To be honest I don?t usually write detailed reviews, but AutoNation Honda Dulles truly deserves it. This was my third time servicing my Honda Civic Sedan Hybrid here, and each visit has been consistently excellent. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, never rushes conversations, and makes sure I?m comfortable with the recommendations before any work is done. His honesty, professionalism, and calm approach create real trust and that makes all the difference. It?s the reason I continue to ask for him whenever I schedule service. During my recent visit, they also provided a loaner vehicle at no cost while my car was being serviced for three days. That level of thoughtfulness and convenience speaks volumes about how much they respect their customers? time and commitments. Not every dealership offers that, and it truly made my experience stress free. I want to emphasize that it?s not just one person the entire team operates with the same positive, customer first attitude. From check-in to vehicle pickup, everything feels organized, transparent, and smooth. Because of the consistency and care I?ve experienced, I confidently recommend AutoNation Honda Dulles to my friends and family. Facility is clean and buzzing with activity. The Sales Staff were friendly and efficient; along with a professional Financial Manager that handled all of the necessary paperwork for a Pennsylvania buyer purchasing a vehicle in Virginia. They even provided a full tank of gas for the long trip home.

We just purchased a new Acura Integra from Yong Kim at Pohanka Acura. This is the second Acura we purchased from Yong because he goes out of his way to make it an A+ overall experience. We really enjoyed catching up with Yong since the previous Acura purchase a few years ago. Yong provides excellent communication, straightforward pricing and no pressure. We also had the pleasure of working with Shahbaz Butt in the finance department. It was a very efficient process. We highly recommend Pohanka Acura and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Basic periodic service, done within the stated estimated time. I appreciate the work done timely, so I was able to get back to work in a reasonable time. I appreciate that they used floor and seat protectors when working in my vehicle, too. Also appreciate that they did not try to upsell me on anything.

The service advisor was nice and helpful. Answered all my questions to my satisfaction, very personable and professional. I got my back in a reasonable time.

Curtis Barger and Fikir Toru were amazing sales reps. I negotiated a price on-line and when I got there and they were getting the paperwork ready we were chatting and when I mentioned that I was retired military they knocked an additional $500 off the price. They could have easily just said the discount was part of the negotiated price since I had mentioned it in my email exchanges but they didn't, the honesty was extremely refreshing. This was the second car I've purchased from this dealership and the last experience in 2020 was just as good. I highly recommend both the dealership and Curtis and Fikir. Definitely give them a call if you are looking for a Honda.

My initial experience at the Safford Brown Kia Dealership was extremely disappointing.I had an appointment with Mark Tehrani concerning the purchase of 2015 Toyota Rav 4.Upon my arrival he acted in a very unprofessional and disrespectful manner(the vehicle that I went there to purchase was already sold and was not even apologetic.Luckily for me one of the managers intervened and the day had a happy ending.Mark Tehrani is not suited for this position,I’ll never recommend anyone to do business with him.

This review is specifically for Jessica Stagliano at Fitzgerald Toyota. She was GREAT. I ended up purchasing another vehicle, but she was the first (and one of the only) salespeople who could answer ever question about the car I test drove. She also provided MUCH more information than any of the male sales people I encountered. I am genuinely sorry I couldn't work with the car she had available.

I will highly recommend this Bill Page Honda who is looking for new and use car. Specially the Sales Consultant name Joe Brennan he is very knowledgeable in his profession. If you drop by to buy your new or use car ask for Joe Brennan he is an excellent Sales Consultant.

Paper works was ok. Dealership could should have faster computer system to close the deal. Credit dept. officer was very professional.
