I bought a 2016 Chrysler 200 S. Jon got me the loan and even cheaper insurance. The head gasket went on it in August. I had bought the extended warranty. Through no fault of QAM, my car was tied up at Chysler Dealership waiting for parts. QAM provided me with 2 loaners. The first loaner got rearended. I called Jody and told him I needed another loaner. I live in Cohoes. Jody sent down another loaner. I go my car back 11/20/25. Walked in saw Jody and was given the key to my car. There was absolutely no bill waiting for me.QAM IS THE BEST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. The best Salesman,and Owner. I give them a 10 STAR rating. We had a great experience at Hyundai Santa Monica. Buying a used car can take alittle more time then a new car since you have to do your research and really go over the car with a fine tooth comb. Ben Nabili was great! Very pleasant and patient. Gave us all the time we needed. Minor issues were addressed and fixed. Mike in finance was very helpful in making all our finance options clear. Anthony in sales made good on the promise of a full tank of gas ⛽️. We purchased a used 2022 Chrysler Pacifica. Overall it was a great experience.
