Alonzo went above and beyond today helping me And I want him to be. acknowledge for such a wonderful job he did. I'm a retired police officer and a Vietnam veteran and it was a pleasure dealing with him today. I also had the 10% off coupon from the coupon book I received when I bought my car. He made sure to give me the discount and told me to hold onto the coupon for next time. THANK YOU ALONZO you know how to treat a customer and to keep them coming back.I sent another friend over to your service department from new Lennox. He wasn't happy with his service department. What a fantastic experience. Alex Corzo called me in the morning, i told him what i was looking for, exactly where i stood on my trade, what i wanted as a trade in price at a realistic number and he simply said he would do what he could and get the ball rolling. Mind you i live in Little Rock and they are located in Rogers Ar almost 3,.5 hours away. Seriously within i guess about 1 hour or 1.5 hours he let me know the deal was worked out, they gave me exactly what i wanted and simply asked if i was happty with the deal and explained everything to me clearly. While i had waited on the deal to be worked out, he sent me a video of the car, very detailed in and out. We agreed that i like the deal and i was so excited i told him i would leave immediatley to head up there to get the car. Heres what made the deal so great, it was just straight up to make me happy and want to buy the car or as many people call it, Customer service. Landers toyota of little rock was hours of playing games , no return calls , failure to even try to work out a number that didnt appease the finance department or the numbers. NWA Toyota landers was just a breath of fresh air and so much relax and no stress ah so nice! Alex had the paperwork all ready for me, no waiting for 2 hours or more. Alex made sure i tested the car, made sure i was happy with the car, answered all question,he knew i drove 3 hours so let me unwind some and have a coffee. it was so relaxed, and then we went thru all the paper work ALL READY FOR ME Filled out .. woo hoo. i then waited prob 20 minutes for finance with Joseph, he was also so professional and kind and explained everything to me clearly. then boom 10 maybe 15 minutes later i was out the door in a clean, gas filled bmw. Thank you thank you for the incredible customer service and giving not only me but many people the faith back in the auto dealership, Landers Toyota little rock take notes!! i am so happy with my new whip,., and its purple....hahhah

2019 Toyota Avalon review
This the 2nd avalon limited I have owned and I bought both "newly" used because of the low Miles and cost advantages. I have absolutely loved my 2019 Avalon Limited, it gets great gas mileage for a big roomy and comfortable vehicle, and came equipped with a lot of bells and whistles normally found on premium luxury cars. In my opinion, this car is by far a better "Value" than the Lexus ES models, yes, you can get the same features on the Lexus as you will find on the upper-end Avalons, but it gonna cost you a lot more. In making a decision to discontinue the Avalon line, Toyota has made a conscious decision to force those of us who love the Avalon to look at the Lexus ES 350 line in the future. So, it's gonna cost me more in the future to maintain the comfort level found on the Avalon. But, remember, Toyota owns both Lexus and Toyota.

2019 Toyota Avalon review
I own a loaded 2019 touring that was purchased new from a dealership, here are some of my thought after nearly three years of ownership. The Avalon is exceptionally comfortable; A notable example is the seats which are wonderful supportive, and well bolstered. Design-wise the Avalon is modern and interesting from (almost) every angle, inside and out. The Avalon’s interior is well-designed with soft touch materials on all surfaces you’ll regularly touch. Upscale materials like aluminum mesh span the dash while perforated fabric and plush leatherette line everywhere else. The center console stack is ergonomic with physical buttons for everything: Excessive piano black plastic here is my only minor gripe. On the exterior, Avalon’s headlights are aggressively sculpted with daytime running lights that are distinctive. A futuristic, swoopy taillight features a lightbar-esk design that’s unlike anything else around. To address the massive, grill shaped, elephant in the room… The sophisticated exterior design of the car is marred by the immoderately large grill. Genuinely, my only issue with the car’s design anywhere is the grill: It’s frustrating that the grill is the ONLY, albeit massive, issue. The black mesh on touring trims is somewhat better looking as compared with the limited trim but it still shows it’s size from front views. Now moving on to thoughts on performance. I’ll be blunt, the Avalon is not sporty by any measure other than it’s looks; however, is speed what you really need? I personally brought the Avalon to have a comfortable, quiet, and reliable commuter car: this car is just that. I think that middling performance is an acceptable trade off for a creamy-smooth v6 engine that’s not needlessly loud anywhere along the rev range, and that is proven to outlast nearly everything else on the road. When it comes to value, it’s a tough sell for the higher trims (limited and touring). If you want a sporty large sedan, the charger or accord sport turbo is a better sports car; If you want a reliable and luxurious large sedan then the lexus es carries the lexus name for only a couple thousand more. I think the Avalon fills a niche for people who want more space, luxury, and style than something like the Camry, and don’t want to spend luxury car money on a well-equipped lexus es. Final thoughts: The Avalon is definitely not for everyone with it’s *ahem* “distinctive” styling but Avalon is the perfect balance of everything important to me in a car: Reliability, comfort, modern styling. If I total my car tomorrow, I’d probably buy another Avalon; though probably the xle trim the next time around.

Great car but my 2019 Toyota Avalon Hybrid Limited got 42.4 mpg when new but only gets 35 mpg now. I'm 75 y/o and drive the speed limit always. Average 35 to 40 miles per hour. Does anyone know why. Dealer is no help answering this question.

Have owned three Avalons . Wonderful vehicles! The current is a 2019 XLE. Comfortable, quiet and powerful. Difficult to enter, a too low clearance. Short and slim designers? Disappointed that the 2022 will be the last model year. Dumb move! A substitute replacement?
