Body Shop: well done repair of damage from a fender bender

Brought my Ford Fusion to the Body Shop (at the suggestion of GEICO) to repair damage from a fender bender. Geico handled my claim and provided me with a loaner, check-in went smoothly and quickly. The repairs were completed on time and the car was available for pick-up late in the afternoon on the day provided with the estimate. The quality of the work to repair the damage, upon visual inspection, shown as excellent and what is to be expected from an accomplished body shop. Having been delivered for repair on a rainy day, my car was clean and shiny inside and out when I picked it up. I am very satisfied with the entire experience.
Dealership was fastest in and out of any car purchase I???ve had. The process was easy, they had all paperwork prepared and ready to go when I got there. Neil Frederick in sales was very responsive and quick to make the deal happen. Not a lot of back and forth on pricing as the price they came back with was more than fair based on market research I had conducted. Finance/closing team member Michael Williamson was fast, organized and did not drag out the process. He was also excellent and refreshing from what I???ve seen in the past from other dealerships. Ceidrick Marcelin Sales Manager also was awesome checking in on my experience while checking out. Refreshing approach to car buying and highly recommend this team.

Neil and Cedric are amazing! They guided me understood my concerns and hesitation in trading my vehicle. They where very understand but open and honest! I sooo appreciate you guys! I didn???t feel taken advantage of or pressured to buy! I got more than I expected for my trade in which sealed the deal for me! Thank you Neil for being soo attentive and walking me through the process! Your and outstanding person!!
The employees there were very attentive to my needs willing to work with me through the entire deal.Very pleasant and most of all very knowledgeable. Will reccomend the dealership to family and friends.

We had problems with getting our Jeep repaired because the Extended Warranty on our vehicle had to be corrected, therefore it delayed our Jeep from being repaired at the time we brought it into the service department. With their professional service as they went above and beyond their normal duties to help us, our Jeep was finally and promptly repaired, They can help us anytime. Sean and Michael are an asset to DARCARS JEEP.
Great experience and will definitely come back for service work. I had an appointment and opted to wait in the customer lounge. My vehicle was repaired and returned to me in less than an hour and a half. Great service.
Warranty repair, parts came in earlier than estimated. However I was promised a one-day repair, and it took longer but they never called to advise status. I had to call multiple times the second day to get status, and when I was told it would be ready by about 10, I arrived around 11 and had to wait until after 1 pm before the car was ready. This was on a work day so the inaccurate estimates resulted in my wasting several otherwise productive hours.
I walked into DARCARS Volkswagen on a Friday and Spence came right up to me and hooked me up. He offered me food and beverages and set me down and helped me find the exact car I wanted. Was the most amazing experience I've ever had from a car dealership or car salesman. If you go to DARCARS VW ask for Spence!
I was told it may take 4 or 5 hours. 4 recalls completed and updated in 2 hours. Very courteous service dept. each of my visits. 5 stars for me! Mark
