2016 Dodge Grand Caravan review
I bought my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan used in 2017. I’ve got 130,000 miles on it now and I’m still overall very pleased. This is my 4th Dodge/Chrysler minivan in the last 20+ years. I am kind of tired of driving a minivan but don’t know if I could give them up! This van has so many pros and very few cons. First, price is lower than other makes of minivans. Front and middle rows very comfortable on long trips. Good visibility from front and middle rows. I love that it has 2 separate glove boxes. Tons of cup holders! Adequate cargo area behind 3rd row seats. The stow and go feature is awesome. With second and third row seats folded down and hidden underneath the floor, you’ve got a huge open space to haul stuff. Almost like having a pickup truck except no one asks you to borrow it to move! Lol. It’s easy to get in and out of even if you have mobility problems. Drives and handles well. I don’t think we’ve ever had it in the shop. Never broken down on us. I’ve had this van since 2017 and no problems EVER until this summer. The radio quit working. We replaced it, and after a few weeks, the second one quit. Going to have it looked at soon. Also, the wipers have always worked poorly. Even after replacing them a few times with premium wipers, they still seem to “drag”, and are kind of “bumpy” is the only way I can describe it. My husband has to warn me before he turns them on, because they are so loud at first that they startle me very badly. Very irritating. When there’s a heavy rain they work fairly quietly and smoothly.

2021 Chrysler Pacifica review
We got the new 2021 Pinnacle edition. Most dealers/sales persons did NOT know the second row of seats were not stow n go. Most of them also really did not know how to install/work with CarPlay. We had to figure out most of the stuff ourselves because they couldn’t. You tube really helped!

2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

Best experience we've had shopping for a car. I haven't had much experience with car shopping, but my wife has gone to a few dealerships, and has always had a bad experience. The one dealership I did actually go to, was terrible. This one changed how I feel about dealerships. While walking up to the dealership, they already had all the cars I was interested in pulled up to the front of the store. We showed up about 15 minutes early, and Dylan McDowell was immediately available for any questions, concerns, etc. Went on a test drive, and immediately fell in love with the car. Once we got back to the dealer, Dylan again, was extremely helpful, and talked us through everything. Never once seemed pushy or impatient like we've had in the past. Even though we came in on a Saturday, and tried to get in with enough time before close, we still ended up about 15-20 minutes after close, and everyone still remained just as nice, friendly, and helpful, not trying to rush us out. Halfway through this experience, my wife said that she knows where she's buying her next car! Can't recommend this place enough!
2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

We found the Sienna on cars.com and connected with Kris Fox who promised to follow up as soon as the car was available for viewing. Apparently as soon as the car became available several sales people, including Kris, were driving up to the warehouse to pick it up for viewing. We’re grateful for his quick action and communication so we were the second to view the car and decided to purchase it. It was easy to work with Luther to arrange financing we were satisfied with and they went the extra mile to make sure the car was clean and prepped when we picked it up. My experience with Luther Kia of Bloomington (Minnesota) has been positive over several trips to the dealership. They treated me fairly and courteously. I feel they are concerned about my future needs with my 2022 Kia Soul which already has 68,000 miles on it. No major expenditures out of pocket so far with the exception of four new tires and a brake job which are ordinary. Best of all, I don't think the dealership misses anything to check. They're very thorough and bend over backwards to accommodate me, whether than means arranging a Lyft or bringing ina tech for a specific issue. The Service Writers keep me informed all along the way with progress and wait time expectations. I'm very impressed with the way they do things at Luther's Bloomington Kia!

Amazing space inside, yet good road manners - sure footed in bad weather, good handling and sublime ride quality - and everyone smiles when they see it. People coming to an EV for the first time may have range anxiety, but charging is seamless and quick. Controls take some getting used to but still far better than a Model Y/3 with just one screen and two scroll wheels. More than enough room for my very large dog.
