Very happy with the process, Overall took 2 hours to leave with a car. Very straightforward. Cool & calm staffing. Was helped my Nikkia from Rosenthal Acura & can say I am very delighted with the experience. 10/10. She maintained communication from say 1 of me reaching out about interest in the car & its specs. So that went I went in, I knew everything about the car itself & she made me feel assured that I was in good hands

Jim Coleman HondaReviews
Jim Coleman Honda review
I worked with Chris Kim as my sales person and Joe Proscia as my finance person. I drove two similar vehicles with Chris. First, Chris was welcoming and respectful. He was knowledgeable about basic vehicle features and was able to give his own opinions in a fair way. He accentuated the positive and acknowledged tradeoffs. His approach felt honest. If I was his manager, I'd probably want him to press the sale more, but he read me correctly. I bought a car the day I met him. I would refer friends and family to buy a car from him. I worked with Joe Proscia for financing. Joe was also welcoming and walked through options clearly. He was not annoyed by my use of a spreadsheet amortization tables. My spreadsheet was basic and I wasn't using Solver or AI, so I was a bit slow. He wanted me to feel comfortable with my decision. He gave me space to think and run my numbers. Then I bought a car. I would recommend Joe to friends and family. I fault the dealership for a lacking description of warranties and extras in the finance process. I like mental models at least. I kept my spreadsheet open for a reason. The Jim Coleman Honda team was still better than most. The team respected that buying a car is a big investment. It gave me the confidence to make a purchase. I would consider buying from them again.

My husband and I are very pleased with our recent purchase of a 2023 Honda CR-V with the help of Amirah Holland. We were shown a nice option of automobiles and feel we landed on the best for our needs and budget. Amirah was warm and knowledgeable. She heard what we needed and did not push us into a more expensive car. We are absolutely loving our new Honda! (And, yes, we were just going to do a test drive, but we fell in love with the way it felt to drive the CR-V) We were also really happy with the financing.
2024 Honda CR-V review
This is my 3rd CR-V EX-L. It gets more comfortable with each iteration. Performance is outstanding. Fast acceleration. Nice sound for gas-powered vehicle aficionados. The blue color I have is the most beautiful color ever produced by Honda. Fuel efficiency is as advertised. I won’t buy an EV until charging stations are everywhere and charging speed is improved.

CarMax White MarshReviews
CarMax White Marsh review
White Marsh CarMax treated me excellent. After being married for 34 years,I had never bought a car on my own. My husband had done all the dealings for all our cars. He passed away 11 months ago. It was certainly a big life issue for me. My salesman Zack was very professional and not pushy at all.My daughter has dealt with Carmax for her cars in the past. She convinced me to try them. I can say I was not let down in any way. I traded my car and bought a 2016 Toyota Rav4. Very low mileage and like new.Drives so smooth. If I ever need a car in the future, Carmax will be my place to shop. Thank you for making my First Car buying experience a pleasure.

Safford Honda Glen Burnie review
Recently I had my car in for repairs at Safford Brown Collison Department. They are top notch all the way around. Service was fantastic from start to finish. Never been involved in an accident but I am glad I went to my Honda dealer to make the repairs in a timely manner.

Lexus of TowsonReviews
Lexus of Towson review
Many of us have found buying a new or used car, can be a very frustrating and negative experience. However, my wife and I just had the most pleasant and positive car buying experience ever, in purchasing our Certified Pre-Owned 2025 Lexus RX 350 from Lexus of Towson, all as a result of our Sales Consultant Jonathan Butler! Jonathan was the most professional, knowledgeable, and responsive automotive salesperson we have ever come in contact with. While for the most part, the staff at Lexus of Towson were always professional, helpful and very pleasant to deal with, for the exception for one Manager, Jonathan consistently exceeded our car buying expectations. Without a doubt, Jonathan Butler was the primary reason we decided to purchase our CPO RX 350 from Lexus of Towson, as apposed to numerous other dealers in our area! If you are in the market, or just thinking of purchasing a Lexus vehicle, do yourself a favor, and contact Jonathan Butler at Lexus of Towson, you will not be disappointed! Anthony Delauney
2024 Honda CR-V review
My 2024 Honda CR-V is everything I expected and more. It has great pickup, quick stopping ability, U-turn small radius like I've never seen, and good on gas mileage.
