Frank Brown HondaReviews
Frank Brown Honda review
A couple of weeks ago, my Honda Odyssey developed a loud chirping noise (like a bird nest with chicks) on the right front side at higher speeds (> 35 mph). I took it to Frank Brown; several hours later (it was a Monday, and they were very busy) the service manager informed me that they could not reproduce my observation. The next morning I test-drove the Odyssey again, and the noise was indeed gone. They thought that there was probably a small stone caught somewhere in the disk brake assembly, and it had dislodged itself. What I truly appreciate is I was not charged anything. It must have taken them at least half an hour to try to reproduce my complaint.

Ide HondaReviews
Ide Honda review
This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Dick Ide Honda and the second vehicle in the past 15 months. Jennifer Flammia was our sales consultant and she was absolutely fantastic. It felt like we were dealing with a longtime friend, not someone i had just met minutes ago. She didn't try to sell me anything beyond what I wanted. She did a great job of helping us get the 2026 Ridgeline setup before we drove away. She made sure we knew she was available after the sale to help us if needed. She knew the vehicle very well and pointed out all the little things that separated the Ridgeline from other competing brands in the mid-size pickup class. She had a great sense of humor and we had quite a few laughs before we left with our Ridgeline. I will absolutely 100 percent buy my next vehicle from Jennifer.

Russ Darrow Waukesha KiaReviews
Russ Darrow Waukesha Kia review
Great place to make a great deal on a new Kia Seltos EX. All of the people working there were fabulous. They took that nasty, anxious edge of buying a car and tossed it right in the garbage 🗑️ Anna was a special lady and very informative and gracious to us. She answered all questions and helped iron out various small things along our journey at Russ Darrow in Waukesha. Best Deal Ben came alongside Anna and really helped to seal this deal for us. No problem or pressure for us at all. Anna listened to our story and empathized with us. She really helped us out. Shannon in finance was terrific and she went above and beyond to assist us, explaining different items and financing options for us. GREAT experience, please give Anna the Best salesperson award for at least the month of April 2024. Thanks again for the nice experience of buying from your dealership.

Honda WindwardReviews
Honda Windward review
Honda Windward truly goes above and beyond! I brought my car in for a safety check and to take care of a recall, and the entire service experience was amazing. They make you feel like family rather than just another customer. Our service provider, Kanoa, was wonderful. He even remembered our names and who we were, which made the experience feel so personal and welcoming. We also had to take the shuttle, and MJ was incredibly friendly & kind to my daughter. She enjoyed the ride so much that she actually asked if we could go back again! It’s the little things like great customer service, genuine kindness, and making your customers feel valued that really stand out. Everyone we interacted with was professional, helpful, and welcoming. Thank you, Honda Windward, Kanoa, and MJ, for making what could have been a stressful service visit such a pleasant experience. We truly appreciate you and will definitely be back!

Auto Fanatics review
I had an amazing experience at Auto Fanatics in Fredericksburg, Virginia!. After searching for the best used car dealership in Fredericksburg, I kept seeing Auto Fanatics come up, and now I understand why!!! From the moment I walked in, the team made the entire process smooth, transparent, and completely stresss-free. there was no pressure at all, which is reare when shopping for used cars. They took the time to explain everything clearly, from pricing to financing options, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. I ended up purchasing a Honda, and the quality of the vehicle exceeded my expectations. The car was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described online. It's clear that Auto Fanatics takes pride in offering reliable, accident-free vehicles at fair prices. What really stood out to me was their honesty and customer-first approach. They genuinely care about helping you find the right car rather than just making a sale. That level of transparency is why I would confidently say Auto Fanatics is the best used car dealership in Fredericksburg, Virginia. If you are looking for used cars, Hondas near me, or a dealership you can trust in Fredericksburg or the surrounding areas, I highly recommend Auto Fanatics. I'll definitely be coming back for my next vehicle and recommending them to all my friends and family!!!!!

I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at Carget Motors, and I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone in the market for a vehicle. From the moment I walked onto the lot, the atmosphere was welcoming, professional, and entirely pressure-free. The entire team goes above and beyond to ensure their customers feel valued and comfortable, making what is usually a stressful process completely seamless and enjoyable. A huge shoutout goes to Wali, who was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive throughout my visit. He took the time to truly listen to what I was looking for, answered all my detailed questions with patience, and guided me toward the perfect vehicle options without ever being pushy. His expertise and honest approach made it easy to trust that I was making the right decision. The seamless coordination continued thanks to Bola, who handled the operational and logistical details with absolute precision. I had a great experience working with Jesse T. and Adam B. while looking for a new vehicle. They were both incredibly helpful, communicative, and genuinely took the time to work with me to find a car that was the right fit. They were patient, never pressured me, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. As a mom, I really appreciated that they didn’t mind me having my kids with me throughout the process. They were kind, welcoming, and understanding, which made the experience that much better. I’m so grateful for how easy they made everything and would absolutely recommend Jesse and Adam to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience!

Hillside Honda review
We just bought a pre owned Civic today. We had a great experience with Sah, our salesperson, and Leo, the finance manager. Everything was upfront and honest. No hidden fees, no lies. The price we found online was the price of the car, which, believe it or not, is a rare thing apparently!! I wish we had gone here months ago when we began our search so we could have avoided all the wasted time with other dealerships, like Babylon Honda, who lied to our faces over and over!! We will definitely be back when we need another car!! Thank you!! Honesty goes a loooong way!!

Very professional dealership. Jared was very helpful in getting us what we wanted at the price we needed to be at. We ourchased a 2019 ram 2500 from them and would definitely recommend this dealer and Jared to anyone who wants/needs a vehicle. Never any pressure to buy, no negatives at all.

I bought a Honda Accord Hybrid there in February 2026 and could not be happier. I had the best sales experience ever with Javier, who is an incredible asset to the dealership. He was easy to deal with, listened, and was incredibly personable. I had done my homework on the car when I walked in, had driven it, and knew where I wanted to be on price. He picked up on all of this in our first conversation and came back with a fair price. Easily the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. Even after delivery, he followed up to make sure I was happy with everything and helped me get some additional accessories I wanted. A+++ for Javier!
