I've owned several Corolla's before, and the 2023 XSE is the best one yet. The fit and finish of the exterior, and the design and materials of the interior are all high quality for a car in this price range. The overall drivability is excellent, and feels like a car that's much more expensive. I'm still not really a fan of the CVT transmission. When you go to accelerate quickly, the car seems to be sliding in between gears and never actually chooses one. But after reading the owners manual and learning to shift the gears manually, it allows the cars performance to really shine through. It has 10 gears in the Manual Mode, and it's actually pretty fun to shift with either the up & down shift paddles on the side of the steering wheel, or pushing the gear-select lever one at a time. Anyway - it was the only driving issue I had, and Toyota already had a solution. Overall, this new Corolla is the best value car I've ever owned.

My wife and I visited a few Honda Dealerships prior to Metro Honda in Jersey City and we were not happy with the experiences. Whether it was salespeople who didn’t seem invested or didn’t maintain enthusiasm when they thought we were not going to purchase a car we were turned off. We moved to Jersey and Metro Honda was close so we decided to give them a try and the experience was wonderful. Wife and I went looking for a used Honda pilot and ultimately purchased a new 2023 pilot which I love. Our salesperson Shawn was patient, knowledgeable and did not rush us into any purchase. We literally were with Shawn for over 6 hrs as my wife and I went back and forth about the vehicle we wanted. The loan officer was patient as well and talked us through the various car options without pushing us into services we didn’t need. It was a great car buying experience. I strongly recommend Metro Honda and the strong team that works there.

I have a stock Corolla 2021 LE with 85000 miles on it. As ridiculous as it may sound, I thought it was a good idea to put it through its paces at Road Atlanta (in the rain as well). For an economic 4-door sedan the car is very fun to drive. It dances a little but it’s still forgiving when it’s warmed up. This car is perfect for safety and fun all in one. You’d have to really try to spin out or crash in this thing…..I have tried (not joking) and I’m not sure if it’s possible unless it’s icy and you’re going 80 miles an hour. As for normal driving, gas is great and reliability is what you expect for a Corolla, no maintenance cost except for a new battery after 4 years in a hot environment.

We have a 8m old and found we needed a bigger car than our sedan but found the rav4 too large so we went to take a look at the Corolla Cross and ended up leaving with it. We sat with Raymond Simo who was super informative and made the whole process as painless as possible. Definitely recommend him as he was very accommodating - bought us coffee from the local Dunkin and even drove us to the bank to get a certified check for our down payment. We drove 2 hours from CT to purchase this Toyota 4Runner. James was very accommodating in making the deal work as quick as possible. Having to deal with an issue of our trade in during the week James did all the calls to make it go smoothly. The car was ready the following weekend and the deal was quick and we were on our way. Very happy with the deal and would make the trip again and again knowing they made the transaction as smoothly as it went. Few weeks later my husband noticed we were missing the key for the locked wheels. So that we did not have to go all the way back to NY James hooked us up with a key at one of our local Toyota dealers. Thanks James for being so patient and making everything happen for us. Upon first impression I wasn’t sure how this was going to go. There was no receptionist and there was no organization as to who to speak to once I got there. But once I was placed with my sales manager Alex, the experience became a different story. He was helpful, professional, but very real. He didn’t xxxxxxxx, lie, or act like he knew things he didn’t, which I appreciate! Even though I was liking at a used Ford he didn’t try to sell me in something I didn’t want. He just gave his honest opinions and knowledge to help me make my decision. I didn’t buy right away, which was actually encouraged by him, to see the other vehicle I had in mind. Even gave me tips on what to look for when seeing other used vehicles, which was welcomed. After viewing the other vehicle and having the exact opposite experience with a local Ford dealer, I chose to go with car at Toyota of Hackensack even without an CPO certification, simply because I just trusted them more, they were upfront with all the costs. Alex didn’t try to slip anything by me when we sat down for pricing. The price was exactly what I expected to pay given the sticker price. I was assisted with getting a great rate on insurance by the dealership, and the finance guy Steve was just as helpful and easy to work with. They matched a finance rate I was approved for by another bank. Steve didn’t hard sell me on an extended warranty, but explained everything pretty well and gave me time to think and research. Overall I came away with a very good experience and so far, a great car. I would definitely recommend dealing with Alex and Steve at Toyota of Hackensack!

Decent but not outstanding. Had a problem with the passenger side motor mount causing a rattle that was fixed under warranty at the 5000 mi service. The part was backordered, so there are probably more than a few with this problem. A discoloration of the dash appeared by 2000 miles. Since it read "Toy" it was likely from the factory. There is still a small bubble in the rear window tint film. It drives well. I like the automation now that I'm used to it. It brakes too hard using adaptive cruise control when traffic slows down, but I guess the radar is doing as well as it can. It's not particularly comfortable, but Toyotas aren't known for that. Had to turn the driver's headrest around, as it pushes my head too far forward. I think that's required by law. The infotainment center works fine. They started using a new one after the 2024 debacle. I bought the car to keep it for a few hundred thousand miles. We'll see.

I've been drving my 2015 T.C. 2015 LE Eco for last 6 1/2 years and I love my car. I'm glad reviews consider it a good value and long lasting at 55 this is for cars but the car is great and I can honestly say no complaints.

I just purchased my brand new Toyota Camry last week, and let me tell you what an experience! I did my research of dealerships because I've never had a Toyota and Star Toyota was one of the top listings. I submitted an internet inquiry via their website and was contacted within minutes by a woman named Nicolette who works in their internet sales department. She was personable, sweet, and very paitent with me being that I had alot of questions; I really wasen't sure what type of Camry I wanted. She made some great suggestions and also suggested the lease program they had this month. I wound up setting the appointment with her for the following day. When I came in and asked for her she came straight up to the front and greeted me and told me I'd be taken care of asap, and that I'd actually be working directly with her department manager Anthony Cruz. Mr. Cruz was wonderfully helpful and honest and made the whole experience a breeze and not at all a hassle for me. The whole staff there is really a great group, I plan on working with them again when my lease is up!

I have been looking for a rav4 for almost 6 months and I called PennToyota and Jerico answered the phone and helped me out purchasing my rav4 xle they mention a wait time of 4-6 months but the manager Eric got it in 2 months thank you PennToyota

It is a Corolla so don't expect a Lexus. Many nice features like keyless operation, auto headlights and parking brake. Human Factors design is terrible. The center display has a lot of good information, but in font so small it is distracting to try and read it while driving. When you engage cruise control, a warning in small print legalese appears for several seconds, blanking out your speed and telling you not to take your eyes off the road. Of course if you want to read the warning, you cannot see the road. Other feature that is annoying is the assumption that if anything like a coat or a book are on the back seat, you must have left a small child in the car so it beeps repeatedly when you lock the car and then sends you a text that there is something in the back seat. Oil is 0W-8 so don't expect to do your own oil change as it is not generally available in stores. The ride is comfortable for an economy car and it is reasonably quiet. If you love AndroidAuto, you will like the interface, if you don't like it, well, Toyota does not give you any other option that is easy to use. There are 2 cupholders, a small glovebox, and a very small center console compartment. No other storage. No place for a small box of Kleenex, no place to store sunglasses.

I just love my Toyota Corolla. It drives excellent and it's not a gas guzzler, I have to pay very little for gas ⛽ and it goes very far on such little gas. It's a very attractive 🚗 car and it's worth the money 💰 that I have to pay each month. I just love 💕 the car 🚗 and I wouldn't trade it in for anything else.

I have only had this car for 1 month but so far it runs well. My only issue, so far, is the front bumper and black grill. The bumper came loose ( I bought used) and now, the black grill has come loose... the hood seems to be tighter on one side than the other but works fine... just is not even...carfax said no wreck though. The exterior of cars these days seem cheap and flimsy. I never had that problem with my Honda CRV. I cannot tell you how many cars I see on the road with loose bumpers.

I purchased a used RAV4 from the dealership. Travis was very helpful on guiding and assisting though the purchasing process & explaining all the details needed to buy the car. The New Rochelle Toyota is highly recommended.

I own a 2021 Corolla Hybrid. I am 56 years old. This is the most perfect car I have ever driven. Everything from my 64 miles per gallon, to the tightness of the car, to the reliability, to the audio system, and to the price of it. It is the car to buy. I have read reviews by a well known magazine saying it lacks rear headroom and that because of that, it gets lower ratings. But the rear headroom is fine and is such a small thing compared to the important things. This car is a great car.
