Drivers MartReviews
Drivers Mart review
Bought a 2020 Chrysler Pacifica 3 years ago from Drivers Mart in Sanford. We purchased an extended warranty. No costs other than gas and oil changes the entire three years. Suspected the oil cooler was going which seams to be a common problem with the v6 Pentastar engine. Taking the car to Drivers Mart Winter Park service department, they replaced the oil cooler and other items in the motor they found needing attention. Johnathan and his mechanics did a great job. The warranty service only paid for a few items but the outcome was worth the money I spent. The car drives great without issues. It’s been a very positive experience since purchase and I have to say I’m very happy with the outcome of the repairs completed by the service department.

Mercedes-Benz of LafayetteReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Lafayette review
Update (One Week Later): I would like to provide an update to my previous review. Since expressing my concerns, Mercedes-Benz of Lafayette reached out promptly and took the necessary steps to fully address the issue with my vehicle. I have now been driving my car for a week, and I can genuinely say it feels smoother and more refined — a noticeable improvement that I truly appreciate. I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Mr. Hunter for taking the time to personally look into the matter and ensure that the issue was properly corrected. Thank you as well to Edwin, my service advisor, for your guidance throughout the process, and to Charity for your patience, professionalism, and kindness. Your efforts played a significant role in restoring my confidence in the service department. I recognize and appreciate when a business takes accountability and works diligently to make things right. Thank you again, Mercedes-Benz of Lafayette, for addressing my concerns and reinforcing the level of service that customers expect from a luxury brand.

Excellent service from Marcel and his team even though I was hundreds of miles away with terrible signal. They provided great service even from afar and when I arrived at the dealership, I was able to pick up the vehicle at the dealership, and all documents were ready for me. They handled communication between me and the bank very well and was very transparent with the offers. I would definitely do business with them again.

Metric has some top of the line cars on their lot.I did my research through CarMax and choose to get the Lexus from Metric, and was approved in just a little time. The car was beautiful, clean , low mileage, and had a really awesome price tag. I would send my friends and family to buy a car from Metric. Their customer services was great and very professional. The ball was in my corner, they made me feel that I was a valuable customer. Thank you Metric Dealership of Raleigh.

AutoNation Ford North CantonReviews
AutoNation Ford North Canton review
I had a great experience at AutoNation Ford in Canton! Kentayvion Stovall was fantastic to work with—friendly, professional, responsive, and made the entire car-buying process easy and stress-free. They even worked with me on getting my new Bronco color matched and offered me a loaner vehicle at no charge while it was being painted, which I really appreciated. We also realized after the fact that we had left something in the Jeep we traded in. I reached out to Kentayvion, and he responded right away and was super helpful in getting it back for us. The customer service didn’t stop once the sale was complete, and that really stood out to me. I absolutely love my new Bronco and would highly recommend AutoNation Ford and Kentayvion to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience!

Performance Toyota BountifulReviews
Performance Toyota Bountiful review
Amir was great to work with! He was respectful of our choices, listened to what we were looking for, and made me feel heard throughout the process. He even offered to bring a car to us to test drive on a Friday night, which really impressed me and showed how willing he was to go the extra mile. What I appreciated most was that Amir was never pushy. As someone who works in sales myself, I really value a salesperson who listens, respects the customer’s decisions, and doesn’t try to steer them toward something simply because it benefits the sale. Making a decision to spend that kind of money is tough enough. I had done a great deal of research beforehand and knew what I felt comfortable with, and Amir respected that rather than trying to convince me I needed something different. It was refreshing to work with someone who made the experience feel comfortable instead of pressured. It was a pleasure working with Amir, and I would definitely recommend him!

CarMax Independence BoulevardReviews
CarMax Independence Boulevard review
We were interested in a vehicle at CarMax about 275 miles from where we live. We paid to have the car delivered to the location near us. There was nothing specific that the CarMax dealer did other than be sure the car was moved as quickly as possible. We did not visit the location where the car was being offered and the car was not delivered to our home.

Toyota of NewportReviews
Toyota of Newport review
I made an appointment to take my car in for its scheduled inspection/service. From the time I got there until I left was only half an hour! How great is that? I bought the car at this dealership and have been taking it back for service. I couldn’t be happier with the care that has been given my car. The entire staff is friendly and everything is explained clearly… from the purchase to the warranty. This is the second automobile I have bought from Toyota of Newport and when, or if, I need another, I will buy it there.
