The service department is simply the best, the service Manager Ben, Joe service advisor and the rest of the staff are profeesional with years of experience. Wouldn't go any where else more matter which vehicle I would have serviced
Salesman Mike Houston was very nice, personable, knowledgeable and patient. We first went to just test drive and he was very helpful and not pushy, and did not apply any pressure. When we returned to purchase, it was a very pleasant experience. They worked well with us to get a deal made without the constant back and forth to get where we needed to be price wise. The process of paperwork went rather quickly and smoothly. The business manager going through all the paper work explained everything well. He was sure to explain the offers and warranties in detail so we understood but was not overly pushy to purchase them. I???ve had buyers concern before with purchasing a car, but this time I was nothing but super excited and confident in my purchase.

Alex was recommended by a family member who bought a new CRV. We specifically asked for him and ended up purchasing a new Odyssey. The dealership is very impressive - clean, well-lit and modern, with a fantastic refreshment area. Mark Malak was our sales rep and he was fantastic. Honest, fair and a genuine pleasure with whom to work - I will be recommending him to anybody who needs a Lexus in the Western suburbs. We closed our deal in less than an hour. Unfortunately, we must have arrived at the busiest time of the day because we had to wait over two hours to meet with the finance person. Joe Castillo was pleasant, but I was more than a little disappointed that he tried to tag me with an interest rate that was more than 1.5% over market - and was not even going to point it out before having me sign the final contract. When I threatened to walk out and obtain my own private financing, the rate magically dropped 1.4%. Joe did do a good job of explaining the other "finance" options - e.g., extended warranty, prepaid maintenance, gap insurance, etc. and was not overly pushy.
It was nice to meet with Steve who has a lot of knowledge about the vehicle and also his experience let us know more about the car. So glad that you have such a wonderful people working in the dealer. It is. Nice experience
I was looking for 2016 Mazda 6 GT in the area. I found the desired car at Continental Mazda of Naperville. From my first visit until the moment I bought the car, I was served well and the test-drive was very good and the dealership has their own drive track and was given ample time to test-drive the car. I was given the detailed demo of the car with all its specs, so that it gave me a clear idea of what am buying. I got the car for a fair price. On the delivery day, the car was given in a very clean condition with all the fluids filled and full gas tank. I appreciate their service.
