Last week I went to Peoria Subaru to help my daughter buy a used car, her first. It was without question the best car buying experience I have ever had. The dealership was smaller than others I have been to, but very new looking and certainly big enough. Caitlin Humphrey was the person who assisted us. We found Caitlin to be very friendly and helpful without being the least bit artificial. Her title on her card is Product Specialist and she certainly knows Subarus. She was able demonstrate all the features of the car and sat with my daughter for an extended time, after the sale, to familiarize her with all the controls. She was also very professional and knowledgeable about the sales process. All the information was presented succinctly without a lot of distracting side sale pressure for addons or extras. Caitlin genuinely seemed to enjoy and reflect my daughter's enthusiasm in getting the first car of her own. I would not hesitate to visit Caitlin and Peoria Subaru for my next car purchase. We traded in our Genesis G80 for this. Love everything about it except it doesn't have power mirrors. Both the Genesis and Palisade have unpleasant interior smells, but as air circulates, the odor is gone.

2021 Hyundai PALISADE review
I have owned over 10 different midsize SUVs from the Mazda, Blazer, Highlander, land cruiser, and others. I have found that the palisade is by far the best I have ever. Now, if I could just figure out all of the electronics available, I would be very very happy.

My experience when visiting and purchasing a car from AutoNation Hyundai was extremey pleasant and was without sales pressure. The sales agent who greeted me was very pleasant, well spolen, and listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle before we walked outside to look at vehicles. After briefly looking at two vehicles of interest they were brought out to stand along for the opportunity of open their doors and lifts, explore their interiors and features, while the sales agent provided an overview of everything in the vehicle. I was asked if I would like to test drive the vehicle and it was s it provided me the opportuity to see and feel what the vehicle was really like on the road and how it handled. While I was not ready to make a purchase that day, the sales representative ask if I had any questions and encouraged me to call if I did and to stop back. I did return the following day and finalized the sale. The purchase process was very easy working with both the sales representative and sales manager, and the close could not have gone any more smoothly.
