2023 Kia Telluride review
We did our research on reliability and affordability with mid-size SUVs. We are a family of 6 with children out of car seats. The car is used for commuting and we put over 18,000 miles on our cars per year. After test-driving four vehicles we set our eyes on the Telluride and waited MONTHS for a model to appear. Purchased the car from Nutley Kia (NJ) and had a wonderful experience with the whole staff. We have had the car for 3 weeks now and realize WHY we fell in love with the vehicle, to begin with. We are thankful for KIa and the dealership we dealt with.

2023 Kia Telluride review
This is followup to Tucker Dawg prior review. As noted the 2023 Tellurides came without a tow hitch or harness and none ever became available due recall issue on 2020 -2022 models. My dealership was able to retro fit 2022 hitch, then they paid to have an aftermarket electrical harness installed. And now I pull a 22 foot airstream camper ( 3800# weight ) and it works great! All in all very happy with car after 3 years and 26,000 miles. But if buy used, do be aware KIA never offered a factory hitch or harness.

Group 1 Hyundai Hub City review
I got an alignment, brake fluids exchange, rotation, and a new tire from a diagnostic that they found themselves. Not to mention everyone was very nice to my 15month old daughter who ran around the whole time greeting every staff member that crossed paths with her. This is place is an amazing place and I honestly wouldn?t go to any other place even if I had to. I drove from Fort Worth just to come here. I love this place and people.

The finance manager was friendly, personable and worked hard to get me the best deal possible. He found every possible way to save me money and made the entire financing process easy and stress-free! Tommy went above and beyond by recommending a local restaurant while I was in town, and it was fantastic. Everyone treated me with respect and professionalism. If you're looking for a dealership that values its customers and makes buying a vehicle enjoyable, I highly recommend coming here and asking for Tommy. 2023 Kia Telluride review
I was very disappointed to discover that after paying the exorbitant markup of almost $10,000.00, that there is no power button in the car or on the key fob to open the rear hatch. I was also shocked that the front passenger seat does not have power controls, you have to reach under the seat to manually pull it forward or back. While I understand the safety feature to not accidentally lock a child in the car, I was unable to lock my car while trying to sleep in the back while camping. I'm hoping this won't be an issue in the future, but I had to have an alignment after only 12,000 miles and since I'm the only driver, I can assure you that I've never hit a pot hole or anything else that should have caused this. I do find the car comfortable to ride in and I like the safety features that alert you when trying to change lanes or if an object is behind you.
