2021 Mercedes-Benz A-Class review
The technology in this vehicle is superb! I have the AMG blackout line with the upgraded Burmester stereo. I will say I'm not sure I can tell the difference between the upgraded stereo and the standard? Other than that, the large iPhone look on the dash is pretty neat. It connects to my Android and everything is voice activated. The placement of the Android auto plug is little irritating right behind the cup holder in this car versus the other Mercedes where it was inside of the center console. The interior, although with a retro type look with the black and red leather, with silver touches, the silver seems a bit cheap looking in my opinion. Plenty of front seat room! A bit firm for the seating but I'm pretty sure this will last me a long time without having any leather issues. This car gets very zippy in sport mode, I love it! Econ mode is great for my long commute on the freeway. I'm averaging around 32 mpg for both city/highway combined. I haven't driven it long enough to determine a true reliability.... But I did have to have my brakes/rotors replaced under warranty--they were thinking it's a manufacturer's type defect so I sure hope so!

This was my first experience with carmax, and it was amazing. First off, let me say that if you go to carmax at centennial, Las Vegas, ask for Muhammad. This man goes beyond and above for his customers to ensure they get the perfect car for them. He has the patience of a saint. Carmax should definitely look into promoting this guy. The company would really benefit from having someone like him in management. Secondly, the selection of vehicles rivaled other competitors, and their reserve system was a stress relief for us as we felt like we were scrambling to find a car before someone else purchased it. You will have peace of mind knowing that the car you want to see will be there waiting for you, no matter what your work schedule is like. They stay open late which is very helpful. They have a TV set up for kids and a nice woman came and handed us coloring packets and foam car toys for the kids. Just went in to check out 2021 Lexus rx350 for my family car. My first day with Terrie, I was quickly trying to get a quote. He was very straight forward with his deal but I still wanted to check out other dealers as well. So i left and went to other dealers to check on other cars they have and figure out the numbers. The next day, I went back to Terrie and made my purchase. I did test drove it and looked for any flaws on this car. I found one spot that had a small dent, but they fixed it for me. This dealer and staffs were amazing! i had a great easy experience with them. I will definitely come back to them when i need a new car or recommend them to my friends as well who needs a new car. I am enjoying driving my 2021 Lexus Rx350 right now and my children are smiling because they are too enjoying this car. Again thank you Terrie and Zaad for helping out our family!
