Great place with great staff! The price was amazing and we absolutely love our new car. We did experience a battery issue, but it was a used vehicle. They paid for us to receive a new and were extremely professional. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and I???ll be sure to come in a few years! :)
Communication was excellent. Ryan answered all my questions prior to arrival very quickly through text We were in and out in 30 minutes. Ryan and entire staff were great to work with. The process was so easy as we got pre-approved prior to getting there. We knew exactly what we would be paying and what our interest rate would be and the most important part it did not change when we arrived to pick up the car. In the past we have gotten to dealers after getting a supposed preapproval only to arrive to find out that wasn't the case. We would not hesitate to buy from Auto Collection again and we will highly recommend them to anyone we know.
I saw a car on cars.com that was for sale at Murfreesboro Nissan at 9:00 on a Fri night and emailed to see if it was still available. I got a call from them at 830 the next morning saying it was and I made an appt to come in. The car was exactly what I have been looking for and the price was better than I had seen elsewhere. The salesman Donnie was friendly and knowledgeable, and after I drove it I was ready to buy. I did not feel pressured and was able to get the exact car I wanted for a good price. It was worth the drive to Murfreesboro from Nashville!
In the early stages of car shopping for a family-friendly SUV, we stopped by City Auto in Murfreesboro, TN while out there running errands. We were not there anticipating to purchase a vehicle that day. However, things changed.
Steven Ray, the salesman, was the first to greet us. He was not pushy, annoying, or anything like your stereotypical salesman would be in your head. He asked questions and let us talk more than he talked. He was very personable and made our experience outstanding. He provided a thorough answer to ever y question we had. If he didn't know, he made a quick phone call to get the answer we needed. He insisted a test drive in a few different models, just to get an idea of what we were looking for - even though we made it clear we weren't looking to purchase that day. (... I guess that's how they get you)
He walked us through what to expect in the buying process. Gave us little hints to get better pricing and APR.
After the sale, he called us numerous times to ensure that we were happy. A few days after the sale, a few weeks later, then a month or two down the road.
Highly recommend City Auto and especially Steven Ray.
Contacted sales person at City Auto about a F150 i was interested in. All involved were very helpful in putting together the numbers that fit my budget. Drove 3.5 hours to get there. Vehicle was as advertised. Closed the deal and drove it home. Sales team and finance guys were vert helpful. Would drive there again!
These guys are awesome. They are very friendly, stay close enough to ask them a question If you have one, but not in your face while you shop for your car, and don’t pressure you. if they don’t have what you’re looking for, the can find it for you and have it shipped in. For sure, you should go down to the Boro and check them out. Doug was our salesperson and he is very polite and helpful.
Drove four hours to reach this dealership which was out of state for us. Pricing of the vehicle and trade in allowance very fair, worth the drive. Salesperson and sales managers very polite and accommodating with very easy buying process. Our only complaint is the not so optimal communication between the sales team, finance team and repair shop. All was well in the end but it could have been a perfect transaction, rather than a lot of back and forth. Overall, we would shop there again but beware of potential miscommunications between their staff.
Bishoy Rizk is one of the nicest car salesmen I have ever dealt with. He was very genuine and straightforward and was eager to ensure I was comfortable with the truck I selected as well as the terms of the deal. Doug Hammond showed me many accessories available for my truck, but was not pushy at all. Austin Evans was easy going and straightforward when it came to signing papers. It was a very refreshing sales experience. Would absolutely recommend him and Nissan of Cool Springs for your vehicle needs.

Had my trade appraised, a good deal on a used Prius V, plus financing and paperwork finished in under 2 hours on a Saturday!! Chris Elam was my salesmen. Chris was able to answer all my questions(many via text before I arrived), and guide me through the steps. I’ve now purchased 4 Hybrid Prius vehicles and 1 preowned Tundra from John Roberts and have had nothing but great experiences out of the sales department. Additionally I have had most of my service work done there and they always have good coffee and great service.
The customer service was excellent. They prepared a schedule for future maintenance. They also helped me with a problem that I had with the right mirror and ordered the part that was needed to repair the window.
