test drive and how well the car performs. The car will break the tires loose at 20 mph. I have zero negative things to say about the car. I can’t even attempt to say anything negative. I drive almost 80 miles per day for work. I look forward to the commute thanks to the car.

This is our second time purchasing from St.Charles toyota. Robert Pearson made us feel so comfortable the first time around that we were not going to trust anyone else for our second purchase. He was open to hearing our needs and went above and beyond to get us just what we wanted. The finance manager Efren Martinez, was excellent as well. It was a simple, pleasant and exciting experience all around.

Woodfield Nissan review
On line negotiations with Lori went smoothly within one day. Johnny & Tony were nice to work with in the showroom. Vehicle prep was nicely done except the gas was left at under 1/4 tank and the Monroney sticker was missing. Overall I would recommend this dealership and these employees.
2022 Honda Civic review
Great car. Smooth and responsive drive. Nice safety and other features - especially love apple CarPlay. I would buy again in a heartbeat. Manual is poorly written. Suggest Honda puts videos explaining features and "how to" and/or FAQ clips on their website. Put link to videos in manual.

McGrath Acura of Westmont review
I returned to McGrath Acura after six years because I was treated so well in 2020. This experience was no different. My associate Spiro couldn’t have worked better with me and his partner Denise was helpful as well when I had an issue connecting to the electronics in my newly purchased RDX. Spiro walked me through my purchase, answered my questions and included me in the process. A very comfortable experience as always at McGrath! Thank you to all involved

I am almost 60 years old and have only purchased used vehicles in my lifetime. My experience with 'TOYOTA' BOB PEARSON is without a doubt the most enjoyable car purchasing experience I've ever had. He was delightful and exceedingly well informed. I will DEFINITELY recommend him to others (already pushing my daughter to get a RAV 4 from him). Do yourself a favor, visit this dealership and ask for BOB PEARSON!

We had a great experience att Napoleon Westmont Porsche. We met Szymon who showed us the Cayenne Porsche models that J was interested in. Szymon knew all the specifics of the Porsche and certainly was very helpful. Our closing experience at this dealership was very smooth also. I would highly recommend Szymon and doing business with this dealership!

Great dealership experience! I have driven a MINI for 11 years. When it was time for a new car, I was so happy that there is now a MINI dealership in the south suburbs! The team at MINI in Tinley was so nice and very accommodating! Connor was great to deal with. He worked very hard to make sure I was getting the MINI for me.
