Terry was respectful and listened carefully to my explanation of transmission problems. Hopkins and Acura were efficient in fixing the problem. At this point, my car runs fine. In addition, Acura extended part of the warranty on this car, which was not required, but is very much appreciated, and will assure that we will continue our longstanding purchases of Acura vehicles.
Convenient and pretty good service. Other than parts and service cost, I have experienced very good service at hopkins acura service center. Service is pretty good. One thing to say, please get the car dried after wash.
I only gave this dralership and average 3/5 mainly because of the wait. I had an appointment for 11am. I came at 1020 am and wasnt seen until about 11. So I waited almost an hour. I was also promised my car would be done before 1. I found that amusing and guess what. It was finished around 3. I also expected a complimentary carwash but I guess this honda does not do that. Somewhat disappointing but what can you do.
Eric Tom was great and very professional when i went in for my scheduled routine maintenance. He has patience and knowledge of whats going on to streamline the process as make it as smooth and quick as possible. I highly recommend him for all service needs.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Just happen to come across this location and I found it to be one of the best in the East Bay. Walked on to the lot and was greeted by Z. He was happy to show us what we where looking for and then stepped away and waited for us to ask our questions. It's nice when a dealership and sales person knows that the car sells itself.
