Between check engine lights and massive water leaks and worn out brakes at 20k miles this truck isn’t worth the hype. The made in China stamps I see on a lot of the interior parts confirm this thing is cheap. The dash board leather peeling off and did mention water leaks. Also still uses too much oil,factory says pistons and rings are no good oil light comes on.
My wife and I were assisted immediately after entering the sales floor. Liam Berry was very polite and personable. Liam made us feel comfortable and welcome. He assisted us with the vehicles we were interested in and was able to answer all our questions immediately. Liam was familiar with all the features and options for our models and helped us understand the options and similarities/differences between the models. When we decided to pursue purchasing options, Liam had that covered as well. He presented options for all models we were interested in for purchase and lease with apples to apples comparisons. We never felt like we were being pressured to make a choice that was good for the dealership. When it came time to complete paperwork, Jennifer Holish was was ready and thorough. The paperwork was complete in no time and everything was explained in detail before signatures were taken. Compared to our previous vehicle purchases, this was a very enjoyable - yes, enjoyable - experience. We are completely satisfied with the option we selected and will definitely return for our next purchase. We had our previous Volvo serviced with Volvo of Lisle and will return there for service with our new Volvo.

Recent trip to Pa. 3100 miles 119 gals gas,26 mpg highway and 2 lane mountain. This car handled back mountain roads like dream even in downpour. I gave it a 4star on interior design because it could use more leg room in second row seating.
I found my buying experience to be refreshing and exceptional. Largely related to the salesperson - Lolita. She was professional but also very personable. She took over an hour helping me set up my preferences with the technology of the car then made sure I knew how to operate it all. She even called the following day to be sure i was satisfied or had questions. Never done before in my prior auto purchases. Truly a great buying experience.

The XC90 is a beautiful and functional SUV. There is plenty of storage space, seating is comfortable, and the large screen is very functional. The cameras are extremely helpful. I am so glad I purchased this car.
My wife went in to test drive a new car for herself, within a short time of working with Lolita we both purchased cars. There was absolutely no pressure by the salesperson (Lolita) who was exceptionally professional yet very personable. She spent hours first tutoring me with my car's technology, even setting up me settings, then did the same for my wife! While she could have been on the floor going after another potential "sale", she stayed to be sure we knew about all Volvo has to offer. She even called the following day to see how we are doing. I have purchased many cars in my time but never came across such a wonderful salesperson in Lolita. A truly exceptional and enjoyable experience.

This car meets my families needs. It has a great infotainment system. The chairs are comfortable and it has a lot of safety features. The XC90 T6 suprisongly has a lot of power for a 4-cylinder.
Great, low pressure sales approach. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Quick overall process, to the point, exactly what we were looking for. Bob was just the right guy for us!

I have always wanted a Volvo. The safety measures are great. The car has kept my husband out of many accidents on his way to work due to the driving habits of other individuals. He has never praised a car so much. The car is comfortable, it has power, it is great in the snow. I will definitely by another Volvo.
The salesperson, Lorena, was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the vehicle so we made the right choice for our family. The buying experience went at our pace,had no pressure, and was very pleasant. We had a used Volvo before and used this dealership for service. All I can say is EXCELLENT! We shopped other brands and models and came to Volvo last and are glad we did.

This car was designed for people with back and neck issues. Totally comfortable and offers lots of control for sitting and driving long distances. I love the stereo and sound system. Touch controls right at my fingertips makes this car super easy to use. It makes driving a delight. The smooth lines of the exterior are sleek and elegant. What a beautiful vehicle!
I recently purchased a car at Volvo of Lisle and had the pleasure of working with John Taylor. John was very friendly but also relaxed in his approach and did not pressure me at all. When I had a question about the car, he brought over a mechanic and we all went over some items together until I felt comfortable. When I went to pick up the car a few days later, it had been thoroughly detailed and was in better condition than when I test drove it. I got a great price and was extremely happy with the experience from start to finish. When I needed a revised purchase agreement for my bank, they responded and sent the new document right away. Straightforward and transparent pricing and great service on top of that. I will definitely start here the next time I'm shopping for a car.

It was wonderful to buy a car here. John was great not only expediting the whole process, but clearly and patiently showing me all the many car features. This wasnt my closest dealership, but for price and personnel it was worth the drive.

Super & Turbocharged engine gives this car a high thrust to weight ratio! Lots of safety features. Very comfortable and looks great. A bit pricey. Overall reliability is good but bells and whistles sometimes need adjusting, all under warranty though.
I am crazy about searching for the right deal and being educated. Volvo of Lisle blew away the competition. I do not feel the process of buying a car is fun. I do believe you have to be educated and prepared. The dealership needs to earn your trust and business. I was ready. I look at it like a job interview for them. I am buying this car. I am deciding who I am buying it from. The ball is in their court.

Lots of leg room, lots of room in back to haul things and keep dry. was able to haul 6foot step ladder with seats folded.
Nice price with the new car, good services from the staff. Pretty quick process without any nonsense. The dealership is nice from Internet service to sales. I'd like to recommend Volvo of Lisle to my friends.

I've owned my s60 Inscription Platinum for 18 months, having purchased it through the Volvo cpo program that is one of, if not the best in the industry (7 year 100,000 mile warranty - no deductible). I get many positive comments on this car. The sleek exterior look of the car is something different from the obligatory Audis or BMWs. I owned an Audi A4 that was plagued with various ills (transmission primarily). Everything on this s60 works to perfection and I've have had no problems whatsoever. This car has a powerful standard engine, huge rear legroom with extras that are worthwhile such as rear side curtains and rear window shade. The sensus entertainment system is actually very easy to operate although I've seen some auto writers who seem mystified by it. The blind spot information system and the adaptive cruise control make highway driving so much safer and pretty much a pleasure, to say nothing of the comfort of Volvo's front seats. Since I'm getting along in age, the comfortable seating is a very welcome and outstanding feature. This is my first Volvo but I have had a very positive experience with it.

I purchased this Volvo because I had driven a similar model on vacation a year and a half ago and fell in love with it then. Although the acceleration speed does always bother my wife, the handling allows us to go on curvy roads and now her car sickness is almost non existent.
My wife and I were interested in various Range Rover models, and Patrick made the experience both enjoyable and non-pressure filled. We came on a Saturday afternoon, and the team stayed behind past closing hours to make sure the experience was first class - Patrick even stayed an hour after close to make sure he could answer any questions on the car we purchased before we left. Great customer service!

I love the car except for the seat settings. Being short I accidentally edit those every time I exit the car. Also, the pedals don’t adjust forward, so I had blocks put onto the pedals and left foot rest
Service staff is inconsiderate and unresponsive
Jadea Foster was the consultant during my and my new Volvo's first visit to the service department. A small matter, really, but Jadea handled the situation in a very friendly and professional manner. Her time estimate for my wait was accurate, she checked-in twice with an update during my wait, and made the next steps at the end very clear (i.e., a part had to be ordered). She made a very good first impression of the service department at the dealership.

Just downsized from an XC90 and I just love this SUV. Has many features I have in an S60. Very sporty and easy to maneuver.
The car is stylish, comfortable, powerful, handles great, quiet, smooth, economical, comfortable, and up to date and is by far the best car I have ever owned.
