I did not have a nail in tire prior, my car ride as not noisy or bumpy. I was told I needed tires and after coming for the main this that was needed I left and all of sudden the noise began. I got out to see what was going on and my tire had a huge nail. How ironic the dealer told me earlier I needed tires $595, however did not state that there was a nail in one. I did not have a problem riding prior to dealer. I guess that's a tactic to get you to buy from them. They have lost a customer will not purchase another Kia.
I came to the dealership not even in the market for a car. Our car was in for service and we had a rental for a week, which I naturally fell in love with. I decided I loved it so much that I"d check out some of the other models and when I did so, Colin Unterkofler introduced me to the car I ended up buying. I not only love my new car, but I ad such an amazing experience working with Colin while purchasing it - he's friendly, down to earth, easy to chat with, and really cares about what your concerns and needs are when it comes to your vehicle so that you are sure to walk away with what you need. I never felt pressured into choosing a vehicle, and felt comfortable that I had seen all my options before making my decision. I walked away thrilled with my choice in both my vehicle and my salesman! I couldn't recommend either any more.
Easiest car buying experience ever. Sheehy offered a fair price upfront that crushed the competition. All fees were disclosed and there were no surprises. They worked diligently to secure the exact vehicle we desired, rather than attempt to push us to buy an on-hand version. Sheehy demonstrated they are not a traditional dealership who always looks for the big kill (roll the consumer). Chris La Porte is an amazing and uncomplicated person. If you want a Subaru, shop the rest to confirm the price, but Sheehy will work to deliver exactly what you want at a fair, extremely competitive price. We will look to use them again.
Ms. Deibler, was our sales person when we bought a new 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe. She was an amazing, professional, courteous amazing sales person to work with. I have bought several cars brand new and have never had such an enjoyable, painless experience as I had with Ms. Deibler purchasing this vehicle. We, my wife and I were waiting to be helped as othe sales reps passed us by, Ms. Diebler politely and kindly asked if she could help us and from that introduction took care of us every step of the way, through the car buying process, which can tend to be a tedious and daunting process. Ms. Deibler made the process very pleasaurable, not only pleasurable but pretty expediant. Most car sales I have experienced take about four hours, this took only two. Kudus to Ms. Deibler for her can do attitude and above and beyond unwavering comment to customer service. I have never felt more comfortable with a service department and dealer. At the beginning of November my 10 year old/200k mile Honda started have major issues. I was able to get the car in right away and get a rental so I was not stranded. The communication from Fitz to me was amazing. I felt extremely knowledgeable of what the problem was and what it was going to take to fix my Fit. After a couple of days myself and my husband decided we were just going to get him a new car. I had my eye on a used car however the dealer was able to do some digging and recommend a far better car within my budget. The buying process was so incredibly easy. We were in and out in an hour (which was good because I had my kid with me.) My husband and myself love our new car and could not be any more thankful for the technicians and dealer that worked with us.
I was thrilled from the moment I got there but with my stubborn self went and looked at a few other cars before returning and buying. They did an amazing job but specifically Nate was amazing to work with. I even saw him interact with a past client who shared that she has bought both of her cars from him because of his skill, knowledge, and ease to work with.
I do not even know where to start with this. I will first off say that I never ever write reviews...... I took about a week to write a review at first I wanted to write a bad review because I felt that I was getting nowhere but then I thought let me try to reach management and address my concerns if it is not addressed then I will the bad review. With that being said I would like to thank the service manager Jason and the general manager Jad. They both listen and resolved my concerns. Every dealership has issues if you think that every dealership is perfect you are going to be let down big time. What does matters is how the dealership addresses and resolves any issues you may have at that time. This dealership was great with following through on their promise to resolve my issues. One thing I can take away from this experience is before you leave a review allow the dealership/company to hear your concerns and address them before you leave a bad review just to stick it to the company. PS gave it 4 out 5 stars because of the money on gas and tolls I spent getting it resolved :-)
Was having constant headliner rattling noise either from headliner or panoramic roof. First took vehicle to Tyson's Corner Mercedes-Benz, Service Writer assistant manager Told me the noise was coming from the headliner and needed to be replaced which requires removing the front windshield which mostly break on the removal process and replaced with a non Mercedes-Benz original acoustic windshield. I decided I needed a second opinion service appointment at Mercedes-Benz of Chantilly. With a good news phone call message from service advisor: Cristian Grijalva that the headliner was not the issue it was the panoramic roof assembly parts that needed to to lubed. The headliner/roof noise is now gone. "Thank you MB Chantilly"
I was searching for a “new” used car, and a coworker suggested Malloy out of Woodbridge. I live in North Carolina so immediately I was discouraged. Nevertheless, I gave them a call and I was happy to work with Kia who assured me that she would get me financed regardless of my credit. Not only did she make good on her word, she even offered to deliver the car to me personally so that I didn’t have to go all the way to Woodbridge! She had the paperwork in hand when she showed up and I drove my car back home, never having to leave the state of North Carolina! My son will be graduating soon and needs a car for college, so I WILL be returning!
This was my third dealership I was visiting to buy my new Hyundai. Other dealerships (especially their GMs) were arrogant and somewhat disrespectful in negotiating the price. However, Mudaser (sales advisor) was very honest and friendly out of all my car purchasing experience in my last 10 years.
My fiancee had wrecked his truck so we were looking for a new one and then he saw a beautiful red F150 that he liked on their lot. We had amazing service for the most part except for the one financer who made some very rude comments toward my fiancee about his weight, which we felt was very unprofessional. But we had an amazing team with everyone else we dealt with the General Manager and our Salesman were on top of helping us accomplish getting our truck. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
I recently purchased my new 2018 Passat from Karen Radley VW. I chose Karen Radley after viewing their selection and prices. They had exactly what I wanted and at a price I could not find locally. I was very pleased with the service I received while purchasing my car and extremely pleased with the service I received after the purchase.
