We went into the Mullinax Ford Apopka location after visiting numerous Ford dealers in the Central Florida area. Our sales consultant Jose Burgos listened to our request and for found that specific vehicle we wanted with little time wasted, after other dealers couldn’t. Jose went above and beyond working with us and as my wife said, this has the best experience we ever had in purchasing a new vehicle. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a vehicle, you’ll want to go to Mullinax Ford in Apopka and ask for request Jose!
This is my second Mazda from Corey Fairbanks Mazda - I brought my 2014 CX-5 in for its 30,000 mile check up. They fixed a speaker, did an oil change, all new tires - they were honest and up front about cost of the repairs. They called me to let me know when it was ready and when I needed something additional done. If I wasn’t so close to paying it off - I’d definitely consider trading it in for a newer model. They’re a great dealership.
It was a satisfying exprience buying a car with them. Nolan was great and very open and honest about everything and trying to make sure i got the best deal. Everyone there was great and i had nko issues purchasing a car through them.

Jack Bass was courteous, polite and knew his product. He explained everything and was very helpful with questions that I had. He was not a pressure salesman which was wonderful to see. I would recommend him as a salesman to anyone buying a Kia from your dealership. Ed Cotto has been my go to service person since owning my previous car and has always been excellent to work with.
bought a new Jetta and every thin went great! Alex Avila did a great job and was very kind and helped when needed. the insurance girls Jessica Diaz and Sigrid Neu did a great job and where very helpful. also dealt with Leo and some finance people all where great thank you!

I liked the business-like nature of the transaction. No playing games like a regular car dealership. Everything right up front and negotiations were handled at one sitting. Also, they were extremely responsive to our requests with regard to the things in our eyes that needed to be done to the vehicle, specifically detailing. After the deal was signed and sealed and in preparation for delivery, they spent almost 2 hours cleaning and detailing the vehicle using every machine and product available, front to back, inside and out, to make our used vehicle look nearly new. I know this because I went back and watched the detailing crew have at it. While we waited they let us take my trade-in and go have a bite to eat. Didn't really have to do that for us. Finally, walking the lot is like going to a car show. They have seemingly every vehicle from Supercars to Smartcars, and lots of them. All with prices clearly stated on the windsheild. Its an impressive operation.

Went to see a used Honda civic, and Jimmy " Superman" Hanlan was the salesperson. Took the test drive, and all good..No pressure at all, which made it a pleasant test drive..We didn't buy the car, but the the salesman was very professional, and followed up with e mails. I liked this dealership
At age 75, buying a car this year was not my first rodeo. In the past I have walked out of a number of dealerships, who's employees treated me as if I had a double digit IQ. I was in direct sales for over 50 years and I KNOW what I had to do to close sales. And, closing sales is the only way to get the money, which is why most of us go to work anyway. That said, I was treated kindly and with respect by everyone with whom I came in contact at Kaiser. I would buy there again.
Fabio approached me when I brought my car in for repairs. Lucky for me, because he was wonderful and helped me upgrade to a vehicle that I deserve and needed! He worked on my behalf and did everything he could to make it an offer I could not refuse! His sense of humor and personal attention to my needs was incredible. I would recommend that everyone ask for Fabio!
Was just out and about checking into Subaru after reading consumer reports, Steven greeted me and was a big help in me deciding what I want to do. He answered all my questions and was not pushy like so many other sales man. I haven't decided what to buy just yet, but when I'm ready I'll be buying from Steven at Bill Bryan Subaru.
