I bought this car new thinking it’s a brand new car and I won’t have no problems. Which is true the car is a great running car.. but it is boring. Looks and interior is dull and it sure is not a head turner
Madilynn greeted my husband and I today when we popped in to check out a car we saw online and were interested in, we chose not to go with that car, however we did end up purchasing a 2014 Chevy impala. Overall pleased with our experience today, great atmosphere, extremely friendly staff (not only with their customers but with one another as well) Steve ( the president) came in while we were there and chatted with us for a minute but what I noticed is how personable he was with his employees not always do people in higher positions take time to treat their employees the way he did, and I respected that. I spent 10 years in sales myself so when it comes to making purchases I have a hard time when I feel like I'm being "sold" I did not have that problem today. I didn't feel like anything was being forced or pushed, we came out very close to the payment we wanted, with a longer warranty than I was set on, thanks to Jason (finance manager) keep up the great work SVG we will be returning customers!

This car met all our needs,for a 4 cyl.surprising power ,,plenty of leg room,,and did I mention the gas mileage? We're getting 39 mpg highway,,at these fuel prices,,much appreciated!
Staff is nice. I went in for service scheduled appointment a week prior and the part wasn’t there. I wasn’t happy about having to wait for the part to arrive

Have had nothing but issues with this car.... Granted, I drive the xxxx out of the car as I'm a delivery driver However, already had to replace brakes,battery, reprogram computer once then replace computer, and clutch went out. Now I have 60k miles on this car in mess than a year but still those issues shouldn't be resulting already...NEXT...... NEVER BUT A CAR FROM IPAC NISSAN... Since changing management after I purchased the vehicle this dealership had been nothing but rude and very unhelpful with the issues I have had with this piece of junk I've purchased.
Was shopping for a new car the folks at this dealership answered all my questions and we’re polite and friendly. Their quote was competitive but I found a similar deal closer to home otherwise I would have purchased a new car from them.

I have a SV and it is good on gas , the only thing i wish it had was a arm rest console and the back to be a little larger . Overall it is a good car and my car payments are under 400 and it gets me from point A to B , can't really complain
Purchased a 2012 BMW X5 about a year ago. The experience continues to be a positive memory. Abe was open, honest, low keyed and patient. There was ZERO pressure. Still loving my vehicle. It was exactly what I was looking for: clean, in great shape and at my price point.
I remain impressed by the high level of customer service he provided. Not that I anticipate car hunting anytime soon, but...when I do next time, I'll probably start at his lot! Thanks Abe!

Its okay but if you love to truly enjoy driving, it sucks canal water. You like a slow moving, no heat, no fun car your in heaven.
We bought a black Veloster from Preferred in July, and talked about how much of their business is parents buying for their children's first car. They said they are always careful about that and just wanted to say thanks. My 16 year old was hit almost head on in her Veloster by a Civic, and although her car was totaled, she walked away. Car kept her safe.

My experience at Kings Kia was above expected. Jason really listened to everything that I wanted in a new vehicle and he made it happen. The guy that helped me with financing was great because he was very straight forward and honest. He told me what the best deal was and I did the math on my own so I could understand where he was coming from and didnt care to walk me through that. The last guy (sorry- I really wish I had names), closed the deal and explained all of the waranties and extended coverages. He was very knowledgable and easy to talk to. Thanks to Jason and the rest of the Kings Kia crew who helped to get me back on the road with something I absolutely love- my 2018 Black Kia Sorento 3.3L V6 AWD! The convenience package is icing on the cake! When I have to buy a new car (hopefully many years down the road), I will for sure be back! 😊

Lots of room compared to a sedan. Very reliable and dependable. Navigation system is a lifesaver. Easy on gas. Very quite vehical with a lot of power.

The car was a great value and form a reputable brand with a good warranty. What allowed be to make my purchase with confidence. Really only complaint about the vehicle would be the lack of features such as automatic windows and locks.
Chris Patton was professional, courteous, and well informed about the models I was interested in. He made the experience the most pleasant anyone could expect. Although my final choice was not with his dealership, it will certainly be visited again by me on my next purchase.
I will and have recommended Chris to my friends and family.

For the price paid there's more car than there usually found in this size class. The back seat is extremely huge, and can fit a 6 foot person with generous legroom. Sure, it leaves a little to be desired in terms of get up and go, but this is by all accounts a very fine and well built sub compact that gets the job done and exceeds expectations.

This car is nice but beware your power steering may turn on and off while driving. This happens at any speed. I really liked my Versa until the power steering started acting up. I took the car back to the dealership. They wanted five grand to repair the car. They said they would have to replace the whole steering column. I ended up giving the car back to the bank.
I was shopping for a Hummer H2 for about a month and was narrowing my search my price, miles, and how the dealerships I talked to treated me and replied to questions. There were few H2's in my area and had to look 300+ miles out. I had a lot of places to go but from how they treated me on the phone I made the 1.5 hour drive to see the H2 in person. I walked in and was greeted offered coffee while they went and warmed up my truck i wanted. I was preapproved and had a trade. Elle and the crew made it beyond easy! There were some concerns about buying at a used lot and they made me feel at ease. I waited there for about 8 hours before my wife could come to go over options and sign a few papers. While I waited every concern I had about the vehicle were answered and addressed. They capitalized on every detail and fullfilled every promise they gave! I was blown away! I will be coming back in 2 years for my daughters first car! If you want ease, honest, great vehicles go to Automotive Connection in Fairfield Ohio!

Pretty good small car. Runs good. No major problems and I am approaching 115000 miles. Good gas mileage. Lots of room when seats folded down.
Now I want to start off by saying I was very reluctant to purchase a car from a used car dealer, because of all the war stories I have heard in the past. But I was pleasantly surprised with the service at Premier. I went there with the intention on just looking at a car that I saw on their website, and normally when you walk on a used car lot there are multiple salesman coming from all angle’s like it’s some kind of feeding frenzy. But not here, only one person came up to me asked if I needed any help and when I said no I was just looking he smiled and left me to inspect the car on my own, which was a shock to me. And once I was done I asked him to come back and he answered all my questions about the finance process quickly and honestly. Now I have bad credit and normally I get treated like nothing because of that but that didn’t change anything with them. In fact they brought me in the office and walked me through the process like I had an 850 credit score. The finance manager worked really hard to get me a loan and I know he did because like I said my credit is BAD. I couldn’t even get a toys r us credit card and they got me a BMW. I didn’t go in to purchase the car that day but the service was so good that I made the deal right then and there. Oh and did I forget to mention there was NO HIDDEN FEES!! Now that’s amazing especially now a days. But all in all I had a great experience at Premier automotive and I can’t wait until I have to get a new car

I am tall and it has good leg room. Mpg avg 22 town, 24 hwy. Curious how some report 39mpg. How??? I put 15,000 mi/yr on it. Minor front end alignment issues. Armrests would be nice. Has been a faithful car since purchased 5 years ago. Air bag recall 2018. Would purchase again.
