2022 Toyota RAV4 LE. I purchased this SUV new in 2022. It is the second RAV4 in our family of two. My wife purchased her 2018 RAV4 Hybrid limited new in 2018. She has depended on and enjoyed her SUV for 4 years now. Her experience influenced my decisions to buy a Toyota RAV4.

My family has always been devoted and loyal Toyota owners for years. My dad had a Celica and a Corolla. My Aunt had three Camrys back to back 1999 LE Gold Edition, 2004 XLE , 2007 XLE and her daughter my cousin had Camrys as well and a black Camry Solara SLE V6. My sister today has a Corolla and so does my cousin. My Uncle has an Avalon. Toyota loyalty runs deep in our family. They have never let us down. The RAV4 is no exception from the Camrys and the Corollas. We had a 21 Camry LE that we bought new and eventually upgraded to the 22 RAV4 XLE. Loved the Camry also. The quality, reliability, resale value, and value you get of a Toyota is unbeatable! You just cannot go wrong with buying any Toyota.

Not outstanding in any single category other than reliability, but rock solid overall. It's a rides nice, has a functional interior, looks good, and performs well. Certainly no negatives. The gas mileage has been 30+ overall and 35+ on the highway if driven at the typical speed limits. The only annoying feature is the auto engine off that has to be manually turned off with every start.

Excellent dealership. They couldn?t do enough for us. Every person we dealt with was friendly, honest, and helpful. Car leasing can be a terrible experience but not at Chesrown. We will only lease with them.

After two weeks of looking for a replacement car, the number of dealerships that failed to even respond was mind-boggling. A new listing was posted by Germain Lexus, and they responded promptly with a full description of the vehicle (Kelly Rosas) and an appointment was set for the next day. As I approached the door to the dealership a salesman (Jack Wier) greeted me in a friendly manner and opened the door for me. He directed me to my salesman (Brian Scott), who was equally friendly. The vehicle was ready for inspection 2018 Taurus Limited, and it was spotless. Brian was knowledgeable and worked through the paperwork. The sales manager (Marvin ) came out to simply thank me for the business. Overall, I would recommend the dealership and any of the people I had contact with. It was professional, yet personable at the same time. After a couple weeks of frustration, it was a wonderful ending.

My experience was good Madison was very nice when taking care of me. My only critique was that I only got one update text. Updates are important to me as customer as they ease the mind while you wait as your car is being serviced, this is the first time this has ever happened and that’s the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars.

Recently bought a new RAV4 from Tony. We really hesitated, a huge decision. Working with Tony was awesome! We had previously purchased cars from John Williams, who recently retired. Tony’s personality was a perfect match for us. I would highly recommend working with him! And Gary in finance…wow, what an easy experience that was! We had a trade-in plus cash and it was a no-brainer. He was not pushy with extended warranty and assured us we can buy that in a few months once our finances are better. Liked the salesman, car was fairly priced, dealer fee was very reasonable, they didn’t try to sell me a lot of unnecessary extras. We found 2 defects during our test drive 1 small and 1 big(a/c not working). They agreed to fix both and kept their word.

My wife and I weren’t anticipating on coming to this dealer to look for a car but plans changed last minute and we were glad they did. Mark West assisted us in picking the perfect car that fit all our needs and checked our boxes. Bought my car about three years ago from Vince at Easton. We had such a positive experience that my husband bought his truck last year. In between, I suggested to my mother that she call Vince and buy her car, she did, and was very satisfied with the car, Vince and the entire process. A few months ago, my sister needed a car....yep....called Vince and now she is driving an awesome, like new car! Of course she is just as satisfied as the rest of us were! By the way, we live almost two hours away from Car Max Easton. Worth the trip! Whenever I am ready to trade, I will be calling Vince!
