McGrath Honda of St. CharlesReviews
McGrath Honda of St. Charles review
McGrath Honda has been part of our family’s story since 2013, when we moved to the area with our 2011 Odyssey. Over the years, they’ve earned our trust, so when it was time to upgrade to a 2023 Odyssey, we didn’t think twice about returning. This year brought an unexpected financial setback, and we had to make the tough decision to sell our 2023 Odyssey. Jason and Rene treated us with compassion and patience, offering a buy‑back price that genuinely helped us through a difficult moment. We still needed a vehicle, so we chose a certified 2019 Honda Ridgeline. Giovanni guided us through several test drives without rushing us, and the used car manager, Aldo, made sure we got a fair deal. The finance team—Muhammed and Bryan—was just as supportive. They understood how important it was for us to receive our refund quickly, and although they estimated a couple of weeks, the check arrived in only three days! McGrath Honda didn’t just sell us cars—they supported us when we needed it most. No games, no pressure, just honesty and respect. Because of them, we were able to get through a financial hurdle while still driving a dependable vehicle. We’ll continue going to McGrath for anything Honda‑related. They’ve earned our loyalty many times over.

AutoNation Honda 385 review
Another amazing appointment thanks to KB, Lane, and the Service technicians! The appointment was for my car’s second service, and prior to the service, KB and Lane thoroughly explained what services would be performed. During my visit, we discussed the open service bulletins and recalls and subsequently scheduled a follow up appointment to address one of them the following week. I will continue to have my car serviced at AutoNation Honda 385 and will always recommend Lane and his team to anyone I know who owns a Honda.

We had a great experience working with Francisco! He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He helped us find the right vehicle and knew the Ridgeline inside and out, explaining all the features and little details we needed to know. He made the whole process easy and stayed with us from the moment we started looking until the deal was completely finished. Really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend Francisco to anyone looking for a Honda.

Ocean Honda of WhittierReviews
Ocean Honda of Whittier review
I’ve been coming to this Honda dealer location since 2008. A long time, loyal customer. When I took my vehicle in this week for multi inspection oil change, I was provided friendly, attentive service and my car was given the attention it needed. Krystal, service advisor, provided me with a detailed, thorough report on my SUV (my Pilot is 21 years old and still runs great!) and gave me extra points to keep in mind as to the care to continue give my SUV over time to ensure it stays in great shape. The service is Five Star… I would have given a 5 star, but in learning the dealer no longer offers car wash service, it was a bit disappointing. As a customer, there’s nothing like that feeling of always loving to drive away with a clean car after the car has had work done. But nevertheless, Ocean Honda Service and advisors on board know their stuff with years of experience behind them. Thank you Service team.

Rudolph HondaReviews
Rudolph Honda review
Our family have been customers of Rudolph Honda for the past seventeen years. We have bought several cars from Rudolph and part of the reasons of buying from Rudolph is their excellent service department. For instance, Mr. Willie Garcia, the service advisor, and Chris Denison, the Honda specialist technician have been providing numerous repairs and maintenance services to our 2014 Odyssey van in the past twelve months. We are much obliged to their skilled and trustworthy services. Hats off to Rudolph!!

My experience was great! JP helped me out with all my needs to get a new vehicle. He was helpful, patient, friendly and attentive. It's great to have people like that because buying a new car can be alot. I've been to quite a few places and it's not everywhere where you can get someone that's really after your needs being met instead of just getting someone to purchase a car. If I ever need a new car I know where to come.

Had a pleasant experience. My sales associate Jason was courteous and helpful without being pushy. The financing process took a bit of finagling (as it always does). But, overall I feel like the whole experience went smoothly and was more or less without undue stress.

AutoNation Honda 104Reviews
AutoNation Honda 104 review
We were helped by Caiden. 10/10 would recommend him to anyone. We were completely underwhelmed with the 4 runner. It felt cheap. Neither my parter nor I had ever owned a Honda. Didn’t know a lot about them. When we drove the Passport, absolutely blown away. Solid build, quiet. Very comfortable interior. Rear air conditioning was high on our list of must haves. Nothing else we looked at came close to the Passports rear air power or controls. We’re about 2k miles in now. Averaging around 19-20mpg. It’s the only vehicle in this class we found without a turbo or a supercharger. We were thrilled about that. While those have their advantages, they also have serious repair costs and premium fuel requirements to keep running. We didn’t want that again. We are EXTREMELY happy with our purchase. We were treated VERY fairly at this dealership and we really enjoyed our salesperson. We had a good experience in finance as well. There was zero high pressure tactics here. Start to finish. I saved $6k by buying from them over a different dealer. If you’re in the market for a car, you are only doing yourself a disservice by not at least talking to Caiden at Autonation Honda. DRIVE the Passport!!!
