We visited the showroom acouple of times and then took a test drive and made our decision. His daughter was extremely knowledgeable when we picked up our new vehicle she went through all of the features with us. The buidling was clean and well kept. Everyone wes very helpful. No one came on with any high pressured sales pitches.

We originally bought a 2018 Subaru impreza and a 2011 mini cooper from Steve Lewis back in August of this year. Shortly after, the mini started having several issues, it ended up needing several thousand dollars worth of work, and possibly an engine on top of that. They were kind enough to set us up with a loaner car for free, towed the problem vehicle to the nearest mini dealer and had them diagnose the vehicle with no cost to us. They proceeded to let us know what was wrong with it, and offered to give us a credit back for every penny we paid towards the car. We just picked up our 2012 outback from them today and couldn't be happier! Paul was our salesman for both purchases, and he was great! He has an upbeat attitude but he's also a real person you can talk to, not just some guy who is trying to force you into buying a car. We will definitely be coming back, and recommending them to our friends and families!
Eric LeSiege was my helpful guide in the buying process of a new 2019 Subaru Legacy. He spent all the time needed with me on my questions and final search for the vehicle I was interested in. Bought a 2007 Forester from Vernon Auto in September. It was no pressure purchase. Al let me take my time making the decision. The AC compressor was shot and it was replaced before pick-up.
About 3 weeks after taking delivery one of the transmission cooler lines blew. The car was towed back to Vernon Auto. They fixed the line without any questions at no charge. Since then I have periodically taken the Forester (and my other cars) to them for service. They have been fair and provide good service. It was a high mileage vehicle when we bought at about 160,000. It's needed few things here and there, but we have put about 50,000 miles on it over the past 27 months -- with just a few reports.
My only complaint about the Forester purchase was the car had not been cleaned very well before pick-up.
When I'm in the market for another car I'll be giving Vernon Auto a chance to earn repeat business.
What a pleasant surprise in the age of dealers slight of hand ie: I just sold that vehicle or they never had it to begin with, but I have this one instead or misrepresenting the condition of the vehicle. This is a honest up front dealer who does not waste your time with idle chatters and explains all cost right up front. I am the type of person who when looking for a vehicle wants the bottom line number and I was given that with no surprises when closing the deal. I would recommend this dealer to all my friends and family who need a vehicle.
