2025 Toyota Sienna review
The center console is too high and big. I can hardly reach the glove compartment from driver’s seat and I have long arms. The second row seats do not lay flat, so they obstruct trying to look backwards. Cruise control with radar is nice. The fact that a gear shift is still present and headlight and windshield wipers haven’t changed much is great.

I found my sales person to be rude and didn’t listen well to what I wanted. He would cut me off when I was speaking and it felt like a debate about who knew the most, or what I expected; him or me. He also questioned my military service because “some folks say they are but they aren’t”. My retired husband had to explain to him customer service protocol. I really didn’t want him to get my sell. They left all sort of stickers and plastic on the vehicle. I haven’t heard from them since my purchase even though I was told there would be a visit in a week after my purchase.
2018 Toyota Sienna review
Have owned the 2018 Toyota Sienna Zoe since 2019 (used) and have put 55k miles on it. Currently at 99k miles and looking to drive for another 50k miles atleast. Great in every aspect including space, safety, comfort, sound insulation, efficiency. Have gone on road trips with three generations of family with no complaints. Not fun to drive but gets the job done - probably the only thing my Honda odyssey was better at, just replaced front brakes for the first time at 99k miles. Eats tires because it’s heavy - expect about 35-40k in primarily hot weather driving. Look forward to many more years of driving

2023 Toyota Sienna review
Our 2nd Sienna and definitely the best. Other than some cheap plastic interior finishes, this is probably the best vehicle we've ever owned. Incredible reliability, excellent interior space and comfort and amazing fuel economy. Without even trying we get 33-35 mpg. When we actually try, we an easily achieve 43-44 mpg. The Air conditioning is amazing in this car, we live in AZ and it cools it down very quickly. A lot of people complain about the lack of power and loud engine, if you're not trying to race everyone around you, the Sienna performs very well. As an example, the Honda Odyssey is supposed to be the fastest and considered a performance beast but from 0-60mph it only surpassed the Sienna by less than 1 second. (6.7 seconds v 7.4 seconds). Some might say that's noticeable but let's face it, it's a minivan. This is an outstanding vehicle and I highly recommend it!

I found an excellent 2018 CR-V at a very reasonable price, but had a disabled trade-in over 65 miles away. Shockley not only gave me a fair amount for the trade-in, but also arranged to both deliver my "new" vehicle and pick up the "old" vehicle, saving me quite the effort to arrange things otherwise. My sales guy was Chris Collinson and handled everything from start to finish. There was no high-pressure sales or hidden add-ons. There was no pressure to use their financing when I told them I had my own. I appreciate the respectful way I was treated. It really seemed like I was his only customer that day when I knew I wasn't. Plus, it didn't stop there! Chris made the delivery from Frederick to Parkville himself and has followed up with me to make sure all is well and that I am happy with the car and his service. 2023 Toyota Sienna review
Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone

I love the car but why oh why would you not put a key operated cargo opening! This Back hatch is so heavy! I didn’t even look at the lack of that feature when I bought the car. One would assume it would be there at this price point.

2025 Toyota Sienna review
The center console is too high and big. I can hardly reach the glove compartment from driver’s seat and I have long arms. The second row seats do not lay flat, so they obstruct trying to look backwards. Cruise control with radar is nice. The fact that a gear shift is still present and headlight and windshield wipers haven’t changed much is great.

2024 Toyota Sienna review
The van is very practical and has been awesome for road trips. We can easily fit two car seats and 6 adults with plenty of leg room. It is very practical especially with the lower ride height that allows my parents to get in and out with ease and also the sliding doors that makes putting the kids in their car seats easy. MPG is excellent. We averaged between 35-37 mpg with the van loaded with 6 adults, 2 kids in car seats, and all of our luggage. We were set on getting an SUV before we came across the Sienna. The Sienna just made more sense for our family. It can comfortably seat 8 people, makes getting in and out easier with the sliding doors and low ride height, excellent MPG, reliable, great resale resale value. It does not require premium fuel. With the gas prices around $3.25-$3.50, fill ups are around $40. We plan to keep the van around for a long time!

2017 Toyota Sienna review
I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van.
