2023 Honda Odyssey review
Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

Picked up a black edition Ridgeline this week. Sales team was amazing. Did their job but was never pushy or too "salesy". I actually hate going into downtown Bethesda these days but well worth the trip. Definitely glad we made the trip - well worth it.

Matt and Hunter at Carmax really made this the best experience for me. Matt worked with me through phone and email up until the day I went in. He was very informative and assisted me through the entire process. Hunter was the salesman I worked with when I went in. He was accommodating and polite. I didn't feel the "pressure" of a sales man at all. And he was very professional. I will recommend this dealer to anyone I know looking to buy a vehicle.

We just had a wonderful experience with Kyshawn trading in a 2021 HR-V for a 2027 Odyssey! He listened to our priorities and made the deal happen. Kyshawn, Sam, and the financing department made the whole deal straightforward and we left with exactly what we wanted within 2 hours. We were grateful for such a quick and easy process. This is our 3rd purchase with Heritage Honda in Parkville!

Group 1 Honda Owings MillsReviews
Group 1 Honda Owings Mills review
While taking my car to the Honda of Owings Mills may not have been as fast as taking it to Jiffylube or Firestone, my experience was leagues above. I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment time and they took my car right away. They were on top of communicating with me as I sat in their waiting area, didn't try to pressure me on some of the extras they found while doing my oil, transmission, and tire rotation - which is much appreciated. I was always told by my parents to never go to the dealer, that they would overcharge, but my experience couldn't have been further from that. Not only did they do it for $100 less than their competitors, they were able to do it with a much nicer tone :) My service advisor, Ellery Queen, might have just been one of the best advisors I've ever had the pleasure of speaking with. He made sure the technicians looked at the things I had asked about, apologized continously (even though he didn't need too!) when it took a little longer than expected, and was extremely kind and professional. He didn't nickel and dime me on the price, and it came out to exactly what I was quoted :) If and when I return to Honda of Owings Mill, I will be requesting Ellery

Always a pleasant experience bringing my vehicle in. Fawad Hassan is my guy in service and takes great care of my car and my wallet! Nothing but respect and appreciation for him and the entire team. Thanks for keeping me safely on the road!
2023 Honda Odyssey review
This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

CarMax Gaithersburg review
I am buying a used car after 8 years, and this was great experience. No haggle is what I care. I was not forced to buy GAP insurance or anything else. The only complaint is, the lady taking down payment at the cashier was hesitant to tell me the details of the transactions before making a payment and showing attitude, but everyone else was great. I highly recommend this carmax.
