Reliable NissanReviews
Reliable Nissan review
I recently purchased a Jeep from Reliable Nissan, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From start to finish, everything was smooth and stress-free. The team was incredibly helpful and made me feel comfortable the entire time—there was absolutely no pressure, which I really appreciated. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. The whole process was easy, straightforward, and actually enjoyable, which isn’t something you hear often about car buying! I truly loved the experience I had and would highly recommend Reliable Nissan to anyone looking for a vehicle.

AutoNation Nissan Chandler review
I was elated with my experience, until I had a problem. When I got home and started to learn about my new used car I discovered I was given a broken key fob that does not have the mechanical key used in the event of an emergency/safety issue. I texted my salesman who said he would check in it. Several days later I had not heard anything. Contacted my sales person again and he admitted he forgot and sent me to the GM. I emailed the GM twice and never heard back. I contacted customer relations and explain. They said they would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. It's now several days later and nothing. I was hoping they would handle the situation so I didn't have to put it in the review. The sales part was good, the followup in nil.

2021 Nissan Kicks review
I bought my Kicks brand new off the dealership floor in September, 2021. I have driven over 30K miles since my purchase. I am very pleased with my purchase. The car is the perfect size for me. The gas mileage is wonderful. It is very comfortable. My family has taken several vacations in the car and it has always performed wonderfully. I have always owned Honda Accords and Toyota Camry's until I purchase my Kicks. I wanted a CUV, but not a large one. I am very pleased with my purchase. The only negative is the CVT. It is slow to "down shift" when needed and is sometimes very hesitant off the line. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and plan on keeping my Kicks for many years.

Pinnacle NissanReviews
Pinnacle Nissan review
I can’t say enough good things about Nismo Nick at Pinnacle Nissan. I first spoke with Nick when I was trying to understand the allocation process for the new Z and sort through all the supposed “mandatory” dealer add-ons I was encountering with another dealership. From that very first conversation, Nick was different. He answered my questions, explained how things actually worked, and there were no games. During that first conversation, Nick made me an incredibly compelling offer on the Z I wanted. The problem was, I had already put a significant deposit down on a car with the other dealership, and I felt I should honor my commitment. Nick respected my decision completely and never pressured me. Unfortunately, when that car arrived at the other dealership with significant damage, the deal fell apart. I called Nick for advice. He still had my Z and simply asked if I wanted it. This time, I said yes! That’s when Nick really had my back. He walked me through a difficult situation and gave me sound, straightforward advice. Then he went to work. He put together a deal that was more than fair and added value in ways I hadn’t expected. Eric did a great job handling the financing, while Nick took care of everything else. Before I knew it, the Z I had wanted from the beginning was mine, and Nick arranged to have it shipped hundreds of miles and delivered right to my doorstep. What stands out to me about Nick is pretty simple: he does what he says he’s going to do. He treated me fairly when I wasn’t even his customer, and when I came back needing his help, he was there. He’s a no-nonsense salesman, a straight shooter, and someone I learned I could trust. I absolutely love my new Z, and I have a lot of respect and appreciation for the person who helped me get it. If you’re considering buying a Nissan of any flavor, call Nismo Nick at Pinnacle Nissan. Whether you’re across town or across the country, give him the opportunity to earn your business. No games. No nonsense. Just someone who does what he says he’ll do. Nick, I’m happy and honored to finally be part of your Z family.

It's a great car, except for the fact it sometimes does NOT have enough power. whenever I accelerate from 0, it may take up to a second or two to actually accelerate. in roads going upwards, not even full throttle will make it accelerate enough.

2022 Nissan Kicks review
I have the SR model which is nice and sporty looking but as I knew before purchasing it is under powered. I am disappointed in the 12 gallon fuel tank. Even though it does get around 30 miles per gallon in the city I still feel like I'm spending way too much time at gas stations. The pump cuts off at 10 gallons and I have to SLOWLY pack the other 2 gallons in. No power seats and on power rear hatch. Just the right size for grandparents. A lot of nice options and I love the adaptive cruse control. No heat or AC vents in the back seat, could be a problem if carrying passengers. Seat material seems to be hard to clean and attracts lint. The auto headlight dimmer works good and is very handy.

Excellent service. I appreciate Eric taking extra time with me. The service here is very professional, friendly. I wish I had purchased only Nissans years ago and had the vehicles serviced at this dealership which is VERY organized rather than experience headaches at other dealerships. From now on, I am only purchasing Nissans and will take them to this dealership.
2026 Nissan Kicks review
My New 2026 SR is Great except for 2 things. The main thing is a totally messed up radio. It offers everything you could want and much that you don't need. It comes with the Siri. Yuck, it interrupts everything. But, the presets don't work, the station that it says it is playing is wrong. You have to key many stations because it is playing something you don't want to hear. I could go on and on but that is the jest of it. There is a considerable amount of road noise as well. Otherwise, i LOVE it. Nissan refuses to replace the radio or the car. BAD!!!

AutoNation Honda West Knoxville review
I used cars.com buying service and was greeted by 3 dealerships but chose AutoNation Honda. The process of the service was very easy to use and understand. Salesman, Jamal Walters, reached out and made an appointment for Saturday, and Jamal was waiting when we showed up with the cars, we were interested ready to view. we took a test drive and started process of figures, then trade-in values. No waste of valuable time. Returned on Monday to consummate purchase. Brain our finance mgr., was also easy to deal with and tailored products what we needed. If you want a Honda, run to AutoNation and ask for Jamal!

Great service from Tyler! This was my first time coming to Hyundai for an oil change, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the experience was amazing! He was very polite, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. He made sure I felt comfortable and kept me informed, which I really appreciated as a first-time customer. It’s always nice to meet someone who genuinely cares about providing great customer service. I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend him to anyone coming to Hyundai!

It's a decent car that I only looked at because it's said that it replaced the Juke. It did not. Looks cool from the outside but the interior is pretty plain. Better than Rogue if you don't want a car as big as the Rogue. I'd prefer to get the Juke back in the US.

2024 Nissan Kicks review
Looks great packed with features some being more advanced than models ahead of its class. The SR premium makes you feel like you got something special, auto dim mirror , heated seats, ambient lighting, leather with sporty orange stitching , able to use features with mynissan app... the cvt is definitely not my favorite style transmission, its different than the 5spds im use to. Drives smooth fantastic fuel economy and all for a price i can live with !!

Mr Hassan Slim was very helpful, I had intended to go and buy used Tuscan and end up driving new Tuscan for almost same price. I love ❤️ the way I’ve been treated from my salesman Hassan to all the staff including Mohammed Essa and Leo my financial guy. Five star rating Noah
2021 Nissan Kicks review
I only had this car for a month and fell in love with it immediately. Hit another car in the rear while traveling the speed limit on a 75 mpr freeway. I am pleased to say I walked away from the accident with minor injuries. As I hit, my thoughts were that not only would I not walk away, but might not see another day. Car was totaled. I would have bought another but my local dealer didn’t have one so I got the rogue sport. After a couple months with it, I love it, too!

Negotiated over text. Simple process. Same day. Not a whole lot a back and forth. No gimmicks or games. They made the discount large enough to compensate for the dealer adds/fees.
2025 Nissan Kicks review
Only had my 2025 kicks sv a few months , 4k miles but I like it a lot , look , style, drives well and it very comfortable. Love all the included safety features that other car companies charge extra for . Gas mileage is incredible. Gave it a 5 across the board, as my last 3 new cars have been a Colorado , for maverick and jeep wrangler. Cost , value of the redesign kicks is much better imop . Dash layout and how easy everything is to use .

This is my fourth vehicle purchased from AutoNation, and I continue to be very pleased with the service. The staff is always welcoming, and my salesperson, Isreal Eddins, was especially helpful. Although he is young, he was knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable.

We bought 2015 Honda CRV in 2016. Great car, Driving experience and routine maintenance increases car life. Every time take to my car for maintenance, always given honest advice and I respect their services. Only thing that is little expensive service cost. Still I would recommend to take it to them to fix the car.
2023 Nissan Kicks review
A lot of pros to this vehicle. The only thing I wished Nissan would make better is, the pickup when ya hit the gas pedal. It is sluggish for a split second, and boggs down some... however, it runs great and after the sluggishness, it goes. Great passing gear and so easy to drive. All the bells & whistles on it alert you of every and anything you can think of. I appreciate those features. Comfort is top tier for me, the seats hug you and easy to adjust. The sound system, Bose, is amazing. Just too many features to speak about. Does great in gas in the city, haven't had it on any road trips yet. The kicks rides well also. Plenty of room and can haul a lot of things in it, as the back seats fold down. Only thing I can say negative about the vehicle is how it's sluggish/boggs down some for a minute when ya press gas to go. Hopefully Nissan fixes that in their new models here in out.

Good quality car. After so many long trips I enjoyed any time with my family, ex. Medellín to Guajira more or less 1000 KMS ~ 600 miles. It is an Mt Advance version and does not have as many technical assistants. But it is a city car, don't expect too much. it doesn't have much strength

Dealership a little slow on responding to a meeting although the personnel were very personable when we met. I just wish they had pointed out that the car did not have adaptive cruise control or heads up display which evidently came with the upgraded version.
