Travis, our salesman, is a great guy, and an honest asset to Luther Burnsville. He went above and beyond for us on our used vehicle purchase. His description of the vehicle, which was a realistically priced, was spot on, and actually why we bought the vehicle sight unseen. It was a true pleasure to meet everyone we dealt with. I was happy while there, I was still happy when we left.

the service reps are always polite and professional. They have serviced both CR-Vs pretty much exclusively for 10 years. I have never once had any issues with the repairs--done right once. Turn around always same day and usually in 1-2 hours (except routine oil change which is faster)The customer lounge is spacious and they even have private areas to work while you wait. They have shuttle service to drop off and pickup when done--the whole thing top to bottom is great
Everyone I worked with went out of their way to make sure I was happy. We discovered a problem with the used vehicle I purchased and they worked very hard to resolve it. I would do business with this dealership for future purchases.
Steve was so professional and took great care to cover all the details with us. Craig was a pro at getting us in the car and on the road. We loved our entire experience. We did visit two other dealers and having connected with Steve, just did not return. While the price may have been lower the value with this team was truly superior!
Joe was very forthright through the purchase process, and very helpful in showing me how all the main features of the car worked. The finance guy wasn't pushy with the warranty buy-ups, which was much appreciated. I've yet to experience the Service department, or the reliability of the car itself.
We had our first experience with Morrie's Subaru a year ago, and this experience was similarly terrific. ALL the staff was friendly and welcoming without ever being pesty. Our sales person, Amelia, was a great people person. We were put at ease immediately by her relaxed and efficient manner, and that continued throughout the experience. We asked many questions and test drove two cars to help decide between them. On my second visit I took another test drive of the car we chose to try some very specific things. Amelia was completely accommodating and always seemed able to quickly find any information she did not have memorized. We dealt with two different business managers to handle some of the paperwork and "other" pricing (because the first man we talked to was out sick when we came back to finalize the deal. It is noteworthy and appreciated that he was still in communications with the second man to make sure all information was passed along.) The turnover of the vehicle was also a pleasant experience. Amelia sat in the car with us and familiarized us with all the features we'd need to get started, and pointed out other features we are anxious to try as we get more time. We never felt rushed; we were treated with patience and attentiveness. It was hands-down the best car-buying experience I have ever had and I would not hesitate to recommend Morrie's to a friend or relative.
For as long as I can remember, I have dreamed of owning a beautiful Italian car. Never would I have thought I would actually own one but then I ran into my sales rep Edward. We bought a used car for my son. We had a few issues with getting the car but Morries's Nissan handled it well! They bent over backwards with helping us out..our salesman Jason even came in on his day off and the service manager Jermery was awesome also. We are very pleased and happy with Morries!!

I brought my Outback in for a couple things and I was thrilled with the service. Remote starter fobs were fixed, cabin filter replaced and mouldings around the wheel wells are on order. The last item is promised under warranty even though my car is 36,000 miles and 14 months PAST the warranty period! Wow! Not only that I received an email with a link to a video showing the mechanic measuring tire tread depth and pointing out things under the car, like tie rods, that are in good shape. He gave the underside a clean bill of health.
Great service. My tire needed replacing and reps were concerned about me driving on the spare. They offered me a loaner car if they could not find me a tire. It turned out another dealership had a tire. They drove to the other dealership to pick up the tire I needed, and was able to install it in just a few hours. It is nice to know that Morrie’s Subaru was concerned about my safety and not just the bottom line.
First time in 10 yrs that I’ve enjoyed buying a car! Anthony and Tina were great finding me the car I wanted. Mario in finance was also great. I highly recommend going here if you’re looking for a Subaru. Professional, patience, knowledgeable and kind.
