King KiaReviews
King Kia review
My problem was with the AI contact point at King. Stupid me, I thought Olivia King was a person, and I emailed "her" several times with requests. Before I went in, cars.com asked me to review "her" and the email included a photo of a woman, again making me think I was dealing with a human. When I went in, I asked to speak with her, and was finally told she didn't exist. But was I embarrassed and did I feel stupid! It was very deceptive. And this is not how you want a customer to feel when you're selling something. You need to make it clear up front that the email contact is an AI contact, and any salesperson will be there to help at appointment time. Other than that, it was a good experience. King even allowed the car to be driven 33 miles to my mechanic for an inspection. That's extraordinary. The car was in good shape, and we closed after returning from the inspection.
2016 Honda CR-V review
My 2016 Honda CRV Exl has a problem with the push button is not starting until about 3 or more pushes , after each push the lights in the dash comes on with a click sound, but no start up , until several pushes.

King Volkswagen review
We recently bought a CPO Atlas at King VW. The whole experience was professional and accommodating without being pushy. Our salesman Chris was a pleasure to work with and answered all of our many questions. The inventory selection at King was better than other any other dealer I saw in the area and their prices were very competitive. We got a great deal through VW financial and are thrilled with this new car for our family.
2020 Honda CR-V review
Just got one with 15,000 miles on it. In pristine condition. Still learning all the features since I never owned a car with so much tech. Once I learn one at a time, I found many of the features very useful. Over quality of build for the vehicle meets all my past expectations of past Honda vehicles. Don't understand the negative remarks about acceleration. If I have to get out of situation fast, which I had to, vehicle responded immediately and to my surprise much faster than expected. I have to keep in mind when driving it, speed can getaway with you if not driving properly, very quick for me on acceleration. Only negatives I have is: For a high quality vehicle it has no back up sensors, just a camera. It does have guidelines on the camera. I guess once I practice with the guidelines more, I will be able to see and not need back up sensors. The other item not happy with is the center console storage. You have to slide two panels to see all that is in the compartment, since the lower compartment is so long for plenty of storage. Just one long long panel would be great. Also, the flip up center armrest in the front would be great if it had an inner compartment on the arm rest. For me it is a very comfortable and relaxing vehicle to drive. I notice I do not get as tired on long trips in this car, compared to my previous. It has excellent storage, plenty for my needs. History will tell if Honda downgraded on things compared to the past. I got the remaining factory bumper to bumper warranty (Certified) along with the top of line extended maintenance for 10 years/100,000 miles. So feel pretty comfortable about future repairs since I will only be responsible for regular maintenance and normal wear and tear parts. Overall....REALLY HAPPY! On top of that I am dealing with a fantastic dealer, BIANCHI HONDA OF ERE. From the salesman, used car manager, finance department and service, they have been great, friendly people to deal with. Late Note: We also own the 2019 CRV, along with 2020, Both are EX-L version. Had the 2019 longer, also a fantastic vehicle.

2014 Honda CR-V review
Bought in 2017 with 35K on it, this is my second CRV and fifth Honda since '95. It now has @ 140K on it and it drives almost like new. I had one major repair, a new drive shaft ($1100) which was the FIRST major repair on ANY of my Hondas since '95. Reliable and then some. Great resale value.

Ourisman Lexus review
★★★★★ Best Car-Buying Experience of My Life – Tony Rincon, Owen Stepp, and James Wang are absolute legends at Lexus of Rockville From the very first inquiry to driving home in our gorgeous 2021 Black Onyx LX 570 with my wife and kids, including our 9-month-old baby, the entire team at Lexus of Rockville made this the smoothest, most transparent, and genuinely enjoyable purchase I’ve ever had — and we’ve bought a lot of vehicles. Tony Rincon is hands-down the best salesperson I’ve ever worked with. Zero pressure, lightning-fast responses even over Thanksgiving week, detailed photos and videos every time I asked, and he treated my family (including the baby) like his own. Tony never “sold” me — he just helped me fall in love with the perfect Lexus. Owen Stepp, the Sales Director, went so far above and beyond it’s almost unbelievable. He personally reworked numbers multiple times (including the day before Thanksgiving), honored every promise, and delivered the strongest trade-in I’ve ever received on my 2024 4Runner — thousands above every published value. Owen’s integrity and willingness to make the deal perfect turned what could have been a negotiation into a true partnership. James Wang in Finance was the perfect closer — completely transparent, no high-pressure add-ons, walked me through every single line item with patience and clarity, and made the paperwork painless while I held the baby. In an industry that can feel stressful, Tony, Owen, James, and the whole Ourisman Lexus of Rockville team turned it into one of the happiest memories we have. As a 100 % disabled veteran with a young family, the respect, kindness, and honesty they showed us meant the world. If you’re anywhere in Maryland (or willing to make the drive), ask for Tony Rincon, Owen Stepp, and James Wang. You will not find a better team or a better experience anywhere. We absolutely love our “new-to-us” LX 570 and we’re already looking forward to our next purchase with these guys. Thank you, Tony, Owen, and James — you have customers for life! Happy Thanksgiving. I love the huge interior of this! I have enough room with the seats down for all 3 Great Danes! The mileage is great and driving is very comfy. I had a rav 4, and it was ok, but it was a bit bulky, this is smaller And easier to drive around!

2022 Honda CR-V review
I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

Justin Wells provided excellent customer service! He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. He went above and beyond, and I would highly recommend him to anyone every time.
2015 Honda CR-V review
One year and 37,000 miles later, my 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L, purchased from Bill Kay Honda, has exceeded all expectations! I bought this gem with 50,000 miles on the clock, and it's been nothing short of a dream. Dependability is the name of the game here – this car hasn't skipped a beat. Gas mileage has been consistently impressive, making both city commutes and long road trips a breeze. As expected with any vehicle of this mileage, routine repairs have been standard, but nothing out of the ordinary. The EX-L trim package adds a touch of luxury with its leather interior and upgraded features, making every drive comfortable. The spacious interior and ample cargo space have been perfect for everything from grocery runs to weekend getaways. Having finally taken the plunge into the Honda world, I now understand the rave reviews from my mechanics. This CR-V has proven its worth, and I'm a loyal Honda convert for life! I want to specifically mention the excellent service I received at Bill Kay Honda, especially from my salesman, Bert Tvrz. The sales process was smooth and transparent, and Bert went above and beyond to answer all my questions. He even called the previous owner to track down the owner's manual, which was incredibly helpful. Even a year later, I'm still thrilled with my purchase. I felt that they were honest and upfront about the car, and that is very important to me. Tip: If you're looking for a reliable, fuel-efficient, and comfortable SUV, the 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L is a fantastic choice. Regular maintenance will keep it running smoothly for years to come. And if you're in the market for a used Honda, I highly recommend checking out Bill Kay Honda and asking for Bert Tvrz!

2025 Honda CR-V review
The CRV is a luxury mid size hatchback. Smooth riding, handles well in Michigan’s winter weather 🤒. Good miles per gallon. I do drive in economy mode. I am still getting used to the size after driving a Honda Odessy. Good overall view. No obvious blind spots. I wish it had a manual garage opener feature on on the Ex.

2020 Honda CR-V review
We own 2 2020 Honda CRV EX-L and cannot be happier. We both love all the features that came with them. If you want to buy a Honda CRV around this time frame, had another one a 2019, traded it for the 2020 which had lower mileage and a color we really wanted. If buying one, go for the EX-L, well worth the little more money for what you get. Those that write negative reviews about this car...well I just don't get it. Maybe got a bad one and dealer not any good in helping them. We had some very minor issues with ours but Bianchi Honda Of Erie PA took care of everything and no hassle. As far as the electronics and main control screen, it can be a little bit of a nightmare if one is not electronically inclined. But our dealer Bianchi Honda Of Erie PA gave a thorough explanation of the basics. I figured out the rest myself by reading the manual and watching the many videos available by Honda on the many other features. All the cars we got were Preowned Certified and looked brand new.

MemberCar review
MemberCar is outstanding. I recently bought a used car and the service I got from Rob was great. I was not pressured and they made me feel comfortable, which is important when dealing with people. I went to many other places to shop for a car and none of them made me feel comfortable or have a good friendly attitude. MemberCar is on my list for another used car in the future because they care about thier customers. Thanks to everyone.
2017 Honda CR-V review
CRV has been a very good good vehicle. Engine has lots of power for its size category. Exterior and interior materials are very high quality, especially on the EX-L versions and higher. Car has required very little maintenance other than scheduled items. Rear visibility is better than many other SUVs. Cargo volume and rear seat legroom are more than ample. Gas mileage is pretty impressive as well. We liked the CRV so much, we bought a second one.

Not an improvement over our 2011 CRV in any respect. The CVT sounds cheap, not an enough legroom, compass continual needs resetting and the stereo is marginal. Had to have a water pump replacement at 82,000 miles. No fun to drive and AWD isn’t the best.

2017 Honda CR-V review
It's bad that some may have had problems with this CRV. I do believe it's rare when compared to other vehicle makers however. I've owned my share of lemons over the years. CRV has always been popular. Honda actually has addressed the few "fuel in oil issues" of northern winters, and the A/C compressor seal complaints by extending warranty time for both issues to all owners. I feel this CRV is the best in performance, cargo space, interior layout and quality, and modern safety features that others just didn't even offer in 2017. A price value like this won't ever be seen again.

🚘💭I got a good car, at a good price all thanks to ASHLEY! I LOVE the customer service. I really appreciate the effort that they put in to making the sale happen, and getting my credit approved. I am happy with the car. I am happy with the price. Now, my credit is better than it was before, and even new credit cards are being approved! Thank you :) 💳 I spoke with the competitors after the fact, and they confirmed that I got a good deal. They admitted that they would have charged me more! Also, they might not have even approved me to begin with.
2020 Honda CR-V review
I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

2019 Honda CR-V review
I purchased a 2019 CRV EX-L a little more than a year ago. I purchased it at higher mileage with 93K. It has 110K as time of writing. It is a very good car, quiet, comfortable, and lots of space inside. However, it does lack get up and go from the 1.5L turbo. But once you are at highway speed, it goes all day. The info/entertainment system is finnicky and not easy to use especially when driving. The major concern is with that 1.5L turbo engine. It's running fine now, but I have watched too many You Tube videos, and this particular engine is on the shortlist for gasket leaks, oil dilution, and carbon build up. Therefore, I aim to change the plugs, check the brakes, check for leaks around the head gasket in the next month.
