This dealership was really great and the sales and managerial staff made the experience really enjoyable. Sean is so nice, very knowledgeable and very helpful. He made the process easy and didn???t put us in any awkward sales situations. After the purchase, he spent time with us (at 9 o???clock at night) to make sure all the settings were to our liking before seeing us off. Great service and a wonderful overall experience.

I was specifically referred to this dealership by the Windy City Mazda Miata Club and by my neighbor, Matt, who also owns a Mazda MX-5 Miata. Matt knows Jeff and takes all his cars for service to Jeff. I must admit I was still somewhat skeptical. I waited an incredibly short time for Jeff's service staff to identify and fix the problem, a leaking drain plug on the 6-M transmission. Jeff personally took me out to the service area and showed me the leak while the car was on the lift. Please note that this was a very clean and orderly service shop that I can attest to firsthand. And, what other dealership allows you into their shop, for whatever good or bad reasons? Hats off to Jeff Becknell and Napleton Mazda! We discussed my upcoming 60K service requirement (the so-called "Big One") and what a refreshing conversation with the Service Manager who is both straight-talking and customer-focused. By the way, full disclosure: the leaking drain plug was caused by the owner, and the cost to fix it was "no charge." Also, Jeff described the 60K service for the Miata as mostly "checking." I really think I understand why the gentleman from the Windy City Mazda Club takes his SE (Special Edition) Miata to Jeff and why the Windy City Mazda Club knows the SE Miata owner is happy getting service from Napleton Mazda -- for a car he really cares about. Like me.
My salesman Erik Cardoso was very informative about the history of the vehicle and was very fair in negotiations of my trade in vehicle also. Would recommend Erik to my friends who are looking for a vehicle.
11 years ago I purchased a BMW from Anderson. It was a very pleasant experience. That brought me back for round 2 and I bought a Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring, which they had to bring in from a dealer in WI so I could get the color I wanted. I got a solid deal, and the service I received and always have received is what brought me back again. I highly recommend Anderson BMW, Mazda and Volkswagen.
I always come to Mazda Autobarn Service since purchasing my CX5 from the Autobarn dealership and I've always been very satisfied. Reena Parmar is my Service Advisor and I've also received excellent customer care from Clare and Jason. My car is in tip top shape and the team here goes out of its way to provide great service.
From the moment I walked through the doorway, Wilkins was a dream come true. Ed Chwal got the pricing I wanted and the entire deal signed, sealed and delivered in a few short hours. Ed was nothing short of incredible. If I could give him alone five stars I would. He walked me through every step and made me feel extremely confident about my purchase. He not only showed me how to use each and every aspect of the interior, but also showed me how to maintain the exterior. Ed's knowledge of the vehicle and the process were astounding. I have never felt better about buying anything. He also went out of his way to secure an accessory that I really wanted. I was going to head to another dealership and go with another brand, but I chose Mazda because Ed showed me and convinced me that I was making the right decision with Mazda.
This is my second car from Wilkins Mazda and I???m very pleased. Never felt bullied or condescended to. Only issue was quite a long wait for the car to be cleaned after all the paperwork had been signed. However, I was given a snack and all the coffee and water I could possibly want. All in all, I???m sure I???ll be back!
I cannot recommend this dealer and Ken Kalan enough. I came in to have my car serviced and decided to browse since my lease would be up shortly. Ken came to check on me right away. We went on a test drive, where he explained everything and showed me some really cool new safety features my previous car didn???t have. I told him I wouldn???t be able to buy that day since I wanted my husband to see the car as well. He didn???t pressure me. He wasn???t rude. He was genuinely kind and said to just let him know when I wanted to come back. It was really refreshing actually. I returned a few days later and again Ken was right there and as helpful and kind as could be. The sales manager, also Ken, was equally helpful and just as kind and personable. It was late and they got us out as quickly as possible, definitely not rushing us we were the ones who were tired and hungry. I came back the following day to pick up my car and it was beautifully cleaned inside and out. Ken gave me a bumper to bumper tour and explained even more of the features. It was easily the best car buying experience I???ve had. I never felt pressured, they were straightforward and honest. I will definitely be going back to Wilkins Mazda and seeing Ken when this lease is up.
My sales consultant Tim Albertson was great to work with from start to finish. He helped me find a car I am extremely happy with. Most importantly I did not feel pressured into my car purchase which helped make the entire process less stressful and very enjoyable.
We bought a new Ford Edge Sport from Al Piemonte this past July . Buying a new car is not always a great experience, but it was at Al Piemonte. You can always tell how good a company is until you need help. We did . About a week after we bought it, I was driving around going to a few malls and didn't notice a little scratch on the back right bumper until a got home. We all know that feeling well. So I called Al Piemonte thinking they're not obligated to repair it, but to my surprise they said bring it in and we will repair it at no charge. So I did ,and they had it repaired perfectly. Al Piemonte is the only dealer we will ever buy a car the !
My son and I leased a new 2018 Mazda CX-5. I live in NJ and he lives in Chicago. He went in and picked out a car and I negotiated the deal via email with Brian the sales manager. I advised him that I would be flying in for one day and when I got there the car was ready and all we needed to do was fill out the paperwork and off we went. Manny went over the car from top to bottom with my son and Bilal handled the paperwork. Couldn???t have been any easier. They also took back our 2016 CX-5 which was at the end of the lease. Great job all around.
