McDavid FordReviews
McDavid Ford review
Going in for a Ford and coming out with my dream ram was not what I was expecting from a Ford dealership, but that kind of versatility is what one can expect coming from David McDavid Ford in fort worth. Coming from the cold northern winters and ever salted roads of Wisconsin growing up, I was eager to see what a southern state had to offer for used vehicles. I had gotten a recommendation for David McDavid Ford from my brother who had an excellent experience aswell with our new salesman, and dare I say. friend, Jason Reed, who had listend and made note of every little detail of what we wanted, and our budgets, to make sure we were put into the PERFECT trucks. I have never felt more welcome and taken care of outside of a family holiday. If your in the market, and your even remotely close to the area, making a trip to David McDavid Ford in Fort Worth, Texas is a MUST for a new or used vehicle. And if your lucky enough to land on the other side of the desk from Jason, skip the casino for a while because you just hit the jackpot!

Ewing Subaru of PlanoReviews
Ewing Subaru of Plano review
Angel at Ewing Subaru made our purchase very easy. I looked at cars for my daughter from Corpus to Dallas, focusing on Houston since I live there. Ewing offered the best value, enough better to justify flying to Dallas for the purchase. Angel took care of the transaction electronically, and even delivered the car to Love Field to complete the deal. He met me at customer arrivals, we signed a few papers, and I was driving to Houston before security even had a chance to ask us to move along. A perfect buying experience!

I had the pleasure of working with Chase Bailey and am writing this from my brand new Subaru. He was helpful, had a genial demeanor, and took a no nonsense approach to negotiating price. The experience was expedient and Chase is someone I highly recommend if you're in the market for a new Subaru.

Huffines CDJR of Lewisville review
My husband & I have purchased many vehicles & worked with many different dealerships over the years. This was by far the simplest, quickest, & most pleasant experience we’ve ever had. Their no haggle pricing was a surprise & cut out much of the usual stress associated with buying a car. Our salesman, Kent, was professional, helpful & knowledgeable. He went out of his way to provide us with exceptional customer service (even delivering the car to me personally). The finance gal was super efficient & made the whole thing end on a truly positive note. Best car buying experience ever! Highly recommend this dealership!

From the moment I stepped out of my 2016 Ram 1500 Lonestar it felt like I mattered and that my salesman Charles-John Charles wanted to make sure I was comfortable and happy with the process. All of the follow ups to my purchase were appreciated. The manager also worked hard to make sure the sale was a nice experience.

Van HyundaiReviews
Van Hyundai review
Okay, this is an older facility without all the excesses that are in so many new dealerships. I believe that the lower overhead results in a lower price for the customer. My sales person, Lou Margetis, was outstanding in answering my questions, making sure that I got to look at and drive all the vehicles that I was interested. Working with Lou, and Timothy Goodman, the New Car Director, I got what I thought was an excellent price on a new Kona SEL Plus, much better than any other Hyundai dealership. Then, Timothy Goodman made sure that I was taking advantage of all the Hyundai specials, and another $1000 came off - wow, now I had a deal that I could not refuse. I bought the Kona and drove it home that evening. Then, a few days later, Katarina, their customer relations specialist followed up, and was very helpful in answering a few questions and was sincerely interested that everything went well. It was an awesome experience, and I highly recommend this dealership. Finally, I was also very impressed that this dealership was taking the Covid-19 issue very seriously and making sure everyone was safely taken care of.

I was I. The market for a used Mustang. I did do my research before hand. I think David knew that I was focused on one thing and he accommodated me. He answers all my questions. The financial guy seemed to be a little out of it and “tired” which was a little off putting. Over all I found what I wanted. The service in the back end was a little slow.

Five Star FordReviews
Five Star Ford review
I found a truck on cars.Com and did the normal thing sending a request to ensure it was available. Mel reached out to me via an email message and mentioned that he would contact me later in the day. He called me later that afternoon. After that very calm conversation, he gave me very solid reassurances that a different Ford dealership had lied to me about some things.. I already had pre approved financing at my credit union, so this was a fairly straight forward process. Mel made this process so easy. I'm not a youngster with no experience. I know how this process should go. This was not my first truck buying experience. Mel is a true professional and an asset to not only his profession, but to Five Star Ford. He's a rare find in this industry. This was the easiest and most positive truck buying experience in my life! Thank you to Mr. Melvin Seibel!

Ewing Buick GMC review
Tommy was a very knowledgeable salesman and also patient and not pushy. It was such a breath of fresh air buying a car this time around. Also nice that each of your sales agents have their own desk and space instead of negotiating at an open table. The facility was very clean, updated, and functional. Our finance agent was also patient and answered all my question. He did not rush the process and went out of his way to help us find a good rate. I will be back to your dealership next time in market for a GMC or Buick.

I got tired of the game at other dealerships, Carmax was transparent, professional, and friendly. I can't see how anyone could give them any less then 5 stars, and I am a tough customer, when it comes to customer service!!!
