This is my second Mercedes-Benz. It’s absolutely the most incredible car I’ve ever owned. I was blessed to be able to custom order this car to have everything I wanted and more inside and out! I scheduled an oil change, same day by phone and was told it would take 90 minutes to 2 hours. I was courteously greeted by Ashlyn, my service rep (who seemed to know a lot from a discussion she had with one of the service persons) and found a comfortable area in the waiting room. After an hour I was sent a link to a video inspection where they said the engine air filter was still clean enough to not need replacement and when they lifted the car, all was in order underneath. This reminded me to ask for a tire rotation, which they did. The car was ready in 90 minutes from when I got in.
2021 Mercedes-Benz C-Class review
Not enough miles driven to fairly evaluate but look forward to driving when weather is better. I have high expectations! I'll need time to get used to the console controls.

I was interested in a Nissan NV 2500. Viewing several of these vehicles on cars.com and other sites. I decided to make the trip to Trust Auto in Maryland from West Virginia. About a 4 1/2 hour trip. I had talked to David on the phone to make sure the Nissan was still available and explained when I could be there to look over the vehicle. We made the trip in good time only running into one delay. Upon meeting David he brought the vehicle up to the front of the dealership and told us to inspect it, which is what we did. I had two top mechanic with me. While we knew the vehicle had been in an accident, the repair work was very well done on found a few bolts missing. One in the valance and the other from the inner fender. This could have been from the accident or just from being a service vehicle. A little over 94,000 miles on it. The detail shop did a great job on their work. Very chean for sure. After running the computer test, we took the Nissan NV for a test drive. It did not disappoint. Extremely happy with everything we saw and felt during the test drive. Steering was solid and tracked well. No pull to either side while driving. Throttle response was perfect as well as the braking system. The comfort of the Nissan NV was Avery pleasant surprise. The ride was almost as good as my Lincoln MKZ, almost.😎 Much like a 2006 GMC dually I had in 2007. Very nice. When returning to the dealership myself and the two mechanics talked things over and decided to go to the next step. After a little negotiation we settled on a fair price and made the purchase. David was very kind to us and I feel like we got a great deal. We finished the paperwork and was ready to leave but we were blocked in by another vehicle. I backed back into the parking spot when one of the ladies that worked there said she would move the vehicle so we could be on our way. She came back within a few minutes moved the vehicle and with a big beautiful smile waved goodbye to us as we left. That truly made my day😇. Trust Auto in my opinion is a great dealership and when I need another vehicle, they will be the first ones I will go to. 2019 Mercedes-Benz C-Class review
I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.
