I went to my local Dodge dealer near Santa Monica, and apparently they were too busy to help. Talking to them, they didn’t seem capable of doing anything other than changing the oil on cars, or selling them way over MSRP. I have been putting off getting my car serviced for a while as I had been dreading the car dealer service ‘experience.’ I need not have worried. I was met at the Ellis service entrance at the time of my appointment by Jerry the manager. It was a great welcome and he was super helpful and positive. He made had sure I knew exactly where to go. I then proceeded to the service desk where I was met by Eder. We d discussed a few things that my car needed and did the paperwork. The service really was amazing and really fast. A few hours later Eder called me and went through the specific list of things that needed doing. He managed to get most of it covered by the warranty, and gave me the choice of what was and what was not essential of the remaining items. He gave me a fair set of options and prices. It was also great to find out that Eder is really knowledgeable, it like I was speaking directly to the mechanic. Throughout the process, the communication by text and phone was really fast and impressive. I seriously wish my local dealer was as good as the guys at Ellis. Fortunately, I am happy to travel to the other side of town to have these guys look after my car. The level of service and the quality of work was exceptional. Everything is great EXCEPT the wind noise. I’ve had a busted driver door seal replaced, no change. Had the door adjusted and Alfa techs said it was normal, again no change to me. So I guess if you can live with the door sounding like it’s slightly open all the time.

2019 Alfa Romeo Giulia review
Almost bought a Mercedes Benz CLA 35. Drove the Alfa Giulia it is one of the best handling fun to drive cars in its class. Great performance and style. Most people don't even know what the Alfa Romeo is. Gets a lot of looks. (Pull my over RED) Too early to tell on reliability only 500 miles on the second one. I can say the Alfa Giulia is safe in a accident. I was hit in the rear quarter panel at 60 MPH spun around and hit another vehicle the Alfa was totaled walked away without a scratch . Bought a second one !

2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia review
Road-going, track-focused driving machine. Performance is incredible, from acceleration, to top end, to handling. Safest (active safety through proper, accurate handling & incredible braking, to aerodynamically -assisted stability) car I’ve ever owned. The Alfa handles as well & as accurately, with equal cornering ability as my old Lotus Europa; and is more stable on the highway than my previous Alfa Romeo GTV-6. Such a joy to drive, I never want to stop. Will it be reliable? With only 6K on the clock, it’s too early to tell. But, my old GTV-6 had over 250,600 miles, (before being totaled by an inattentive BMW driver, texting on her phone, hit me from the rear.) That car had a few electrical issues; but, once sorted out, was as reliable as my Toyota 4Runner. Hopefully, the Giulia will follow my GTV-6.

2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia review
I own a 2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio and love it. It has been one of the best cars I have ever owned. I have had zero trouble with anything on the car. I love the performance, handling, braking, comfort and options. Alfa did an amazing job on this model. I have had many sports cars but this car is miles ahead of them all, especially for the money. All it takes is one drive in this car and you too will be sold.

2023 Alfa Romeo Giulia review
I have owned my brand new 2023 Alfa Romeo Giulia Veloce for six months, and I must say it has been a blast driving it. The exterior styling makes this sports sedan one of the best-looking cars on the road today. The color I picked (Ocra-GT) is a rare find and makes the vehicle even more beautiful. I cannot tell you how many times I have heard wows from strangers. The interior is impeccable, and I love the leather seat design. The bolsters hug the driver as the vehicle makes tight turns. The ride is surprisingly quiet, and the Giulia accelerates quickly. The fuel efficiency is also incredibly good for a sports car. I get about 24-25 miles per gallon in combined city and highway driving. The trim I bought (Veloce) has level 2 autonomous features that work as advertised even though the vehicle has a low center of gravity. I have not had any mechanical or other issues with my car except for taking it in for a quick software update. Combine all of this with the excellent purchase experience at the dealer in NC (Leith Alfa Romeo), including the reasonable purchase price, to the smooth service at my local Alfa dealership (Safford Alfa Romeo - Tysons Corner, VA), it is clear that Alfa Romeo is laser focused on the US market. If you are looking for a sports car that has all the current safety features, excellent build quality, attractive styling, and superb driving characteristics, the Giulia is an exceptional buy.

2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia review
Great combination of style, performance, and luxury. Wanted 2018 or later for CarPlay, got a White AWD Ti Sport loaded with Ti Sport Performance package (Limited slip diff & Active Suspension) same as what's in the Quadrifoglio. If buying used look for that package, they don't offer it anymore in 2021 or 2022 and only on highest 2.0 trim "Estrema" in 2023 which starts at $57,500!

2022 Alfa Romeo Giulia review
We just purchased a 2022 Veloce. Gray with red interior. Love the car. Fast and sexy, unique. I get asked what is it? We haven't had long, but so far no issues. Seats are very supportive and comfortable. Only negative is the back up camera, screen small and dim. We get 33 MPG on trips but about 22 MPG with daily driving around town.

I had been looking for a certified 2024 ux250h for about 2-3 months. I have driven cars at at least 6 dealerships in 3 states. And despite being Lexus dealerships more than one were not upfront in their pricing and they all had an attitude of " this is the car as is, you don't like that chip or no mats or whatever else then don't buy it" and one even said it was certified then wanted $4k for certification. Not Ourisman Lexus. First off, the car was priced very fairly. No games from the start. Our salesperson PeiPei was helpful and responsive. The sales manager Willie was top notch. My wife traveled from New York alone to see the car in our then current Lexus IS250C as a possible trade in. They were wonderful. Transparent with the pricing. Gave us a number we were happy with on our trade in and addressed minor aesthetic issues with the car on the spot. They were ready for her arrival and had the complete transaction done including aggressive financing in about 3 hours. Willie knew my wife had come a long way to get there and had a long trip home and he made sure his staff expedited the whole process to get her on the road. After all the dealerships we had visited I never expected the whole process of buying this vehicle could go this well and that we would be treated so fairly and transparently. Didn't try to push a single upsell on my wife. Offered one or two things like extending the warranty, she said no, and they moved on. When we do need the next Lexus, I am absolutely calling Willie and his staff first. Just the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership.

2020 Alfa Romeo Giulia review
This has been the most fun to drive car I have owned. It has great performance, great mileage and excellent reliability. I purchased a base model in 2017 when it was first "re-intrduced to USA" and kept it almost four years with no issues. I upgraded to a fully optioned Lusso version and have never regretted it. Alfa knows how to make a fun, efficient and "now" a realiable car.

2019 Alfa Romeo Giulia review
I drove this car for two year and really loved it. It’s fun to drive and the aesthetics are unmatched. I had the “base” but it’s really totally loaded and looks and feels much more expensive than it is. The maintenance was pretty easy given it’s a new car. It had no issues.
