I've had two excellent experiences with Shockley Honda when buying a car from them. The first was a little over a year ago and the second experience was last week. I found an excellent 2018 CR-V at a very reasonable price, but had a disabled trade-in over 65 miles away. Shockley not only gave me a fair amount for the trade-in, but also arranged to both deliver my "new" vehicle and pick up the "old" vehicle, saving me quite the effort to arrange things otherwise. My sales guy was Chris Collinson and handled everything from start to finish. There was no high-pressure sales or hidden add-ons. There was no pressure to use their financing when I told them I had my own. I appreciate the respectful way I was treated. It really seemed like I was his only customer that day when I knew I wasn't. Plus, it didn't stop there! Chris made the delivery from Frederick to Parkville himself and has followed up with me to make sure all is well and that I am happy with the car and his service. Maintenance preformed when due, tires replaced at 45,000 miles, Brake job due now at 55,000 miles not any transmission, AC problems, the only complaint is the road noise. You have to take care of your car if you want it to last. I love my Rogue

The 2024 BMW X1 is nimble and responsive. It has an excellent memory for self-driving the car to back out of tight parking spots along the path the driver used to get into it. The car feels spacious inside and is easy to get into. My observed hwy mileage is 36mpg @ 75mph and 22mpg in suburban driving. It’s defects are: 1) the driver must learn how to start from a stop to avoid a sluggish pick-up or a sudden forward jerk; 2) the owner’s manual does not include directions for setting up the electronics, so the owner must resort to a complex cryptic in-car system that is difficult to sort through; 3) the built-in navigation system's is hard to use; the owner will resort to Waze or Car Play; 4) the car is bumpy on rough surfaces, and vibrates like a massage unit on washboard.

Really like the staff, and the manager. Especially SooAh was very friendly and easy to work with. He was very professional and walk me through every step with all the details my car needed. I greatly appreciate their honestly about why the Audio and Connectivity wasn’t working and it has to do with one of the service they’ve instituted after purchased.and I will recommend them to friends and family and I will always trust them with the service for many more years to come. Reliable and high performance BMW x1 with excellent value for the money. It’s exactly the same as an x3, but smaller cargo space. Easily fits 2 rear passengers.

My favourite car ever. Great inside and out. The rear wiper is perfect as are the front wipers, although it's easy to accidentally activate them. You'll need to adjust your seat for a perfect fit, bit once you find it, it's great. The bank seat could use more legroom, but otherwise it's great.

It's hard to put in words how great this company is. Just like a lot of people the last few years have been hard on all of us. Me and my wife were in the market to get a new car. Only problem was that are credit was far from great. And we did not have alot of money to put down. After dealer after dealer that could not help us unless we had at least $5000 down. And really had that kind of money? So my wife called eastern moters and from the start they were great. We told them are story and the best part is they listen to us. We never left are home and within hrs and a small down payment ($1000) we had a beautiful new electric cat. And they delivered the car to us. It was more than a hrs drive for them. Very happy with my HR-V sport model. Exterior design of the car is very nice Interior is a little small with not much room for storing things. Would not recommend this car to avery large person but for a smaller individual it is perfect, Runs well, has more pick up than I thought it would have. Based on only been driving it for 3 weeks I do recommend it.

I have owned my HR-V for about a month. Did have to tint my windows was no big deal. I think it had great power has alot on get up and go. Just the right size for me. Still learning what all the buttons do. Overall I am very pleased. First Honda owned.

Brought my MDX in for timing belt replacement and could not have been more impressed and pleased. The whole dealership was full of Pohanka workers that were all professional, courteous and helpfull. I've owned this car for a little over 10 months now, and I thoroughly enjoy it. Some of the things that could use some improvement would be road noise, speakers in the back are almost inaudible, placement of the infotainment screen is kind of odd, and maybe less plastic in the interior. As far as the engine goes and transmission, transmission runs smooth and the engine could use a little more get up and go. Of course I only have the 2.0L. The ride is pretty smooth and I don't feel too many bumps like I did in my Soul.

28C - 32 MPG. Excellent maneuverability, easy to maintain, lots of room for cargo if needed. Seats 4 very comfortably, 5 comfortably. Heated seats, steering wheel, good heater and air conditioning. Comfortable drive, very good visual for driving.

Came to the dealership interested in a test drive and purchase of a used car I found on Carfax. It was exactly the vehicle I wanted, and it was in exactly the condition the listing described. The price they gave me was exactly what was listed online. The test drive and purchase process was relatively quick, and very easy with a lot of digital technology instead of the endless paper forms like the days of old. The office was clean and comfortable. They gave us significantly more for our trade-in than KBB estimated. Overall no complaints, they are a straight shooting dealer. If you like the price they list online, and you like the vehicle in the condition listed, go talk to them and buy it. Can't get any easier than that.

We just purchased a new Acura Integra from Yong Kim at Pohanka Acura. This is the second Acura we purchased from Yong because he goes out of his way to make it an A+ overall experience. We really enjoyed catching up with Yong since the previous Acura purchase a few years ago. Yong provides excellent communication, straightforward pricing and no pressure. I have driven only American cars since 2006, they normally come with lots of bells and whistles, so it was funny to see an ash tray and CD player in the vehicle. I like the way the car handles. It is smooth to drive and comfortable. Not too big and not too small.

Only had my 2025 kicks sv a few months , 4k miles but I like it a lot , look , style, drives well and it very comfortable. Love all the included safety features that other car companies charge extra for . Gas mileage is incredible. Gave it a 5 across the board, as my last 3 new cars have been a Colorado , for maverick and jeep wrangler. Cost , value of the redesign kicks is much better imop . Dash layout and how easy everything is to use .

I am very happy with the team of people at Mercedes’ Benz Chantilly. Sodik Lawal sales and David Han finance were the absolute best! They worked really hard to get me my dream car not only that but I got to leave with my car on a Sunday (same day). I work a ton so it was hard to figure out when exactly to go to these different dealerships to find the car I wanted and on a Sunday it’s very limited on where you can go. I went to a couple different dealerships but none like this . Sodik Lawal my sales person told me all they had in stock for the model I wanted with the different price points . He explained each feature in the fullest extent. Not only just a test drive and that paper at the car window but he sat with me and really explained the car as I have not been car shopping in seven years so even the push to start is something to get used to. All the features were amazing to say the least future that excites and I thank him for going above and beyond to help me work with the technology. David Han the finance manager is the absolute best he really fought for me making calls to make sure I got the best rate. I am 23 with not that much credit history just good but not excellent credit and other dealerships ( I went to 5 total) were almost doubling my interest when financing with them despite the down payment I was putting down. It wasn’t the best deal nor did I get all the features I get with Mercedes’ . I was not sold on the car but here you can find your perfect match I’m telling you these cars are like driving a cloud ! Mr. Han really explained my options and the next day got me a better deal. They really worked with me to get me a good car that I am absolutely in love with at a really good price brand new. They make the process easy and explain everything itemized which was not the same experience I’ve had at other dealerships . You see what you get , where the extra fees are for, what features you get, and the coverage is amazing. This team was a absolute pleasure to work with . I cannot thank them enough !

Just picked-up the X1 on Mar 28th and had a great ride home from the dealership. Handles very well on the road with ample torque when needed. Hate the start/stop mechanics and the fact that you must deactivate each time. Hate the ConnectDrive thing—beware this is a sinister ploy to get more of your dollars and convert once standard car features into subscription services. It is evil. Love the interior. This is my third BMW, so I think this X1 interior is quite good for the money and I am astounded by the standard features list—Wow! And there’s a spare tire with tools in the trunk, WHAT!? I use a touch screen all day, so the tech is no stretch, as long as it works. We shall see, the OS is new. Dual clutch….hmmm, it has its advantages, but smooth take off ain’t one of ‘em. The seats are superb and the cabin very clean. Love the cargo space. This is a good vehicle for a certain group of buyers who want cargo and fun. This is a smart ICE choice, and I hope there will eventually be a U.S. bound iX1.

I LOVE my 2022 Toyota Corolla Cross. I don’t think I’ve ever enjoyed a car more. It’s the perfect size for me. It has great visibility and I love the amenities like having parking sensors and navigation. It has mood lighting inside, auto brights which my previous car did not have. There are so many little things I love about this car. Also, Toyota came out with many “Easter eggs” with the Corolla Cross logo, which are always fun to find! The ride is comfortable. I’ve done a 14 hour drive to Colorado within the first year of owning the vehicle and it handled perfectly. It also snowed while we were there and we had no challenges navigating the mountains while in my FWD Corolla Cross. This was my first new car and I’m so impressed! Toyota has great reliability and I’m glad I chose the Corolla Cross as my first new car!

I had an awesome experience dealing with Mercedes Benz of Tysons Corner. This was the best car purchase experience I have had. The sales person Trivian Anand is such a great customer advocate. The manager, Pascuale, bent over backwards to accomodate me. The finance manager (Sue Kim) was very transparent. Overall it was pure joy to deal with these guys contrary to most other car buying experiences

I bought the 22 model in Apr of 22 and had it about a year and the ac compressor went out. It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it

The only problem with any of the kicks is they are very small inside Great if you are a small short person, 40 mpg will make you OVERLOOK THAT😂

2021 Chevy Trailblazer LS AWD. This is fun car. I've made so far almost 42 000 km and completely satisfied. The only issue was surge pump but was replaced due to warranty. I like design, size, fuel consumption, stylish look and more. Recommended to everyone.
