2021 Honda Accord review
I traded in my 22 Accord with the 1.5T and CVT transmission. My 2021 has the 2.0T and 10 speed automatic. It’s a great car for the money, dollar for dollar, you cannot beat it! Fully Loaded, very strong motor and tranny, rides beautiful, handles everything beautifully!

2021 Honda Accord review
Let me clarify why I only gave this car a 4 star review but 5 in the individual categories. When it comes to the reliability of Honda technology in my 2021 accord if that were a category to rate I would give it only 1 star. Why? Because 3 years later auto dimming headlights, automatic start, Honda sensing all have stopped working. With only 48,000 miles on the car! Of course the warranty has run out and I've seen that I'm not the only one who has this problem. Due to this xxxx poor technology I will never buy another Honda again. I mean what next could go wrong? It's like I'm now driving a base model but at a higher price. Honda dealer wants $100 to hook it up to diagnostic which will only take a few minutes then they will tell me it will be probably my guess $800 to $1,000. When they already know how to fix it I'm so disappointed I can't even trade it as I will get nothing for it because none of Honda crappy technology works. The car runs and performs great but when it comes to Honda technology it's a lemon!

They were quick and nice, there was just one issue I had. Overall the person working on my vehicle did a good job, however I don?t under stand how less then a month I had an oil change & my car was saying I was at 15% oil life.

While other dealerships I visited previously seemed content to just read me the window sticker, Lawrence operated on an entirely different level, providing a wealth of technical knowledge and comparative insight that was nothing short of a darn encyclopedia. What truly stood out was how Lawrence went above and beyond the call of duty; he didn't just show me the cars, but instead took the time to meticulously dissect the differences in drivetrain, interior and configurations, ensuring I understood exactly how each model would serve my needs as I transition into this next chapter of my life. Traveling from out of state and had TPM light that would not go out even after inflating all my tires. I stopped by and had one of the best service experiences in all of my years driving Toyotas! Bob (and AJ) jumped right in - explaining to me that there is tire pressure monitoring on the full time spare and then instructing me on how to (best yet, showing me how to) lower the spare from the chain under the vehicle and then demonstrating how the jack and tools work - hopefully I will never need them but great that their customer care is such a high level to make sure I had the information. All of it with a smile and great interaction between the entire service crew. Great culture at East Madison Toyota! Thanks again for Wisconsinites helping this Minnesota guy ;-)
