AutoNation Chevrolet Doral review
Love my experience with Alain Hernandez. He gave us a great tour of the different kind of SUVs, which I was interested in, just did know which brand. He asked me different questions of my interest and he finalize it to the Equinox RS. After test driving I was sure that was the perfect car for me, which was a birthday gift from my husband. I really appreciate the patient of Alain, he respected my ideas that I bought to the table. But what mostly impressed me the most he respected our space, he WAS NOT the ordinary pushy Salesman and his knowledge of the inventory and that lead us to the purchase of our SUV. Once purchased, we received emails from Alain checking on us and extend any assistance if needed. Thank you so much Alain

Due to an unforeseen accident my car was totaled.and I wasn’t sure on what I was going to do. However, I decided to check out Rick Hendrick BMW since I have purchased from them several times. Most of all I would love to thank Mr Jerry Pannell for his exceptional customer service, wisdom , knowledge and support! I had my 320i for 8 years and was having a difficult time processing the loss but ,Mr jerry made this such a smooth transition for both my husband and I during this difficult period. Thanks a million from the both of us ‼️❤️❤️

From the moment I reached out to Silbia to discuss a car, until when I drove it back home, she was always very helpful. Being out of state, I pretty much bought the car blindly, but Silbia made it so easy and trustworthy, that I?d do it over and over again. She helped with all the paperwork so that I can register the car in California. When i met her and the rest of the team at the dealership, the experience was even better. I felt respected and that they were taking care of every aspect to ensure I was happy with the whole experience. Highly recommend this place and their people!

The D'Ambrosio dealership is the best in class. I'm a return customer for multiple purchases, leases and service visits over the past 10 years. My family recently leased 2 Jeep Grand Cherokees and received (as always) very professional guidance from AJ in sales, Joe in management and Jeff in ownership. I highly recommend this team and the overall D'Ambrosio organization.

Rockland Chrysler Dodge Jeep RamReviews
Rockland Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
Hello, my name is Cyrus. I have worked in this industry for over 19 years. I have to say that the ownership is here every day. They engage with clients all the time without them even knowing they are talking to the owners. They genuinely care about both the clientele and the staff. I have had the opportunity to work for several different brands and owners, both corporate and private. They, by far, maintain a level of professional courtesy well above all others. I can honestly say that I wish I had found them earlier in my career. We hear stories all the time from clients about how they were treated, or mistreated, everywhere else. Sitting in my seat and watching both sides of the experience is refreshing. The typical clients who frequent this business are just as wonderful to work with as the ownership. Coming to work and feeling the positive energy and calm atmosphere in this place is refreshing. Although I have been here for just under a year, my name is not on most of the websites. They do not even know that I am leaving this review. I do not usually go out of my way to leave reviews for anything. This place is different and a breath of fresh air. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to work with you.

2020 Jeep Gladiator review
Went to the dealership in August of 2020 to get a 2 door Willy. They did not have any and due to COVID did not know when they were getting any in. I had just purchased a grand Cherokee from same dealership about a year prior but needed a jeep wrangler as I previously owned one. They had a 2020 Jeep Gladiator sport on the showroom floor with a ton of extras (2 inch lift kit, all Fox shocks, coated bed liner, custom bed cover (hard shell), 34” all terrain tires, Matt black 18” wheels, led light bar mounted right in front of the front windshield, 2 led lights at front on either side, custom soundproofing on the inside hard shell top and I think the beefed up tow package but not sure. Within the first 2000 miles loaded a 35’ tv weighing 5800 pounds and headed out to Utah from Chicago driving through Colorado. The thing was phenomenal towing this heavy rv up and down the mountain pass on I 70. At a gas station some guy with a fifth wheel and a Ford F350 asked me what I was doing towing such a big rv with such a small truck. Kinda laughed. Saw him on the road later going up a mountain pass and blew right past him in my small truck. This truck has been nothing short of amazing. The dealership I purchased from is the best I’ve ever dealt with (Fields Chrysler/Jeep in Glenview, Il). They always have a loaner if needed. They are awesome. I bought in August of 2020 and today I have just shy of 70k miles on it and still running strong. I do not know why everyone says these things top off at 97 mph. I have gotten mine up to 110mph with a bit of room to spare. Gets to over a 100mph rather quickly. Maybe I just lucked out on a good one. I’ve read a lot of people complaining about a little water run off from the front door design. They are not wrong but you bought a freakin jeep, you’re not going to melt. Grow a set. Best vehicle I have ever owned. Best part with all the extras that came with it I got it for 49k with 15 miles on it. That same gladiator was there when I bought my grand Cherokee. I guess they were sick of it sitting on their showroom floor because back then it was listed for a tad over 60k.

Transparent pricing. Willing to ship vehicle. Great communication. Answered all questions. Couldn’t agree on price - but that had no bearing on their professionalism.

Toyota of Cedar ParkReviews
Toyota of Cedar Park review
5 STARS all around for the sales, finance & management team around at Toyota of Cedar Park. With over 20 years of management experience in auto dealerships throughout the country, I was dreading leasing a new Tacoma this week. The staff at TCP went above & beyond my expectations! I told them what I wanted & they 100% delivered. Christian Behl & Chris Walls listened to I wanted & then told me what they could do, not what they couldn't do. Thanks to everybody & I'm 100% satisfied!

I was extremely satisfied with the level of customer service from Tyreese Smith during my recent vehicle purchase. We had an accident over the holidays and needed a new vehicle. I feel we received a great deal and a great replacement for what we lost. I may even like it better ! Thank you for the wonderful experience. We will definitely recommend you to friends and family.

Group 1 Toyota AlbuquerqueReviews
Group 1 Toyota Albuquerque review
We had a car in the shop past its prime, and it was time to trade it in. We worked with Mel Bray, who is a great guy: Personable, attentive and knowledgeable. We live an hour and a half away from the dealership, but he kept in close touch. We live in the mountains and needed a pre-owned SUV that can handle daily use on rugged gravel roads and in all kinds of weather. AND be in our budget. Mel sent us ideas, but later he was on the phone with us walking the lot, and while he was talking with us, he said, “I found your car.” It had just come in. We looked at some others but he was spot on, and it has been the right call. We’ve been real happy with it so far, and also with Mel’s cheerful and kind follow up. My husband John Diehl and I agree it was a great experience that could’ve been much different without Mel’s help!

2020 Jeep Gladiator review
Love this truck/Jeep! I moved from a SUV to this Gladiator and have never looked back! I have not found anything that I cannot do! If you have any sort of lift, have the fasteners checked every 30,000 miles. Just a FYI, I speak from experience.

Seamless buying experience. Generous trade in for my vehicle. As was the discount on the new Ranger. I as well as other family members have purchased vehicles form Franklin Ford in the past. Ron the salesman was the consummate professional. Felt very comfortable having him assist in the purchase. Will continue to return to the dealership going forward. Many thanks.
