The customer service, the compassion and understanding were truly great. Suzanne and Jason were incredibly kind, very responsive and explanatory and provided us with all around amazing service. We were contacted quickly after our online inquiry and Suzanne was happy to help us answer all the questions we had. We are out of state and the process in which the paperwork and transport of the vehicles were done was flawless. We thank you all for your expertise and kindness. We will be back when the time comes and will most certainly refer all who are in the market to your dealership.

Very good customer service, I was checking couple dealerships and AutoNation was very transparent on the price and i got the best deal. Thanks to Alex, Rodrick and Reggie for making so easy
2017 Nissan Armada review
This SUV was a STEAL!! You basically got an INFINITI QX80 - same engine and Horsepower for about $28,000 LESS. If you needed to have the LUXURY BRAND BADGES and GRILL, spend the extra $28,000. As to the "Expert's Review" she was DEAD wrong especially her summary on handling. With that 390HP V8 the Armada is quick off-the-line and is quiet and comfortable on the Highway. Handling is "more like a sportscar - and not trucky like an SUV" - my wife's summary of it. As to turning, anytime at an intersection, if you have to make a U-Turn, the Armada turns tight. I totally disagree with the "Experts" review. Handling is quick and responsive. My wife summed it up best- it does NOT drive like a truck and she is only 5' and loves driving it. We have about 84,000 miles on it and no problems. Changing Oil and Filter, Battery, etc. regular maintenance only. As to handling - we DID put on Bridgestone Duelers tires which may respond better than whatever the "Expert" was driving on. I would recommend the Armada over a Cadillac Escalade any day. We test drove, the Escalade, Denali, and Tahoe as well as the VW Toureg before buying the Armada. ALSO NOT MENTIONED was the extended warranty you could have bought directly from Nissan on this truck for an added price $4,200 for Ten Years/120,000 miles. This is a great truck that drives more like a sportscar. With what we saved on NOT buying a Luxury Brand like Cadillac or Infiniti - we bought a loaded Altima 3.5L (V6) with the money. The wife prefers driving the Armada than the Altima because she sits high in it and can see over cars in front of her.

Car buying experiences (to me, anyway) are often an annoying ritual, but Ray and Jayden made it as painless as possible. I flew in from Houston, and after some back and forth with Ray via email, and some terrific sales support from Jayden, we were on our way. Here's hoping I get as many miles/years of great service out of this Lexus as I have with my previous ones.
2020 Nissan Armada review
I never thought I would enjoy driving a large vehicle but I love this car I feel safe and the car holds its own on the road a great vehicle. The car has many features I for one is constantly learning the ride is comfortable, and relaxing I believe this will be my lady car I purchase. I will never own a small vehicle again this car live up to its quality.

2026 Nissan Armada review
Coming from a 2023 Acura MDX. This is so much better. Transmission is buttery smooth. Stylish outside and luxurious inside. Ride is not bumpy. Amazing the value you get for a non-luxury vehicle. So much power and torque to move it when you need to but I mostly just cruise like it's a Cadillac. Sound system is certainly adequate in SL trim. If you had to put a g*n to my head to come up with a complaint I would say the doors sound cheap when you close them vs a luxury vehicle but that's all I got man

Brandon Tomes Subaru review
Didn’t expect to leave with a car, but here we are. Tarah wasn’t pushy at all—she just laid everything out straight, answered my questions, and let me breathe. I’ve dealt with enough dealerships to know when someone’s just trying to hit a quota. That wasn’t the vibe. She actually gave a xxxx. Appreciate that. Anna
2023 Nissan Armada review
This is our third Armada since 2012. First two were not new and we had great performance out of them. We were fortunate that general maintenance and upkeep was all we ever did to them. I will likely stay in this line as long as it is available. Having a ‘23, I will likely not be looking for a long while.

Great experience yet again at Nissan of McKinney. Tim Olvera was great to work with and financing department was great as well. Tim is a man of his word. We work 98% of the deal via text and when I went in to the dealership i was in and out in less than 2 hours. They didn’t try to changes things up when i got there, it was seamless. This is my second vehicle through them and their team continues to wow there customers.
2020 Nissan Armada review
We just bought this car from Tim Dahle Nissan Southtown in Utah. And we loved this car. we were pretty hesitant because cost and family budget but now that we have it we cant look back it is an awesome car to run, very smooth and comfortable even though I am only 5'2. love the fact the third row is pretty comfortable. The downside is the gas consumption but the power the V8 gives makes it all worth it. Hands up for Jose Escamilla and Seth Petersen they are awesome at what they do and help you all the way.

Park Place Lexus Plano review
When I saw Nicholas Hughes working with a lady on an RX 350h, I watched, listened, and I was impressed. He was respectful, courteous and kind. I talked to the lady when Nicholas walked outside to bring the car for a test drive. She said she loved him, he was great, etc, etc. When he came back in, I introduced myself and told him I would wait for him. It was worth the wait. He gave me a fair price on the car, got me more money on my trade-in, and the deal went smoothly. I would recommend Nicholas Hughes to everyone. If he is busy, WAIT. It will be worth the wait.

Grubbs INFINITIReviews
Grubbs INFINITI review
I live in California and while visiting my daughter in Fort Worth my 2011 FX50s broke down needing a starter. I called the Infiniti dealership in Dallas which was close and they told me that they may not work on it because of its age. I contacted Grubbs Infiniti in Grapevine and they immediately told me that they will fix it so I can drive back to California. They did exceptional work and and the service manager was attentive to any questions or concerns I had I recommend Grubbs and super satisfied with the work done on my 2011 FX50s.

Reliable Chevrolet review
Tony, Nico, and Adrian worked their tails off to get the deal done. My wife loves her new Tahoe. Would definitely buy from them again.
2023 Nissan Armada review
Amazing full size suv, spacious, comfortable, filled with technology. My platinum is excellent to travel with 2 small dogs and golf bags. Not fuel efficient for 2023 gas prices. Well, will keep my amazing toy no matter the gas price. As a Nissan employee lease member, we try and change cars every 7 to 9 months, so far the armada is my top 2 behind the Infiniti qx60.

Nissan of Lewisville - New OwnerReviews
2026 Nissan Armada review
I am a very tall person (6'8" tall) and I am overjoyed with my purchase of the 2026 Nissan Armada. The Armada has room to spare, and is very comfortable. I did some serious online review of this vehicle, and I am glad to say that all of my objectives were met when I purchased this vehicle. On the highway, my Armada gets almost 24 miles to the gallon, and that is unheard of with either the Tahoe or Yukon. I purchased the SL model, so I didn't get some of the high end features, but what I did get suits me just fine. I would not hesitate to others who are looking for a three row SUV to purchase this vehicle.

CarMax GarlandReviews
CarMax Garland review
I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

Principle Hyundai BoerneReviews
Principle Hyundai Boerne review
Starting with Polite Paul, the AI assistant, to make an appointment, and Tony and Miriam the advisors, my experience was excellent. It was really busy when I brought my vehicle in for service. They were teaming up and juggling customers, such that no one was left unattended and their needs were being met. I’ve never had advisors work as a team at any other dealership like they were doing. Between the two of them, they were getting things done! In reviewing the inspection video by the tech, it became obvious that the individual was new there and was following protocol in the review. The only flaw was that the odometer read 120,000 miles and he was going by that. There was no current notification of the engine replacement Principle did a year and a half ago, which would have shown that there was really only 25,000 miles on that engine. I’m sure that is an exception rather than the rule, but the tech should be able to quickly see a major item like that without having to view that vehicle’s entire history. Just a suggestion on my part, not any problem with the advisors or tech. I have always had excellent customer service at Principle Hyundai.

I was a victim of a devastating investment scam that left me financially and emotionally drained. The platform, which appeared legitimate at first, denied my withdrawal request of $275,000 and instead demanded multiple deposits under false pretenses. I lost a substantial amount of money over three weeks, plunging me into depression.. Fortunately, I discovered Ultimate Recovery Firm, who provided me with expert assistance in recovering my losses. Their help was instrumental in saving me from financial ruin. I'm grateful for their services and highly recommend them to anyone who has fallen victim to online scams.. I thoroughly enjoy being able to walk into a car dealership to just look around and sit in vehicles, without being chased around the parking lot by a salesman! That is Carmax. You can go in, walk right out to the cars and browse, and all of them are open, have stickers with pricing and details, and you can get a feel for them without being bothered; no hassle, no haggling. I have purchased one car though them and was happy with the test drive, the buying process and the car has been great. Thanks Carmax!
