Special Care for Someone with Special Needs!

This very positive experience began with Julie, the calm, cool, collected person who answered the phone call, listened to our snow story and special disability needs, and was able to set up an appointment in less than 12 hours to check a possible cracked windshield and broken windshield wiper in our Toyota Sienna ramp van that we depend on to transport my husband around in his power chair!!!!
Enter Tyler, the team manager. We were absolutely blown away with Tyler's handling of the problem. After I explained to him how critical this van is to my husband, he had someone drive to pick up the only windshield wiper available for this model/year, etc. and had the car ready for us to pick up in less than 5 hours from the time we dropped it off. Finally, the cost was a fraction of what we had expected. Noone tried to sell us a new windshield, etc. The person who needs special recognition is TYLER! He was the person who orchestrated this symphony of joy when it could have easily been a "tragic" overture.
All of this happened on a Friday afternoon during the week of one of the worst snow storms in Washington DC history, which meant that we would be without the van over the weekend if Tyler had not been able to solve the problem before the end of the day.
You have no idea how much this meant to our family!
Indeed, it is a perfect example of "special care for someone with special needs."
