We???ve dealt with Valley Honda previously and we were never disappointed. I knew the vehicle I wanted and had a good idea of what I would be comfortable paying. Leesley and Katy made a great effort to bring everything together. Leesley is very knowledgeable and patient. Very helpful. I guess the best compliment someone could give is if they would recommend a place to buy a vehicle. At point I would strongly recommend Valley Honda and Leesley. I wanted to take some time to write about our experience through the buying process with Valley Honda and specifically interacting with you. We rate your service from the beginning till we signed the sale at 10 on 10. You were upfront and clear about what you can do and cannot. At the same time you were also considerate and worked with us to get to a middle ground. We are very happy to have purchased the Pilot and with valley Honda. Hope the after sales service is as good as working with you during sales. We will find out. But for now thank you and we will certainly refer our friends to come over to Valley Honda and specifically work with you.
Manny my new sales guy was amazing. He treated my wife and I like family. He made the options available to us so clean and concise. He explained every point and change in the car purchase to us. He left room for asking questions when we needed to do so. Manny was the best!! The finance guy was cool with explaining the details of how and what was needed to be done for the our new vehicle. It was a pleasure to work with him too.
I started with Andrea in the Internet Sales Dept, she got back to me quickly and with a great price. I showed up and worked with Bill Rhodes(2nd time I have purchased a car from him). He is an excellent salesman and you should ask for him. Overall a great and straight forward experience.
I was looking at the Civics for the last 60 days and going between multiple Honda dealerships. Walked into 1 and left after 30 minutes (still amazed that sales people don't realize that a woman can actually buy a car without a male companion). I started with Maria Almanza in the Internet Sales Dept and got a great eprice on 2 different Civic models. Went in that evening and met with Bill Rieman. Sat in 2 cars and instantly knew which one I wanted. Test drove in the snow and ice that evening and put the deposit down. Came in the next day to finish the transaction.
I was able to take my time looking and visited twice before finally deciding on the Outlander Phev. Both times I was greeted with friendly professionalism. Mike took time to help me understand all the features the car had and when I finally purchased the car a few days later, he went over them with me again to make sure I understood everything and had no questions left to ask. He connected my phone to the car so I can access everything through voice commands before we left and he even connected my daughter's phone so we can access her music. I'm not technically savvy so this was extremely helpful. I probably know more about the functions of this car than I do about my own smartphone thanks to Mike : ) He was incredibly patient and helpful.
It's really stressful for me to make such a large purchase but the staff at Max Madsen Mitsubishi Downers Grove (and the Outlander Phev) made this purchase go much easier. They were a pleasure to work with.
Even though i did not purchase a car here! But we had a great experience. Sales personal were professional and not pushy at all. You can test drive with confidence. The selection of cars are top of the line. We test drove a 2012 audi 2.0T premium plus AWD and it had low miles , luxury and speed. I recommend the dealer to everyone that love a touch of class.
I purchased a CR-V to replace a previously owned SUV which was totaled in a non-moving accident. The purchasing process was smooth and painless. The dealership has a very large selection and after test driving 4 different model years, I settled on 2015 model year. The rep, Dan Aristizabal, was friendly to work with and there were no hard sales tactics. Overall, a pleasant vehicle purchasing experience.
I couldn't have picked a better place than Continental Honda to buy my first new car. Terry Scudieri, Steve Burda and Justin Norwood made the experience pleasant and stress-free. They were friendly and helpful without being overbearing. They got me the car I wanted with the exact specs, and had it on their lot and ready to go in under a week, during a holiday period. When the car arrived, they got me in and out of the dealership in under two hours, and answered all of my questions in a knowledgeable way. I've reached out to both Terry and Justin with additional questions since buying my car, and their response time was as quick as you could possibly expect. I'll definitely be back at Continental for my next car.
I was thoroughly satisfied with the way that the Autobarn Countryside Service & Parts Team worked together to ensure my 2009 Passat was ready for Winter. Swap of the Winter Wheels & Tires was seamless as always thanks to Brien Akers inventory management skills. The oil change was routine amd Bob advised me that I had a couple of minor issues that needed attention to which I had him take care of one on this visit and will most likely attack the second on the next visit. Drop off and pickup were smooth and this time I even grabbed a snack from their Customer area before browsing the showroom. Joe
I bought Honda Civic 2014. Many options for Japanese cars at reasonable price. They price to sell the cars instead of spending time in negotiations .please don’t go over the facility as we don’t need nice facility to get a good price on the car
