I never felt pressured by the financing department or to buy, but I was already interested in the Land Rover so it was not hard to sell me. I loved seeing their garage with an amazing selection of high end, luxury vehicles. I want to give a shoutout to Kosta at Old Orchard Nissan because he genuinely made me feel taken care of during what was a stressful time. My old car had just died unexpectedly and I needed something reliable fast but I didn't want to make a rushed decision I'd regret. Kosta understood the urgency but never used it as pressure. He showed me the Nissan Altima and the Sentra depending on my budget flexibility and was upfront about what each one offered. I ended up going with the Altima SR and I am so glad I did. He got me financed quickly, explained the warranty options clearly, and I was driving home in a brand new car the same day I walked in. That's not just good service, that's someone actually doing their job right.
